Abstract

Sociologically, Islamic boarding school (pesantren) is a variant of the sociological institution in Muslim society that have two meanings at once, namely the proximity of synonymous with Islamic significance and originality of Indonesia. Pesantren emerges and develops among the Indonesian sociological community experiences loaded with the values of the humanity. As an institution that is identical with the meaning of the Islamic boarding school, was the institution of religion (tafaqquh fiddin) that concern in the field of Islamic knowledge. That is why, the material taught by the pesantren in general is the Islamic sciences, laden with humanitarian values, especially the Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and mysticism or Sufism. This second Islamic material was the center of teachings at pesantren, because he was related to the Mission of the prophetic teachings of Islam. For pesantren and the religious leaders (kiai), the teaching of Islamic jurisprudence and sufism or the morality are the instruments of anticipation of the need for change in world view, which allows its use in pesantren. The teaching of Islamic in pesantren focus more on anticipatory memorial, so that a number of the principle is that limber is expected to steer the social dynamics of the santri, especially in answering the problem of humanity in the midst of modernity.

Abstract

Sering kali masyarakat terperangkap dalam lubang penerimaan berita yang tergolong ambiguitas. Masyarakat belum bisa memilih dan memilah mana berita yang kadar kebenarannya penuh, kurang, ataukah berita yang tidak mengandung kadar kebenaran. Tujuan penulisan adalah memberikan gambaran bagaimana seorang manusia sebagai makhluk ontologis dan epistomologis menerima berita secara benar. Metode penulisan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari berbagai literarur relevan. Sehingga didapatkan pembahasan yang menguraikan seluruh teori kebenaran dalam perpektif filsafat dan kemungkinan aktualisasinya dalam men-screening berita. Pembahasan dimulai dari latar belakang sosial politik ekonomi yang menimbulkan degradasi nalar kritis masyarakat yang tidak bisa lagi membedakan antara berita fakta dan berita yang penuh kebohongan. Selanjutnya, pembahasan fokus pada kebenaran perspektif filsafat dan perkembangannya. Pada akhir penulisan disuguhkan bagaimana cara penerapan teori kebenaran tersebut di kalangan masyarakat dalam menerima berita terutama berbasis online.

Abstract

My academic concern is that so far, some studies tend to look at economic recovery, during the COVID-19 period, focusing on planning, economic and social, economic and health, economic and political, economic and distribution, economic and monetary transmission. No researcher focused on the problems: how is the performance of the individual approach used by the government in solving economic problems? What constraints are experienced in problem-solving? and how is the community approach of the Quran as a solution to the economic recovery model? By using participatory action qualitative research and content analysis of the Quranic text, the result shows that community-based, using the qur’anic paradigm, can be a monetary recovery system based on religious, social spirit. This, at the same time, confirms the significance of the community-based development approach, combined with the values of the Qur'an, in solving community economic problems, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings of the study term the pattern of economic recovery with the community approach have advantages, compared to the individual approach used by the government. The study also finds that the community's policy in economic recovery opens up more opportunities for the financial independence of the community. By using the community Passing-Loos Management System (CP-LMS), the concept of the Qur'an charity values, as the basis of the religious majority of Indonesian society, the community-based approach can be the foundation of Pancasila's economic development. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the pattern of integration, between the values of the Qur'an and the Pancasila economic system, as the SDGs authorized, can present an independent community economic system.

Abstract

This study focuses on mapping the approach to Islamic studies in one of Richar C. Martin's edited works entitled Approach to Islam in Religious Studies. This research takes a descriptive-analytical form which begins by revealing the writing background and approach in religious studies. Through this research, several conclusions can be drawn regarding Martin's academic anxiety, which he admits is the cause of the weakness between the theological approach that maintains a normative understanding of religion and the historical point of view of religion. Starting from this, then Richar C. Martin tried to bridge the gap by publishing a book which was the result of the edits of several essays or articles from outsiders and insiders who discussed the themes of Islamic studies and various approaches in Islamic studies. From this background, the purpose of this study is to focus on describing the approach to Islamic studies and describing the methodological approach to Islamic studies in religious studies in Richard C. Abstract

