Abstract

Waste from meetings and gatherings is often just thrown away and collected by garbage collectors. This garbage has economic value for the surrounding community as an additional income. However, collecting this kind of garbage requires communication media that can help to connect the owners and the garbage collectors. To understand the underlying mechanisms in creating good communication media, this study utilizes a design thinking method to design TrashSure, a community-based mobile application without financial transactions and less profit-oriented. The TrashSure application was designed by analyzing the interview data of 10 people for each actor type: garbage collector and garbage owner. We received some feature recommendations to advance the communication channels, such as trash ownership and supporting data, such as time, type, volume, and location. In addition, the rating feature is essential to understand the credibility of the garbage collectors. Then, we evaluate the usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with ten respondents. The result shows a fairly good predicate with a score of 75.25.

Abstract

Dompet digital telah menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung transaksi nontunai di Indonesia. DANA, sebagai salah satu platform pembayaran digital terpopuler, aktif berinteraksi dengan pengguna melalui akun resminya di X/Twitter. Pengguna menyampaikan berbagai opini, mulai dari apresiasi terhadap layanan hingga keluhan terkait masalah teknis. Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen pengguna terhadap akun resmi “DANA” di X/Twitter menggunakan algoritma IndoBERT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan tanggapan sentimen pengguna DANA melalui 2,563 data tweet interaksi dengan @danawallet selama Juli–November 2024. Metode mencakup preproses data, pembagian stratifikasi, dan fine-tuning IndoBERT untuk klasifikasi sentimen. Hasil pengujian perbandingan 70:20:10 menunjukkan performa model yang sangat baik dengan hasil tertinggi hingga precision 94%, recall 93%, F1-score 92%, dan accuracy 89%. Kata-kata utama sentimen yang muncul adalah seperti “promo”, dan “cashback” (positif) serta “error” dan “lambat” (negatif).

Abstract

Currently, data security is very crucial in a company. Data hacking is increasingly common. Tokopedia experienced a data hack estimated at 91 million user accounts and 7 million merchant accounts. This data is then sold via the dark web, which seriously endangers user privacy and safety. Protection of personal data against hackers from outside is increasingly needed. Management of data recaps and monitoring employee data access in the largest retail company in Indonesia is carried out by the Human Resources division. Due to the large number of employees, daily access to employee data such as attendance is prone to misuse because detection of illegal activities on data is still done manually. In this research, a system based on Google Spreadsheet and Apps Script was created.  which is able to detect illegal activities against employee databases. The system is able to accurately categorize logs based on account and IP address, distinguishing between normal and suspicious logs. The system is able to convert a spreadsheet containing data access recaps into an Excel file and send it to the specified email. System testing was carried out on Human Resources division employees through 6 tests on all system features. The results show that all system outputs are exactly as expected. The system helps Human Resources division employees observe data changes without having to access the database, making it easier to detect illegal data access.
