Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1. To analyze the effect of motivation on employee satisfaction at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch 2. To analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch3. To analyze the effect of compensation on employee satisfaction at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch 4. To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch 5. To analyze the influence of employee satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kaba Turki Baba Rafi branch of Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed by 58 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results showed the effect of the Motivation variable (X1) on Employee Satisfaction (Y1) was significant at 0.002. And Motivation (X1) is not significant with Employee Performance variable (Y2) of 0.297 which means negative. based on the correlation for the Compensation variable (X2) on Employee Satisfaction (Y1) of 0.880 which means negative. And for the Compensation variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2) of 0.691 which means negative. And for the Employee Satisfaction variable (Y1) on Employee Performance (Y2) of 0.009 which means strong. The results of this study indicate that, Motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction, which leads to employee performance. And employee satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims.to determine.the influence.of speech.card learning media on speaking skills and the influence of speech card learning media in debate materials in class X science SMA N 1 Prohibition, using the type of experimental quantitative research, the population of class X IPA SMA N 1 Prohibition and samples of class X IPA 1 as an experimental class and X Science 2 as a control class. This research is backgrounded by the low ability to speak in front of the classroom, especially in learning Indonesian in debate materials. Data collection in this study used questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results in this study were in the experimental class t-test and the control class in the speaking skills test questionnaire with a t value of 3,482> t table 1,690 and a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001< 0.05. Based on the provisions applicable to the hypothesis testing that the researcher had outlined, then Ho was.rejected and Ha.was accepted. Sourced in the table, t-test data were obtained in the research class and the supervision class with a t number of 8. 920 t table 1, 690 as well as sig numbers. ( 2- tailed) 0.000< 0.05. Sourced on. that determination is to test the hypothesis that the researcher has explained, to Ho. rejected as well. Ha acquired. Until, the conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in dialogue skills that are important to accompany students in the research class and supervision classes the results of this talk card learning media are estimated to have consequences in learning Indonesian especially in the debate module.

Abstract

media is a tool or form of stimulus that serves to convey learning messages. In addition, the media must also stimulate students to remember what has been learned in addition to providing learning stimuli with a new atmosphere. In the learning process at school there are several fields of science that are presented to students, all of which are aimed at making students master knowledge and skills that will later benefit themselves and can compete with the existing world of work. This study aims to describe the results of the effectiveness of the use of audio-visual media youtube pop music in learning to write poetry class X SMK Islam Manbaul Hikmah on learning to write poetry. The population and samples in this study were conducted in class X of SMK Islam Manbaul Hikmah. This research uses quasi experimental design method. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media film pendek terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen pada peserta didik kelas XI SMK Telekomunikasi Harapan Kita Ketanggungan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain adalah Posttest Only Control Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMK Telekomunikasi Harapan Kita Ketanggungan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan pengambilan sampel dari dua kelas diperoleh kelas XI Multimedia sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas TBSM sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengambilan data dengan melakukan tes kemampuan menulis cerpen. Validitas instrumen yang digunakan adalah validitas isi yang dilanjutkan dengan konsultasi kepada ahli (expert judgement). Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh sebesar 0,673. Hasil analisis uji-t data posttest kemamuan menulis cerpen kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,892 dengan ttabel sebesar 0,052. df = 17 dan p = 0,000. Nilai p lebih kecil daripada taraf sifnifikansi 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to develop scrapbook learning media in writing procedure text materials for students. class XI SMK Negeri 1 Kersana. The type of research conducted is the type of research and development (R&D). The stages carried out to examine the type of Research and Development (R&D) research include 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, and 5) design revision. The samples of this study were students of class XI Welding Engineering (Welding), XI Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR), and XI Multimedia. The total number of students sampled by the researcher was 87 students. Data collection techniques in this study include; observation, interview, questionnaire (questionnaire), and documentation. The results of the validation of this study, namely the aspect of content which consists of seven components is appropriate. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the total score obtained, namely 87.21, the presentation feasibility aspect consisting of three components is appropriate. This is evidenced by the total score obtained, namely 91.25, the linguistic aspect consisting of two components is appropriate. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the total value obtained, which is 93.5, the graphic aspect which consists of five components is appropriate. This is evidenced by the total score obtained is 89, that the total score for Scrapbook learning media for procedural text writing skills in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Kersana is 360.96. Thus, this learning media is declared suitable for use with revision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the code mixing contained in the novel Di Kaki Cibalak by Ahmad Tohari. The data in this study are excerpts of text, sentences, and paragraphs in the novel Di Kaki Bukit Cibalak by Ahmad Tohari published by PT Gramedia with the fourth printing in june 2014 in Jakarta. Data obtained by reading or listening and note-taking techniques. This data collection is done by using content analysis technique, which is a strategy to express, understand, and capture the massage of literary work. In this case, the research subject was read repeatedly to reveal the mixed code contained in it, then the data was sorted into small units and recorded. The recording is accompained by data selection, nomely, namely data that is not is not relevan to the research construct will be left out, while the relevant data is emphasized (Underlined/boldified) to make it easier for researchers to analyze. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the contents of the novel Di Kaki Bukit Cibalak are found in the form of; 1) insertion of 22 findings, 2) phrases with 10 findings. 3) repetition of words with 5 findings and 4) expressions/idioms with 12 findings. Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of social discrimination experienced by the main character of Yuni's film, describe the factors causing social discrimination of the female protagonist in Yuni's film, describe the response of the main character in Yuni's film in resisting the acts of social discrimination she experienced. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The object in this study is a film with the title Yuni. This research focuses on problems related to social discrimination that afflicts female characters in Yuni's films by reviewing using literary sociological studies. Data retrieval techniques by watching movies thoroughly and recording findings. The validity of the data is obtained through semantic validation and reliability. The results obtained from this study show that (1) The most dominant form of discrimination is the form of public discrimination in the form of ridicule, gender discrimination and social discrimination experienced by female characters in films. (2) The factors causing social discrimination in the domestic sphere are gender factors, while in the public domain, namely religious factors, and social strata factors. (3) The most dominant response is the response of refusing to be manifested in the form of verbal actions and the writing of a certain thing or opinion.

