Abstract

Article History Received: Revised: Published: Keywords: Welfare Level, TKBM, Cirebon Port Abstract: This research aims to analyze the welfare level of loading and unloading workers (TKBM) at Cirebon Port. This research uses an observational survey method approach to related parties and a sample of TKBM at Cirebon Port. The scope of discussion includes income, working hours, social security and work environment. The aim of the research is expected to improve the welfare of TKBM in carrying out loading and unloading tasks at the Port of Cirebon. The research methodology uses the analytical method approach Descriptive Analysis, Welfare Analysis, Comparative Analysis, Qualitative Analysis through the qualitative research approach model Spradley Sugijono, 2009:345, namely domain analysis, taxonomy, componential and cultural themes. The research results show that in general, the welfare level of TKBM at Cirebon Port is still relatively low. TKBM's average income is only IDR 2,500,000 per month, with working hours reaching 10 hours per day. Only a small number of TKBM have social security such as BPJS Employment and BPJS Health. Apart from that, inadequate working conditions, such as limited rest facilities, are also a problem. The Cirebon Port management needs to improve the welfare of TKBM through increasing income, providing adequate social security, and improving the work environment. KataKunci: Tingkat Kesejahteraa,TKBM, Pelabuhan Cirebon Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan tenaga kerja bongkar muat (TKBM) di Pelabuhan Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode survey observasi, kepada pihak terkait dan sampel para TKBM di Pelabuhan Cirebon. Ruang lingkup bahasan meliputi pendapatan, jam kerja, jaminan sosial, dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan TKBM dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Cirebon. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode analisis Analisis Deskriptif, Analisis Kesejahteraan, Analisis Komparatif, Analisis Kualitatif melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatip model Spradley Sugijono, 2009:345 yaitu analisis domain, taksonomi, komponensial dan tema cultural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, tingkat kesejahteraan TKBM di Pelabuhan Cirebon masih tergolong rendah. Pendapatan rata-rata TKBM hanya Rp 2.500.000 per bulan, dengan jam kerja mencapai 10 jam per hari. Hanya sebagian kecil TKBM yang memiliki jaminan sosial seperti BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan. Selain itu, kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kurang memadai, seperti fasilitas istirahat yang terbatas, juga menjadi masalah. Pihak pengelola Pelabuhan Cirebon perlu meningkatkan kesejahteraan TKBM melalui peningkatan pendapatan, penyediaan jaminan sosial yang memadai, serta perbaikan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide a theological reflection on the social competence of teachers in managing students' mental health as an effort to optimize learning in the post-covid-19 pandemic. This research was carried out using quantitative methods using an effectiveness description analysis technique. The effectiveness description is used for effectiveness used between people/subjects who take action with the intended target. The research subjects were Christian students who were enrolled in State Junior High Schools in Surakarta, totaling 569 students were used as samples. The results show that in the post-covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning has created stress on Christian students in Surakarta City. From the results of the research, there is a role of social competence of Christian Religious Education teachers and Budi Pekerti in managing students' mental health. In order for students' mental health to be maintained, teachers need to provide correct guidance, understanding, and knowledge about mental health. For students with good mental health, learning activities in the post-pandemic period can run optimally. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memberikan refleksi teologis terhadap kompetensi sosial guru dalam pengelolaan kesehatan mental siswa sebagai upaya optimalisasi pembelajaran di masa post pandemi covid-19.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis deskripsi keefektifan. Dekripsi keefektifan berfungsi untuk efektivitas digunakan antara orang/subyek yang melakukan tindakan dengan sasaran yang dituju. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa Kristen yang terdaftar di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Se-Kota Surakarta yang berjumlah berjumlah 569 siswa digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa di masa post pandemi covid 19 pembelajaran tatap muka telah menimbulkan stress pada peserta didik kristiani di Kota Surakarta. Dari hasil penelitian adanya peran kompetensi sosial guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti dalam mengelola kesehatan mental siswa. Agar kesehatan mental siswa tetap terjaga, guru perlu memberikan bimbingan, pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang benar tentang kesehatan mental. Siswa dengan kesehatan mental yang baik maka kegiatan pembelajaran di masa post pandemi dapat berjalan secara optimal.

Abstract

Religious moderation is still being discussed in order to present ideas or ideas that are able to build a common life in diversity in Indonesia. This article aims to offer the teachings of Jesus which are summarized in the ??Sblessed? sayings in Matthew 5:1-12 as a component in building religious moderation in a Christian context. This study uses a descriptive method with a literature approach to interpreting the reading of the text of Matthew 5:1-12 in a moderation frame. As a result, some of the Christian characteristics mentioned in the text can be taught as components of building religious moderation in a Christian context. In conclusion, the church can teach the material for Jesus' sermon on the hill, about "blessed" sayings to build a spirit of religious moderation among Christians. AbstrakModerasi beragama masih terus diperbincangkan demi menghadirkan ide atau gagasan yang mampu membangun kehidupan bersama dalam keberagaman di Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan ajaran Yesus yang dirangkai dalam ucapan-ucapan ??Sberbahagialah? di Matius 5:1-12 sebagai komponen dalam membangun moderasi beragama dalam konteks Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan literatur untuk memaknai pembacaan teks Matius 5:1-12 dalam bingkai moderasi. Hasilnya, beberapa karakteristik kristiani yang disebutkan dalam teks tersebut dapat diajarkan sebagai komponen bangunan moderasi beragama dalam konteks Kristen. Kesimpulannya, gereja dapat mengajarkan materi khotbah Yesus di bukit, tentang ucapan ??Sberbahagialah? dalam rangka membangun spirit moderasi beragama di kalangan umat Kristen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of pre-marital counselling based on Christian values in preventing interfaith marriage and shaping Christian families grounded in the unity of faith. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through participant observation at the Pentecostal Church of Mangseng, North Bekasi, and at Taruna Kristen AMC Bekasi. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with pastors, counsellors, and participants, while theological and pastoral literature studies were carried out to strengthen the empirical findings with a biblical and academic conceptual framework concerning Christian marriage. The findings reveal that pre-marital counselling plays a significant role in strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and moral preparedness of couples to build Christ-centered households. Moreover, the youth formation program conducted at Taruna Kristen AMC Bekasi proved effective as an early preventive strategy to instill awareness of the dangers of interfaith relationships. These findings affirm that pre-marital counselling functions not merely as a technical preparation for marriage but also as an intergenerational faith-education medium that nurtures spiritual resilience and moral commitment among Christians. The implications of this research indicate that churches need to develop pastoral formation models that are empathetic, dialogical, and contextually relevant, ensuring that pre-marital counselling remains effective amid globalization and shifting social values. The originality of this study lies in the integration of theological teaching, pastoral practice, and youth faith education as a comprehensive strategy for preventing interfaith marriage. Thus, this research contributes to strengthening pastoral theology and developing a relevant pre-marital counselling model for churches in Indonesia.
