Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of the five largest stock price indices in the world on the Indonesian Composite Stock Price Index in the time series before the COVID-19pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic, taken from January 1, 2015 June 30, 2022. This study uses the stepwise regression method. The results in this study indicate that in the period before the COVID-19 pandemic the variables that affected the IHSG were the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext N.V, each of which had a positive effect, while during the COVID-19pandemic the variables that affected the IHSG were New York Stocks. Exchange, Nasdaq Stock Market, Shanghai Stock Exchange, and Euronext N.V with the results of the New York Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange having a positive effect, Nasdaq Stock Market and Euronext N.V having a negative effect.

Abstract

The establishment of the Toba Caldera as a UNESCO Global Geopark provides opportunities for local village communities to promote culture and local products and create wider employment opportunities. The purpose of this community service activity is to gain an understanding of the importance of inter-regional cooperation in the development of the UNESCO Global Geopark Toba Caldera tourist area. This inter-regional cooperation can provide sustainable growth, thereby increasing the welfare of local communities. The activities were carried out by visiting the UNESCO Global Geopark Toba Caldera Management Agency, especially at the Samosir Regency Regional Government Office. The development of the Lake Toba area needs to be carried out jointly with the eight regencies around the Lake Toba area in an integrated and sustainable manner, and it cannot work alone. For example, in procuring and repairing roads as entrances to tourist areas, especially tourist villages in the Lake Toba Region. No region can provide for itself because each region has advantages and disadvantages that can be mutually beneficial through good cooperation. Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the process of creating, developing, and managing a business with the goal of generating profit through products, services, or innovations that meet market needs. The role of entrepreneurship is highly significant, as it greatly contributes to economic growth, social development, and the improvement of societal welfare in a country. The KPEJ GKP Kramat program in Central Jakarta views the enhancement of entrepreneurial spirit among its congregation as an important initiative, particularly in encouraging women to create home-based business opportunities as an alternative means to strengthen their family’s economy. This initiative arises from the fact that interest and participation in entrepreneurship among the congregation remain relatively low. Therefore, the challenge lies in how to foster entrepreneurial spirit and mindset—building the right way of thinking, recognizing and starting a business by understanding opportunities and risks, preparing financial plans, and developing business proposals or business model canvases. This community service activity aims to provide socialization on the importance of developing entrepreneurial spirit and mentality by utilizing available business opportunities for the congregation of GKP Kramat, Central Jakarta. The program is conducted onsite and is expected to have a positive impact by increasing interest and encouraging members to start their own businesses, thereby helping improve their family’s economic well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the causal relationship between profitability, leverage, and tax avoidance on firm value in the palm oil plantation subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative empirical approach using panel data regression to capture both cross-sectional and time-series dynamics. The results indicate that profitability does not have a significant effect on firm value, suggesting that increased earnings are not necessarily perceived positively by the market without operational efficiency and earnings quality. In contrast, leverage shows a significant positive effect, implying that optimal debt utilization serves as a positive signal for investors regarding firm growth and expansion potential. Tax avoidance is found to have no significant impact on firm value, indicating that tax strategies are not a primary consideration for market valuation in this context. These findings highlight the importance of integrated financial decision-making in enhancing firm value.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (community engagement) yangdirancang dan diimplementasikan sebagai bagian dari Program Penanaman Satu JutaPohon Malapari di Kabupaten Lembata. Kegiatan sosialisasi policy brief ini berfokus padapemberdayaan komunitas lokal melalui pendekatan agroforestri berbasis komunitas:pelatihan teknis budidaya, pembangunan pusat pembibitan, penanaman massalterkoordinasi, serta mekanisme partisipatif untuk pengelolaan manfaat—termasuk akses kepasar karbon dan pengembangan biofuel. Program ditujukan untuk merehabilitasi lahanterdegradasi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkanantusiasme masyarakat meningkat terhadap budidaya, pembibitan, dan pengelolaan rantainilai Malapari. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, dansosial dalam model agroforestri berbasis komunitas yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Malapari, agroforestri, community engagement, rehabilitasi lahan,perdagangan karbon, Penta-Helix, Kabupaten Lembata

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika internasionalisasi UMKM Indonesia ke pasar Rusia dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif Model Uppsala yang direvisi, teori jaringan, dan praktik adaptasi pemasaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif yang diperkaya telaah sistematis literatur dan studi kasus ilustratif, kajian memetakan hambatan institusional (birokrasi, volatilitas regulasi, dampak sanksi internasional) dan karakter jaringan personal (blat) yang mempengaruhi akses pasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penetrasi pasar Rusia mensyaratkan kombinasi strategi: akumulasi pengetahuan pasar bertahap, pembangunan relasi lokal yang kredibel, adaptasi produk dan kemasan, penguatan kapabilitas digital, serta skema trade-finance alternatif untuk mengatasi hambatan pembayaran. Temuan ini memberi implikasi teori berupa perlunya memperluas Uppsala menjadi kerangka multilapis yang memasukkan dimensi institusional dan jaringan, serta rekomendasi praktis bagi UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. ABSTRACTThis study investigates Indonesian MSMEs’ internationalization into the Russian market by integrating the revised Uppsala model, network theory, and marketing adaptation practices. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, systematic literature review, and illustrative case studies, the research maps institutional barriers (complex bureaucracy, regulatory volatility, sanctions) and the pivotal role of personal networks (blat) in market access. Results indicate that successful market entry into Russia requires a blended strategy: staged market learning, establishing credible local partnerships, product and packaging adaptation, digital capability building, and alternative trade-finance arrangements to mitigate payment risks. The findings suggest theoretical expansion of Uppsala into a multi-layered framework incorporating institutional and network effects, and provide actionable recommendations for MSMEs, policymakers, and stakeholders.

Abstract

Riset ini punya tujuan menganalisa pengaruh audit tenure, Good Corporated Governance, dan kinerja keuangan dalam mempengaruhi kualitas audit dengan melibatkan ukuran kantor akuntan publik selaku variabel moderasi. Obyek riset ini yakni industri bidang Consumer Non-Cyclical yang terdata di Bursa Efek Indonesia sepanjang kurun waktu 2021–2025. Pengujian serta analisa data menerapkan metode analisa regresi linear berganda serta Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan STATA 15. Hasil riset membuktikan audit tenure pengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada kualitas audit. untuk Good Corporated Governance membagikan pengaruh yang bersifat positif, sedangkan kinerja keuangan terdapat pengaruh negatif pada kualitas audit, meskipun kedua variabel tersebut tidak terbukti signifikansi secara statistik. Selain itu, ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik terbukti dapat menguatkan pengaruh audit tenure dengan kualitas audit. Tetapi, ukuran KAP tidak dapat menguatkan pengaruh Good Corporate Governance maupun kinerja keuangan terhadap kualitas audit. Temuan ini memberikan bukti empiris yang mendukung pengembangan teori agensi serta teori atribusi, dan sekaligus bagi manajemen, auditor, KAP, investor, dan pihak terkait lainnya dalam mengambil keputusan strategis

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to remind that local wisdom must be maintained to maintain natural balance. The activity was conducted to discuss the traditional culture of sasi with a group of people in Southwest Maluku (MBD), through focus group discussions. The MBD community in utilizing natural resources still maintains the sasi tradition, so that the continuity of marine resources can be maintained between generations, even though currently facing various threats due to the influence of globalization and greater economic motivation.
