Abstract

OpenSID merupakan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) yang berbasis open access yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi di desa, yang dirancang open source agar dapat dikembangkan bersama-sama oleh komunitas peduli SID. Kualitas aplikasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu pengembangan sistem informasi open source. Sebuah sistem harus dapat memenuhi kepentingan dan keinginan pemakai. Saat ini Open SID digunakan untuk menunjang proses input dan output data-data desa. Selama penggunaan ini belum diketahui sikap pengguna terhadap kegunaan atau kualitas dari aplikasi OpenSID tersebut  dan banyak pengembang baru yang bergabung untuk berkontribusi dengan kemampuan  yang berbeda-beda sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas aplikasi, maka perlu adanya evaluasi. Evaluasi seperti ini digunakan untuk membuat perencanaan dalam perubahan-perubahan yang diimplementasikan di masa yang akan datang. Metode pengukuran kualitas aplikasi open source   menggunakan WebQual yang merupakan salah satu metode atau teknik pengukuran kualitas aplikasi berbasis website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir. Hasil penelitian terdapat temuan bahwa kepuasan penggunaan aplikasi OpenSID ada pada kualitas informasi yaitu informasi mudah di dapat, tepat waktu, up to date dan relevan.

Abstract

Candi merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Desa Candi  memiliki 20 dusun. Di wilayah Desa Candi tesebar rumah – rumah penduduk  terdapat rumah tinggal sehat dan rumah tinggal tidak sehat. Dengan wilayah 20 Dusun Pemerintah Desa Candi kesulitan dalam menentukan rumah sehat tinggal dan rumah tidak sehat tinggal. Dari permasalahan di atas maka sistem pendukung keputusan  menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Pemerintah Desa Candirejo. Sistem pendukung keputusan dirancang dengan mengunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Untuk menentukan rumah tinggal sehat atau tidak sehat, terdapat 23 kriteria, dengan dua alternative. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode MAUT  Pemerintah Desa Candirejo bisa dengan mudah  menentukan  rumah sehat tinggal dan rumah tidak sehat tinggal.

Abstract

Semakin banyak perangkat akses dan mobilitas pegawai memerlukan pengelolaan agar bisa perangkat akses yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan oleh banyak pengguna dari unit kerja yang berlainan dengan tidak mengurangi faktor keamanan. Perancangan jaringan nirkabel dengan satu buah nama jaringan dengan autentikasi berbasis data Active Directory diimplementasikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan single service set identifier pada perangkat akses, keamanan akses berbasis layanan autentikasi Network Policy Server dengan data pengguna tersimpan pada layanan Active Directory Domain Services pada server Windows 2008R2.Hasil pengujian pada perangkat laptop dengan sistem operasi Windows 10, user dapat melakukan autentikasi dan mendapatkan ip address sesuai profile grup user.

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of music are currently experiencing progress, including the formation of computer-based recording, namely the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Monitor speakers are one of the most important components of a DAW. A good selection of monitor speakers can support the quality of sound produced by a home recording or recording service provider. The many variations and specifications of monitor speakers on the market make it difficult for users to choose based on four criteria: price, response frequency, design criteria, and power output. So it is necessary to make an application that can determine recommendations for purchasing monitor speakers by applying the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making Algorithm. The results obtained in this study show that of the five alternative monitor speakers, KRK ROKIT G4 5 has the highest alternative preference rating of 2.2,5 so it can be used as a reference monitor speaker for home recording.

Abstract

Adanya keluhan Nasabah atas keterlambatan Service Level Agrement ( SLA) apabila tidak dapat ditangani akan menimbulkan perselisihan yang pada akhirnya merugikan nasabah maupun Bank. Salah satu usaha untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan penyelesaian masalah adalah dengan melakukan percepatan SLA aktifitas user dengan Leveling SLA.Tujuan penelitian dapat membantu Manajemen Bank dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan Analisa What If menggunakan Metode Critical Path Method. Dalam penyelesaiannya dibuat Kategori Leveling, Leveling dibagi menjadi HIGH Level, Medium Level dan Low Level, Manajemen dapat lebih tepat dan cepat didalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada Leveling SLA tersebut pada setiap kasus yang terjadi dimasing masing wilayah cabang

