Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on the global tourism world since the end of 2019. Data shows that international tourist arrivals declined sharply in the first half of 2020 (-65%) compared to 2019. The strategy has been implemented by various special countries, the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism proclaimed the principle of Adapting to New Habits (AKB) in the Indonesian tourism industry as an integral part of the permit to reopen tourism businesses and destinations. The IMR principles in Indonesian tourism are applied from a strategic and technical perspective as well as from supply chain changes to the needs and demands of the management of tourists. This research was produced to be able to see the readiness of tourist destinations in the region, especially Tourism Villages in dealing with the Covid-19 situation and conditions with several strategies that have been set by the central government starting from CHSE and digitalization for Tourism Villages. This study used a quantitative research method with a description that describes each goal starting from the 3A condition, the Health Protocol, and its digitization. This mapping is very important to determine the direction of the potential development of Cihanjawar Tourism Village as a tourist destination

Abstract

Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition/MICE business) continues to grow over time. Every country continues to strive to develop the MICE destination attributes such as affordability in terms of price/cost, tourist attractions, accessibility, amenity, activity and accountability possessed by the city. The purpose of this study was to research the response of the respondents (members of Asosiasi Perusahaan Pameran Indonesia/ASPERAPI) regarding Bandung destination attributes and image as MICE destinations and to examine the role or influence of destination attributes on forming Bandung city image as a MICE destination in Indonesia. This study uses multiple regression analysis to test the first classical assumption, the next multiple regression analysis which includes T test and F test analysis to examine the spatial relationship each variables of attributes destination to image variable and simultaneous relationship between destination attributes variable with image variable. The results of descriptive data processing, the destination attributes and the image ofthe city of Bandung in good category. The results ofT test and F test showed that the affordability and activity have no significant effect on forming the image Bandung city as MICE destination. All attributes simultaneously effect on forming image of Bandung city as a MICE destination. The influence of destination attributes variable on forming image ofthe city of Bandung was 88.4%, while the remaining11.6% is influenced by other factors not observed. The availability of destination attributes with the best quality and quantity in Bandung will enhance the image of Bandung city as a MICE destination.

Abstract

Kesuksesan penyelenggaraan suatu festival dapat diukur dari seberapa terlibatnya masyarakat dalam mendukung dan membantu perencanaan, persiapan, serta pengadaan festival tersebut. Tanpa pelibatan masyarakat, kemungkinan festival untuk berjalan dengan lancar sangat kecil. Desa Cibuluh telah menyelenggarakan Festival Tujuh Sungai sejak 2015. Penyelenggaraan Festival Tujuh Sungai tentunya tidak luput dari pelibatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana pelibatan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan Festival Tujuh Sungai dan memberikan masukan untuk penyelenggara agar dapat meningkatkan pelibatan masyarakat. Fokus utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterlibatan sekolah; kesempatan menjadi sukarelawan; partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan; aksesibilitas; dan kerja sama bisnis. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, karena peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan hasil yang berbentuk deskriptif, teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling dan snowball sampling, serta teknik kumpul data wawancara tidak terstruktur pada key informan dan kumpul data studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil yang disimpulkan dari data penelitian menyatakan bahwa Festival Tujuh Sungai sudah sangat melibatkan masyarakat namun terdapat inovasi-inovasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk memajukan kualitas dari pelibatan tersebut.
