Abstract

Reporting wage contributions to the Jamsostek program is a critical engagement issue that participants need to understand. It is related to the number of benefits that workers will receive because the management uses the contribution to determine the amount of compensation and provide guarantees for their claims. Therefore, honesty and discipline on the employer's part are required when reporting posts and labor productivity. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, used primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive and uses relevant, accurate, and timely variables. The results showed that: a) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Kota branch mentions cash or cash receipts from its business income by reporting labor wage contributions. b) The reporting of labor wage contributions carried out by the Medan City branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is already good. The Medan City branch of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan can divide the contribution report function into four functions, namely administrative functions, financial functions, technology, and information functions, and marketing functions. c) The Medan City branch BPJS Ketenagakerjaan implements all incoming cash receipts, documents, or forms arranged based on the NPP and all contribution receipts either through postal giro or the company directly deposited the bank immediately every day

Abstract

the implementation of character education aims to improve the quality of education which leads to the process of achieving the formation of the character of students as a whole, integrated and balanced, according to standards Graduate of. The success of character education can be measured through a thorough evaluation consisting of: 1) Evaluation of the context which includes the basis of the policy, the perception of the needs and objectives of the character education program; 2) input evaluation which includes planning, strategy, organizational structure design, Implementation procedures and availability of character education program resources; 3) Process evaluation which includes processes that include coordination, implementation and supervision of the implementation of character education programs; 4) Product evaluation which includes the achievement and impact of the character education program. Evaluation of character education programs is carried out to provide reinforcement, Improvement and measure the success of the implementation of character education programs carried out by education providers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen kebijakan pendidikan dan untuk mengetahui peranan manajemen kebijakan pendidikan dalam mengaplikasikan visi dan misi. Serta memiliki kegunaan untuk berbagai pihak, baik itu dari pihak tempat penelitian maupun dari pihak peneliti sendiri. Pendidikan adalah bidang yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia, pendidikan dapat mendorong meningkatkan kualitas manusia dalam bentuk meningkatnya kompetensi kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan sangat kompleks, banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan karena pengaruhnya pada kehidupan manusia tidak dapat diabaikan, yang jelas disadari bahwa pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu bangsa. Analisis kebijakan Pendidikan merupakan penelitian sosial terapan yang secara sistematis disusun dalam rangka mengetahui substansi dari kebijakan agar dapat diketahui secara jelas informasi mengenai masalahmasalah yang dijawab oleh kebijakan dan masalahmasalah yang mungkin timbul sebagai akibat dari penerapan kebijakan. Visi dan Misi merupakan tujuan atau arah utama, Maka bisa dikatakan misi adalah suatu proses atau tahapan yang seharusnya dilalui oleh suatu lembaga atau instansi atau organisasi dengan tujuan bisa mencapai visi tersebut Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melalui pengamatan dan mencari data secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan yaitu, 1) Analisis Urgensi kebijakan pendidikan Menjadi pertimbangan yang saintifik, rasional dan objektif bagi semua pembuatan kebijakan. 2) Memungkinkan kebijakan didesain lebih sempurna guna mewujudkan tujuan berbangsa dan bernegara yakni mencerdaskan manusia Indonesia.

Abstract

The research that has been done is entitled "Analysis of the Role of Librarianship to Improve Library Services at Pondok Pesantren Al-Yusriyah Sei Meran Pangkalan Susu Langkat Regency", which is motivated by the background that the Library is useful for improving the quality of education in schools, with the aim of supporting the general education curriculum and developing interest in reading. To achieve the goal of quality service, the library is required to meet the needs of its librarians. Not only the fulfillment of information sources, but it is also necessary to pay attention to physical facilities, service quality, and technology that can help the service process so as to achieve user satisfaction. A descriptive qualitative research method was used to conduct this research, providing a more thorough explanation of the research topic. Three data collection methods were used: documentation, interviews, and observation. Interviews in the form of guidelines with several questions were used as study aids. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions were used in data analysis techniques, triangulation, including triangulation of sources and theories. The results of the study revealed that (1) The role of librarians at AlYusriyah Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of library services is very good, it's just that it is necessary to compile a more detailed budget plan and submit it to the school or government, (2) Develop and implement appropriate strategies to attract students and increase visits to the library, (3) and face various significant obstacles, such as limited funds, lack of funds has an impact on inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as narrow library space and lack of reading facilities. Based on the research findings above, improving the quality of library services is worth applying and implementing as a solution to improve the quality of a more disciplined library to create a quality educational environment.