This study aims to describe (1) how the use of locutionary speech acts in the Rengaspendawa social media community group facebook posts in pragmatic studies, (2) how the use of illocutionary speech acts in the Rengaspendawa social media citizen group facebook posts in pragmatic studies, (3) how to use perlocutionary speech acts in the Facebook post of the Rengaspendawa citizen group on a pragmatic study. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses pragmatic studies, and research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written words. Data analysis was carried out by describing the data on the use of illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts on the Facebook posts of the Rengaspendawa social media citizen group in pragmatic studies, which were obtained from the scrinshoot of the Rengaspendawa social media community group facebook post, then identified, and clarified according to the data in the post. Abstract

Handbooks are important teaching materials as a complement to modules in learning by using the PQRST method in script-based drama learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the needs, compile drafts, and validate experts. This research uses the research method and development (R&D) is to use the ADDIE development model. The results of this study are a handbook of the PQRST method that meets the needs of students and teachers, as well as a draft handbook of the PQRST method. Based on the results of validation tests by several experts, this handbook is suitable for use in script-based drama learning.

Abstract

Curriculum in the world of education can be likened to a public vehicle that carries passengers to their destination. Based on this, this vehicle must first be designed with equipment, materials and other equipment and must also prioritize appropriateness standards for carrying passengers to reach their destination. The aims of this research are (1) to describe learning to read short stories without using the Karya Karsa application media (2) to describe how learning to read short stories uses the Karya Karsa application media (3) to test the effectiveness of the Karya Karsa application media in learning to read short stories and its implementation. towards the independent curriculum for class XI students at SMA N 01 Wanasari. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used test instruments. The results of this research are (1) Learning to read short stories without using the work of karsa application media is not effective in learning to read short stories, the results of learning to read short stories in the control class have a lower average score than the experimental class. (2) In learning to read short stories using the Karya Karsa application, there is a significant difference in the average "student grades" between the two groups. This difference was large enough to be considered significant, with the first group having a lower mean value compared to the second group, with the 95% confidence interval for the difference not including a value of zero. (3) The effectiveness of the Karya Karsa application on the ability to read short stories is very significant. This is proven by the t count of 2,143 which is greater than the t table of 0.063 with 72 respondents.
