Abstract

Pada umumnya latihan beban peningkatan hipertrofi otot lengan pada setiap cabang olahraga sangat di perlukan termasuk olahraga dayung, analisis gerakan pada cabang olahraga dayung baik pada tipe kayak, canoe dan, dragon baod kebutuhan akan kekuatan otot. Tujuan dari analisis artikel ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban peningkatan hipertrofi. Adapun bagian dari otot yang perlu dilatih yaitu bagian biseps, triceps, dan lengan bawah. Dengan cara latihan beban maka kekuatan saat mendayung semakin bagus. Dengan adanya kekuatan otot lengan maka kecepatan mendayung atlet semakin maksimal. Peningkatan ukuran otot juga bisa sampai dua atau tiga kali lipat dengan melakukan latihan beban yang intensif Berbagai macam metode latihan yang dapat meningkat otot lengan atlet Dayung. Meningkatnya ukuran otot umumnya berpengaruh dengan meningkatnya kekuatan pada otot tersebut. Sehingga perlu metode latihan beban untuk meningkatkan hipertrofi otot. Adanya pengaruh dari perlakuan metode latihan beban terhadap peningkatan hipertrofi otot lengan menimbulkan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Changes in behavior in the new normal era that have occurred since the pandemic at the end of 2019 until now have caused changes to occur from all orders of life, one of which is the world of education felt by students. All online activities have become the main material that must be adapted by students both in learning and activities or student organizations, but with the easing of health protocols, activities that were previously online beginning to gradually be transferred to offline, although not all of them. The Center for Scientific Development and Student Research of Padang State University is a student activity unit engaged in research, science, and community service which is one of the units that have changed the work strategy of the management in achieving the vision and mission and common goals in the organization. Since the easing of health protocol regulations, this organization has slowly begun to change the format of its activities that were previously full online to blended, namely some are online and some are offline. Therefore, it is necessary to research the performance of administrators from the perspective of members who serve in the new normal era in pandemic conditions like now. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with a Likert scale approach. The data type used is primary data. The study was conducted in the middle of July to early August 2022. The results showed that after researching the performance and level of satisfaction, it was known that the overall performance of the management was by expectations and had a positive influence on the level of member satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan program bus sekolah gratis oleh UPTD Perhubungan Kecamatan Mandau dan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan bus sekolah gratis oleh UPTD Perhubungan Kecamatan Mandau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode/teknik Purposiv Sampling, dimana pemilihan informan dilakukan secara sengaja dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa representatif. Jenis data yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data ini penulis kumpulkan dengan melakukan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Teknik menguji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, interpretasi data dan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan program bus sekolah gratis oleh UPTD Perhubungan Kecamatan Mandau, untuk mengkomunikasikan informasi mengenai pelaksanaan bus sekolah gratis disampaikan langsung oleh pihak UPTD Perhubungan kepada masing-masing sekolah melalui kepala sekolah, dengan sumberdaya pelaksana program bus sekolah gratis merupakan pihak UPTD Perhubungan Kecamatan Mandau, namun struktur organisasi pelaksana program belum ada. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan bus sekolah gratis dilihat dari segi keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan sudah cukup baik, serta sarana dan prasarana seperti halte telah tersedia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of social media marketing on brand equity. In addition, this study also examines the mediating effect of brand trust on social media marketing, and brand equity. The population of this study is followers of HPAI-HNI official social media accounts who are Muslim and domiciled in West Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method and obtained 150 respondents through an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique with SmartPLS 4. The results of this study are; (1) social media marketing has a significant effect on brand equity; (2) social media marketing has a significant effect on brand trust; (3) brand trust has a significant effect on brand equity; (4) social media marketing has no significant effect on brand equity through brand trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek is one of the new schools use Online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the efforts to improve student learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is to apply mathematics learning using Google Classroom media. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of Google Classroom learning media on mathematics learning on the learning outcomes of class VII SMPN 1, Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population is class VII SMPN 1 Ampek Angkek for the academic year 2021/2022. Sampling was done by a simple random sampling technique. The number of students in the experimental and control classes amounted to 31 and 32 people, respectively. The data analysis technique was carried out by the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was determined that P-value = 0.002, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted because 0.002 0.05 indicates that there is an effect of using Google Classroom media on Online mathematics learning. Keywords– Learning Media in Google Classroom, Mathematics Learning, and Learning Outcomes
