Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the role of teacher social support in moderating the effect of motivation and passion on student engagement. The study population was students of SMAN 1 Randudongkal in Pemalang Regency, with 291 students as the sample determined by the Slovin formula. The research method used computer software with SPSS for Windows version 22. The data analysis method used Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) with a quasi-moderator type. The results of the t-test significance obtained that the regression coefficient of the learning motivation variable was 0.190, and the significance was 0.001 (<0.05). The regression coefficient for the learning passion variable is 0.317 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), and the regression coefficient for the teacher social support variable is 0.343, and a significance of 0.000 (<0.05). From the results of this study, it can be interpreted that the teacher's social support, passion, and learning motivation positively affect student engagement. The interaction between learning motivation and teacher social support resulted in a regression coefficient of -0.031 and a significant 0.579 > 0.05. The results mean that teacher social support does not moderate the effect of learning motivation on student engagement. The interaction of passion-teacher social support resulted in a regression coefficient of 0.036 and a significant 0.518 > 0.05, meaning that teacher social support did not moderate the influence of learning passion on student engagement. In conclusion, teacher social support does not moderate the effect of student learning motivation on student engagement, and teacher social support does not moderate the effect of student learning passion on student engagement if, in practice, students have high motivation and passion for learning during the learning process. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine whether there is an effect between addiction to playing gadgets on cognitive learning achievement, the influence between parental control on cognitive learning achievement, and the effect of addiction to playing gadgets and parental control simultaneously or simultaneously on cognitive learning achievement. The method in this research is correlational quantitative. The sampling technique in this research is in the form of total sampling. The sample in this research were all fifth grade students of SD N Kubangpari 02, totaling 53 students. The results obtained are (1) There is no effect of the gadget addiction variable (X1) on cognitive learning achievement (Y), which is proved by the t-test results with a significant value of 0.446> 0.05. (2) There is an effect of parental control variable (X2) on cognitive learning achievement (Y), which is proved by the t-test result with a significant value of 0.009 <0.05. (3) There is a simultaneous effect of addiction to playing gadgets and parental control on cognitive learning achievement of fifth graders at SD Negeri Kubangpari 02, which is proved by the f-test results with a significant value of 0.022<0.05.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the impact of using gadgets on the social development of children at SDN Limbangan Wetan 02. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of gadgets on the social development of children at SDN Limbangan Wetan 02, Brebes district. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation directly with informants in the field to obtain the required data. Data analysis in this study used data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman flow model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification to determine the impact of using gadgets on the social development of children at SDN Limbangan Wetan 02 Brebes sub-district. The conclusion of this researcher is that there is a negative impact of gadgets on the social development of children at SDN Limbangan Wetan 02, Brebes sub-district. This impact is caused because children use it too often at home without being controlled by their parents and children who are addicted to using gadgets feel that gadgets are the most interesting thing than playing with people around or their peers. Therefore, schools are expected to always provide activities that are able to stimulate children's social development when they are in the school environment. Then parents are expected to be able to control and supervise children when using gadgets at home.

Abstract

EGA PERMANA. 2023. “Dampak Game Free Fire Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Kelas IV Sdn Sindangheula 01”. Tesis. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi Brbes. Pembimbing 1 : Muamar, M.Pd, I. Pembimbing 2 : Rila Melyana Fitri, M.Pd.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak game Free Fire terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas IV SDN Sindangheula 01 yaitu dampak hal itu sangat berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas siswa di rumah dan di sekolah. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa terlalu asyik dengan dunia game free fire sehingga berdampak pada pembentukan karakter. Siswa sendiri yang akan mengalami permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan studi survei menggunakan kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Sindangheula 01. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Peneliti mengambil 6 responden yang terdiri dari guru, siswa dan orang tua. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, 1) Dampak kekerasan yang timbul dari game Free Fire terhadap karakter siswa yang menampilkan tayangan kekerasan adalah tayangan yang menampilkan adegan kekerasan dari tingkat yang ringan seperti kata-kata kasar, makian, hingga yang berat seperti sebagai adegan pemukulan. , menabrak, menembak, atau membunuh. Game free fire merupakan game yang mengharuskan pemainnya untuk bertahan hidup hingga akhir dan menahan serangan lawan dengan menggunakan aksi kekerasan yang sama seperti yang dilakukan oleh lawan. Jadi secara tidak langsung tersirat pesan bahwa kekerasan harus dibalas dengan kekerasan pula. 2) Cara Meningkatkan Karakter Pada Siswa menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal ini cara untuk meningkatkan karakter pada siswa adalah dengan memberikan contoh sikap keteladanan terhadap siswa, dan juga memberikan penghargaan dan penghargaan kepada siswa guna meningkatkan karakter siswa, 3) Pengaruh yang timbul dari menurunnya level karakter siswa akibat Game Free Fire. Pelajar yang bermain game online masih beranggapan bahwa dengan bermain game online dapat memperoleh kesenangan, banyak cara untuk mendapatkan kesenangan, salah satunya dengan bermain game online.

Abstract

This research aims to find information about whether members are satisfied with the service provided at the Bumara mini soccer field in the city of Palembang, South Sumatra. In this research, the method used is correlational. In this study, the population was 76 Mini Soccer Bumara members. Before carrying out the analysis test, a number of requirements tests were first carried out to determine the suitability of the X and Y data. The requirements test included several test stages using the following formula: f test, validity test, test simple linear regression. Based on data analysis from research on the influence of Mini Soccer Bumara member satisfaction, there is a significant relationship, namely showing an fcount value of 319.663 with a significance level of 0.001. The significance value is smaller than 0.05. Thus fcount> ftable (319.663>3.12) which means that the hypothesis in this research has a positive effect on customer loyalty.