The population census data for 2021 recorded that there were six beliefs spread throughout Indonesia Tolerance is an important thing for all people to do. Batu City as one of the cities with a pluralistic religious background has long fostered brotherhood with tolerance. This culture is a concern for religious harmony forums to continue to maintain and preserve the culture of tolerance. Examples of tolerance behavior that has been implemented are the existence of a culture of mutual cooperation in the construction of places of worship, religious activities which are also attended by followers of other religions, to the formation of a village aware of religious harmony located in Mojorejo district. Junrejo. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The theory of social construction as an analytical tool regarding the internalization of the value of religious tolerance, the religious harmony forum of Batu city. Based on research activities with the process of collecting data through interviews, observations and interviews. Abstract

In recent times, discussions about waqf have been particularly engaging, particularly when they address the dynamic concepts involved in maintaining real estate growth. Previously, waqf problems were frequently associated with frozen and sluggish property. However, a number of improvements have since occurred. The numerous disputes over property management, which ultimately became a point of contention and led to land being abandoned, have resulted in the economic issue of family waqf property becoming a contentious one. This research project examines the intersection of family endowment (Wakaf keluarga) and epistemology within the context of contemporary social structures. The objective is to reconcile traditional religious beliefs with modern scientific perspectives on the understanding, obligations, and administration of family endowments. The study employs a conceptual analysis methodology to examine the interplay between family endowment and the epistemological foundations of science, elucidating their implications in social and religious contexts. This interdisciplinary approach enables the research to provide insights into the integration of epistemological principles into family endowment practices, with the aim of enhancing their effectiveness for the benefit of families and society as a whole. The findings underscore the necessity of synthesizing age-old values with contemporary knowledge paradigms to ensure the efficacious and sustainable stewardship of family endowments amidst the dynamism of the modern era. This study underscores the importance of bridging traditional and modern perspectives on family endowments, paving the way for enhanced welfare and sustainability in contemporary societies.Diskusi mengenai wakaf semakin menarik akhir-akhir ini, terutama ketika membahas konsep-konsep dinamis untuk mempertahankan pertumbuhan harta. Permasalahan wakaf sebelumnya sering dikaitkan dengan harta benda yang tetap dan lesu, namun kini telah banyak perbaikan yang terjadi. Karena banyaknya perselisihan mengenai pengelolaan harta benda yang akhirnya menjadi perdebatan dan berujung pada terlantarnya tanah, maka persoalan ekonomi harta wakaf keluarga pun menjadi salah satu yang kontroversial. Penelitian ini meneliti konvergensi wakaf keluarga dan epistemologi dalam kerangka sosial kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan perspektif islam klasik dengan perspektif ilmiah modern mengenai pemahaman, kewajiban, dan administrasi wakaf keluarga. Dengan menggunakan metodologi analisis konseptual, penelitian ini mengkaji wakaf keluarga dengan landasan epistemologi ilmu pengetahuan, menjelaskan implikasi dalam lingkungan sosial dan keagamaan. Melalui lintas disiplin ilmu ini, penelitian berupaya memberikan wawasan tentang prinsip-prinsip epistemologi terhadap praktik wakaf keluarga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat. Temuan penelitian menggarisbawahi pentingnya penggabungan nilai-nilai klasik dengan paradigma pengetahuan kontemporer untuk memastikan pengelolaan wakaf keluarga yang efektif dan berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika era modern. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menjembatani pandangan tradisional dan modern tentang wakaf keluarga, membuka jalan bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan dan keberlanjutan di masyarakat kontemporer.

Abstract

Environmental problems become humanitarian problems, such as damaged area layers, erosion, and disease outbreaks that make the ecosystem unbalanced, which will endanger humans. Meanwhile, the discussion of Islamic relations and environmental ethics has always continued to be debated, ranging from handling and solving to sustainable businesses. This paper aims to elucidate the eco-religious paradigm and implications of ecological ethics in Islamic studies, including environmental movements. The study employs the analytical descriptive literature research issue. Islamic study and environmental ethics functionally serve as a tool or media that provides insight into various approaches to comprehending the relationship between Islam and environmental ethics so as not to be trapped in the fanaticism of secularism and human arrogance in dealing with nature. This study contributes theoretically through relationship theory, inter-relationship to interaction in terms of religious and environmental ethics points of view. Also, it seeks to make practical contributions in the form of human spiritual awareness to preserve the environment as a form of constructing natural values (hablu min al-‘alam). Furthermore, environmental ethics continues to evolve, adjusting to the need to assemble harmony in the future.