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires thesis guidance activities to be carried out online. If the tertiary institution does not have a proper thesis monitoring system, the guidance process will not run smoothly and on time. This study aims to create a thesis monitoring system using Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology with a software development method using mobile-D. The development stage begins with the construction of a system architecture in the form of use cases and activity diagrams. Then the initialize stage is translating the system architecture design into an application interface design. Next is the stage of translating the design into an actual application using lumens and mariaDB on the server side and javascript and indexedDB on the client side. After each module is completed, the system functionality modules are integrated into a whole application into a thesis monitoring system. Then the software functionality testing is carried out, especially when it is run on a smartphone. The test results indicate that there are no bugs or errors found when running on laptop or mobile devices

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country that has no less than 4,000 types of trees. Potential tree species estimated 400 botanical species (species), included in 198 genera (genus) of the 68 tribes (families). Anatomical features include composition, shape, and size of cell or tissue intruders, which can only be observed clearly by using the aid of a magnifying glass like a magnifying glass or microscope. Along with the development of computerized technology, pattern recognition has much to do with a variety of applications and algorithms. One technique to identify an image is to distinguish the texture are the basic components forming the image. This study developed a computer-based technologies to perform pattern recognition (image). The system uses image recognition wood type pore structure of the wood. The introduction of wood types to apply the concept of content-based image retrieval (CBIR) using the algorithm Eigenimage. Identification is done by pattern matching. The test results by using 129 sample, showed the percentage of the system's ability to identify the image timber correctly by 97% (sensitivity), the percentage of the system's ability to recognize the type of wood does not match the sample, 58% (specificity), positive predictive value of 90% (PPV), a negative predictive value of 83% (NPV), and accuracy rate of 89% with an error rate of 11%.

Abstract

Amil Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Institution (LazisMu) Ayah is one of the national amil zakat institutions located in Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. Every month, LazisMu Ayah Service Office provides assistance to people in need in the form of house renovation programs, scholarships for high school or college level education, and business capital. The problem that is often encountered in determining potential aid recipients is that the large number of requests for aid is disproportionate to the number of officers processing the screening data. Apart from that, the selection process for aid recipients still uses manual methods, so it often causes problems such as the selection process for selecting aid candidates taking up to a week and miscalculations occurring, resulting in inaccurate results in the selection of potential aid recipients. Therefore, the method used as a solution model in providing decisions on the system for selecting potential aid recipients at LazisMu Ayah is a decision support system using the multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT) method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is people who are entitled to receive assistance based on 10 criteria. The results of the black box testing show that the system created is in accordance with the design and can be used as a tool. making decisions on determining aid recipients, so that LazisMu Ayah services can be improved because the selection process becomes faster, more accurate, and on target.

Abstract

The selection of exemplary employees is an annual event divided into three categories: civil servants, non-civil servants, and outsourced employees. Selection is based on four criteria: performance quality, discipline percentage, moral behavior, and leadership quality. The Assessment Team's assessment process for exemplary employees is carried out by recapitulating the assessment data for each work unit and determining exemplary employees from the recapitulation results using a manual form for evaluating employee performance within BKN Yogyakarta. Manual assessment requires quite a long time and has the risk of errors during the calculation process, so researchers see the need for a decision support system for selecting exemplary employees using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system helps the personnel department quickly and accurately rank exemplary employees. The system calculation results use the SAW method with 6 alternative employees with each score: Sudi 1, Heru 0.9, Vivid 0.82, Anjas 0.82, Tri 0.75, and Suwar 0.5. Sudi received the highest score and was designated as a model employee for this period.

Abstract

Roads are one of the lifeblood infrastructure of the community in carrying out activities and driving the wheels of the economy through regional development and forming a spatial structure in order to realize national development goals, so that the level of urgency is high. Damage to road infrastructure is one of the contributors to traffic accidents, especially during the rainy season. The relevant government agencies already have information and complaints service units, but there is no system that makes it easier for the public to report road damage that is more specific with maps and location coordinates. Research on the design of a road damage Geographic Information System (GIS) called MySIGSAG to make it easier for the public to report road damage. The results of this study are a web-based and mobile Android GIS program with the name MySIGSAG. Consists of a public panel that contains the home page, splashscreen, and main menus such as reports, map checks, chart checks, and info. In addition, the admin panel contains the main page for managing content. The Relevant government agencies can present comprehensive road damage reports and provide convenience for the public in submitting reports and monitoring the development of road conditions.
