Abstract

Smart Schools have been widely applied in several schools within the scope of education and services as they are being encouraged to support Smart City. Smart Schools is a school concept utilizing information technology used in the teaching and learning process in the class and school administration. One of the schools in Pekanbaru City that will implement intelligent schools in Junior High School 17 Pekanbaru. Building smart schools themselves is adequate infrastructure such as servers, labor, and integrated systems and the readiness of schools and students to implement Smart Schools in the future. Therefore, to determine the readiness level of prospective users of the Smart Schools concept, the technology readiness index (TRI) method with four personality variables; optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. The purpose of this research was to find out the readiness index of prospective users in the implementation of Smart Schools and see what factors need to be improved from the readiness of prospective users. This research was expected to help Junior High School 17 prepare schools to become Smart Schools to support smart city implementation in Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on job satisfaction in the teaching staff of the Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan College Foundation. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire that analyzed with the SPSS 25 tool. The sample collection technique used the saturated sampling method with a total sample of 88 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with statistical hypothesis testing. The simultaneous test results (F-test) showed that there was an influence of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on the job satisfaction of the teaching staff, then through partial testing (T-test), the test results showed that there was an influence variable of work motivation and work discipline on the job satisfaction of teaching staff. While the work environment variable does not affect on the job satisfaction of the teaching staff. Adjusted r Square indicates that the variables of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline have an effect of around 66.80%, there is Job Satisfaction and the remaining 33.20% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

OT atau Orang Tua merupakan perusahaan consumer goods yang didirikan pada tahun 1977 di kota Semarang. Perusahaan OT atau Orang Tua memproduksi berbagai produk kebutuhan sehari-sehari. Terdapat minuman kesehatan tradisional yang memiliki bahan dan proses yang terstandar berkualitas tinggi, OT kini berkembang semakin modern tanpa meninggalkan nilai luhur dan nilai positif yang telah diterapkan sejak pertama berdiri oleh pendiri perusahaan.Beragam produk dari makanan, minuman, hingga produk perawatan diri telah menjadi bagian dari perusahaan dan kehidupan konsumen sejak lama. Perusahaan OT melakukan aktivitasnya seperti barang konsumsi yang saat ini memproduksi berbagai kebutuhan sehari – hari dan menjadi lebih modern tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai positif dan ketenangan serta dimulai oleh pendiri perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kebijakan manajemen operasional Perusahaan Orang Tua (OT) sebelum, selama dan sesudah pandemi serta juga menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Orang Tua (OT) dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menganalisis data yang berdasarkan teori manajemen operasional dan pemasaran digital. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perusahaan Orang Tua (OT) terus melakukan inovasi terhadap produknya, membangun kemitraan yang baik dan keahlian pasar dan produknya. Sehingga, perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik meskipun menghadapai adanya pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Arabic Language Subjects to Improve the Learning of Grade 2 and 5 Mi Ma'arif Tegalgot Students. This research is considered important because the delivery of material in Arabic subjects is not easy for all students to understand. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological type. The informants in this research were the school principal and homeroom teachers for grades 2 and 5, with data collection using interview techniques. The results of the research explain that for learning this school uses the 2013 curriculum, which is applied at both low and high grade levels. The teaching methods used in the lower grades include lectures, discussions, reading and memorization. Evaluations used in the high grades include written and practical tests. , while in lower classes, evaluation is carried out through daily tests or memorizing vocabulary as measured by scores, as well as writing vocabulary. Several suggestions based on information provided in interviews with class 2 and homeroom teachers regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum: Use of the 2013 Curriculum, Obstacles in Lower Grades, Variants of Teaching Approaches, Comprehensive Evaluation, Use of Learning Media.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Edu-Qur'an Snakes and Ladders media in learning Qur'an literacy in grade 4 of Mranggen Tengah Elementary School, Bansari District, Temanggung Regency. The method used is qualitative with observation and interviews with students. The results of the study showed that this media received a positive response, with 8 students feeling very happy and 4 students feeling happy. This game-based learning succeeded in creating a pleasant atmosphere, increasing students' motivation to be more active in learning Qur'an material, such as hijaiyah letters, tajwid, and short surahs. Students expressed a desire to play this game again and gave suggestions to enlarge the game board, increase the number of questions, and increase the level of difficulty. This study suggests the development of media by adjusting the level of difficulty of the questions and adding reward elements to be more effective in improving Qur'an literacy in elementary schools.Keywords: Bullying, Students, Impact, Achievement.
