Abstract

This research intends to designed the engagement management of facebook and instagram of Management Unit of Jakarta Historical Museums formed by 3 major elements in managing social media interactions namely creator-related features, contextual features, and content features. This study used kualitatif method with descriptive approach by conducting interviews with companies and visitors, also observation on their social media. Which the results be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model and tested the validity of the data using source triangulation technique. The results of this research show that Management Unit of Jakarta Historical Museums has operator division in managing their social media consisting of coordinator and three admins, but there is no classification of admin’s job description in managing their social media. From both social media, the interaction that exists on facebook and instagram is still not optimal can be seen from the average number of likes and comment that has not shown a significant number. Interesting content for visitors is informative, provide detailed information, the right composition and layout, and use filters that are not excessive.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on the global tourism world since the end of 2019. Data shows that international tourist arrivals declined sharply in the first half of 2020 (-65%) compared to 2019. The strategy has been implemented by various special countries, the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism proclaimed the principle of Adapting to New Habits (AKB) in the Indonesian tourism industry as an integral part of the permit to reopen tourism businesses and destinations. The IMR principles in Indonesian tourism are applied from a strategic and technical perspective as well as from supply chain changes to the needs and demands of the management of tourists. This research was produced to be able to see the readiness of tourist destinations in the region, especially Tourism Villages in dealing with the Covid-19 situation and conditions with several strategies that have been set by the central government starting from CHSE and digitalization for Tourism Villages. This study used a quantitative research method with a description that describes each goal starting from the 3A condition, the Health Protocol, and its digitization. This mapping is very important to determine the direction of the potential development of Cihanjawar Tourism Village as a tourist destination

Abstract

Tourism village is one of Indonesia's tourism development priorities program, but its development is often faced several issues, one of its issues is the offer of similar tourist attractions between tourism villages. Likewise, the issues faced by Sleman Regency in the development of its tourism village. Thus, it is necessary to have an integrated tourism strategy to create a cooperation network between tourism villages. The purpose of this study is to identify and interpret connectivity and relationships between tourism villages, followed by formulating an integrated tourism strategy based on spatial centrality in tourism villages in Sleman Regency. The method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach through checklists and interviews. The data analysis technique uses spatial network construction analysis of gravity models and Geographic Information System (GIS). The results of this study indicate the operationalization framework of an integrated tourism strategy based on seven aspects of the significance of integrated tourism according to Oliver and Jenkins (2001) and a hierarchy of classification of tourism village roles based on spatial centrality.
