Abstract

Learning Inclusive Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools still needs to be improved. religious learning must be carried out even if the child seems slow to learn (slow learner) in following Islamic religious lessons, taking into account the following matters: prepare teaching materials and materials to meet the unique and specific needs of students, the most effective learning methods to use in the delivery of learning materials or materials, provide continuous attention and motivation. Focus on paying attention so that students know that the teacher who teaches pays attention to them when in class, it is important to make eye contact when learning takes place, give appreciation and appreciation for their presence. parental support, encouragement and seriousness are closely related to slow children's learning outcomes. In qualitative research, the instrument or research tool is the researcher himself. The approach used in this study is to use a phenomenological approach. This study aims to examine the learning conditions of Inclusive Islamic Religious Education in Public Elementary Schools, as well as to analyze, evaluate and the learning model of Inclusive Islamic Religious Education in public elementary schools.

Abstract

In 2020-2021 is a historical time for the whole world, this is based on the whole world is experiencing a period of pandemicc covid 19. Pandemic covid 19 that occurs globally, of course, has an impact on various sectors, one of which is the economic sector. The COVID-19 disease has caused an economic shock, both individually, in households, small, medium and large micro & macro companies, not only in Indonesia but even affect the economy of other countries. This has the effect of changing activity patterns shopping that people usually buy needs directly to the store or offline for shopping buying daily necessities to shopping online, current consumption patterns are starting change from buying goods by seeing or trying in person at the shop/place to buy the product only based on sufficient information without trying/feeling the product. The purpose of this study is to provide information about the conditions that occur in changes in consumption patterns in consumer behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in millennial generation. The research method used is a quantitative method. Research result shows consumption patterns on indicators looking for information on goods or services online. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that there is a change in the consumption pattern of generations millennials during the covid-19 epidemic on indicators looking for information, using and buy on e-commerce services.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of several educators who experienced a decline in performance based on the results of the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) targeted by the government with an average score of 55, but the average UKG score data in several areas is still lower than the National UKG average, such as the performance score of Raudhatul Athfal teachers in Cakung District, East Jakarta City is still at 44. This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of principal leadership partially on teacher performance at SMK Daarul Uluum, South Jakarta, (2) analyze the influence of teacher competence partially on teacher performance at SMK Daarul Uluum, South Jakarta, (3) analyze the influence of teacher compensation partially on teacher performance at SMK Daarul Uluum, South Jakarta, (4) analyze the simultaneous influence of principal leadership, teacher competence and teacher compensation on teacher performance at SMK Daarul Uluum, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method on all educators (26 people), with a saturated sample method. The results of the study showed that (1) the principal's leadership did not have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Daarul Uluum South Jakarta, with a significant variable value of 0.842 > from the significance level α 0.05, (2) teacher competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Daarul Uluum South Jakarta.
