Abstract

Before independence in 1933 scent pecco is a lake that is a kind of water body in a plantation tea having a garden be resting place after the dutch colonial gardening and after kemerdekan this place in made tourism kerinci in the district .The work is aiming to express history scent pecco originating from the netherlands became tourist colonial superior kerinci district and the kind of research it includes historical research the method of a heuristic , criticism of , interpretation and historiografi .The result showed that tourism scent pecco but is a lake having a gorge berpanorama beautiful and natural beauty of being in a stretch of tea tengan-tengah plantation exactly under the mountain kerinci is also a historic tourism .Conclusions scent pecco is the result of a relic colonial dutch indies and current to tourism district in seed kerinci appointed for a holiday

Abstract

This research discusses how the communists enter the Padang Panjang city which is very famous for its Islam and is the first place of Islamic modification in Sumatra. And how these communist figures influenced the people and santri of Sumatra Thawalib and saw how these communist propagandists took action in exploiting the mass media to convey their ideas. This research uses historical research method with steps (1) Heuristik that is searching and collecting information obtained as data source . (2) Criticism of the source is done by testing the authenticity and kesahihhan data. (3) Conducting analysis and interpretation of data. (4) Histotography of the presentation of research results. This study aims to see how the communists enter Padang Panjang and are accepted by the fanatical community of Islam. The study shows that in the 20th century the communists entered Padang Panjang city which is very famous for its Islamic interest is that this communist understanding was brought by a religious teacher in Sumatra Thawalib and adopted by his santrinya they regard unis in accordance with the teachings of Islam which they call the science kuminih.

Abstract

Livestock Market of Palangki is included in Type A’s regional livestock markets and categorized as the largest in Central Sumatra. This market has its own uniqueness especially its transactional activity which is also known as “Marosok”. This paper was aimed to unveil the secret behind its presistence, until now. This study used a historical method. The result showed that Toke who did transaction in the market were not only from West Sumatera but many of them were also from outside of West Sumatera. Livestock market of Palangki has been surviving until today due to government’s role, marketing network between Toke ternak, market security and its strategic location.
