Abstract

This thesis discusses Critical Thinking Patterns in the 21st Century Era of Teaching and Learning Space (Studies in Pasraman, Tangerang City). The purpose of this study is to find out how the pattern of Critical Thinking Program (critical thinking) in teaching and learning space and What are the Positive and Negative Impacts of Teaching and Learning Process Using Critical Thinking. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design. Data collection techniques using research instruments, interviews, observation and documentation. The author conducted interviews with informants. The results of the study prove that the critical thinking program pattern in the 21st century teaching and learning space in Pasraman Kerta Jaya Tangerang and Pasraman Dharma Sidhi Ciledug, that the critical thinking program pattern has begun to be applied in Pasraman Kerta Jaya Tangerang and Pasraman Dharma Sidhi Ciledug. The positive and negative impacts of training the ability of Hindu young generation to become a generation of good leaders in the future and carry a better Hindu name.Keywords : Critical thinking, 21st Century Era

Abstract

The progress of the school is very dependent on the role of the principal in leading the school, in addition there is the role of a teacher in assisting the headmaster in advancing the quality of education in schools and other collaborative school residents to help develop academic quality and improve the quality of the school so that it still exists and is able to compete with the school Another and the most important thing is to collaborate with students 'parents to develop their students' potential.From this background the authors are interested in conducting research by taking the title of the thesis "The Role of Good School Management can improve School Achievement (Case Study at Pertiwi Abhilasa Elementary School)".This study aims to determine the implementation of school management and to determine the implications of the implementation of the quality learning in SD Pertiwi Abhilasa. This type of research is qualitative research. This research is descriptive qualitative, the data collected in the form of words from the results of in-depth interviews and in the form of pictures. So that using primary data and secondary data complement each other.This research is showing there are relation role of school management in Pertiwi Abhilasa Elementary School so as to improve school performance in accordance with G.R Terry's theory in school management it requires planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and following up. However, for school facilities and infrastructure facilities are still minimal, and the marketing management of Pertiwi Abhilasa Elementary School still needs to be developed to highest level as possible so number of students can be increases every year. Keywords: Role, Management, School, Achievement

Abstract

Children are the younger generation of Hindus who are aware of their obligations as shoots, the forerunner to successors, keepers, builders and developers of dharma teachings. This means that every child or youth has the same duties and responsibilities in carrying out the teachings of dharma. No need on a large scale, just enough in simple things first. One of them is proud to be a Hindu child and still Hindu. Thus this thesis discusses the Role of Guru Rupaka in Strengthening Sradha and Bakti To Strengthen the Existence of Hinduism Through Informal Education in East Jakarta Region. The purpose of this study is why it is necessary to strengthen sradha and devotion to strengthen the existence of Hinduism through Informal Education in East Jakarta and how the efforts made by Guru Rupaka in Strengthening Sradha and Bakti In order to strengthen Hinduism through Informal Education in East Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design.Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The author conducted interviews with informants consisting of people of the Ummah, and one key informant to obtain in-depth information. The author collected data approximately 4 months in the Field. The results of the study prove that every parent in carrying out a married life certainly has a very important task and role, there are also tasks and roles of parents towards their children can be stated as follows: giving birth, caring, raising, leading to maturity and instilling norms and applicable values. Besides that, it must also be able to develop the potential that exists in children, set an example and be able to develop personal growth with full responsibility and compassion.
