Abstract

Penelitian ini telah dilakukan dengan fokus pemberdayaannya pada Deradikalisasi Dakwah: Optimalisasi Peran Da’i dalam Membangun Karakter Multikultur Melalui Penguatan Kapasitas Kelembagaan. Program ini telah dilakukan dengan sejumlah proses dan tahapan bersifat tronsformasional berupa keswadayaan dan keberlanjutan (sustainability). Pemberdayaan menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR). Temuan program yakni: pada tahap prelimanary research da’i (subyek dampingan) menyadari bahwa pertumbuhan radikalisme di Kendari satu sisi menjadi fenomena sosiologis dirasakan hadir di sekitar mereka dan  sisi lain menjadi fakta ideologi terus hidup membelah sel dengan pola dan metode baru, serta pertumbuhannya dirasakan sangat cepat utamanya di dunia maya. Kesadaran da’i ini menjadi dasar penguatan bangunan kesepahaman bahwa da’i dipandang memiliki peran strategis utamanya di dunia maya untuk menanamkan Islam moderat dan dapat menemukan cara yang tepat untuk menanggulangi (deradikalisasi) Islam radikal. Bangunan kesepahaman ini, setelah refleksi bersama melalui metode workshop dengan teknik FGD, para da’i membangun kesepakatan dan ditindaklanjuti dengan orientasi dan sosialisasi pengembangan keterampilan da’i dan mengelola kelembagaan da’i berbasis online. Bukti dari kesadaran bersama para da’i itu diwujudkan melalui kelembagaan da’i multikultural dan perluasan jejaring da’i berbasis online dengan nama ‘Da’i Multikultur’ di grup WhatsApp  yang saat ini beranggotakan 198 orang dan ‘Da’i Multikultural’ di Facebook beranggotakan 152 orang serta ‘Da’i Multikultural’ di Blog. Ketiga wadah ini menjadi jaringan komunikasi para da’i dalam berdiskusi untuk membangun kesepahaman, mencari titik temu dan merencanakan program bersama utamanya di dunia maya dengan tetap berperan maksimal di dunia nyata. Para da’i berkomitmen akan melakukan langkah adaptasi materi, metode, strategi dan subyek serta obyek dakwah dalam kerangka kehidupan keIslaman yang berterima dengan nilai-nilai ke-Indonesiaan. Sehingga dengan demikian akan dapat diketahui bagaimana tanggungjawab da’i dalam membetengi masyarakat dari radikalisme.

Abstract

This research has been carried out to focus on the Errors Analysis of Arabic Writing for the participants of Musabaqah Makalah Al-Qur’an (MMQ) in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Level, in 2016. The data analyzed is 54 documents of Arabic Writing from the Participants of MMQ. The results indicate that all documents are indexed nothing is free from phonological, morphological, syntactic, and writing errors, consisting of a form of error of ziyadah (addition), naqis (subtraction), badal (replacement), hadzf (disappearance) and derivative error, although it is distributed differently based on every level of Arabic linguistics. The participants of MMQ competence contributed to the error. At the phonological level, the frequency of badal occurrence is very high, and at the morphological level the frequency of occurrence of derivative error is very high as well, while at the syntactic level, the frequency of occurrence of derivative error is high, as for at the all writings are categorized as derivative error type. The errors has caused the linguistic consequences to damage the structure of the alphabet, structure of the word, and structure of the sentence which leads to the destruction of the structure of the meaning. The errors are consequential on local error although it does not lead to misinterpretation and global error which will make the readers misinterpreted. In the process of Arabic writing, the verses from Holy Qur’an dan Hadith must be believed as a process of theophonological, theomorphological, theosyntactic and theosemantic of Arabic. This is intended as an effort by participants of MMQ to maintain the purity of Holy Qur’an.

Abstract

Background: The symptom of using two languages in the local dialect of the Arabic speaking community in Southeast Sulawesi can be seen as an interesting phenomenon. This study aims to identify and reveal: (1) The Arabic language of local dialect “Pudahoa” at Pondok Putra 7 and “Lamomea” at Gontor Putri 4 in Southeast Sulawesi; (2) Coding variations in the communication of Arabic language in the local dialects of Lamomea and Pudahoa; and (3) the use of local Arabic dialects of Lamomea and Pudahoa. Methodology: This research was conducted in the speaking community of Southeast Sulawesi who uses the local Arabic dialect located in Konawe Selatan at two focuses: (1) Arabic Lamomea; and (2) Arabic Pudahoa speaking community. The method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative. The descriptive method is an attempted research method to describe and interpret objects according to the circumstances. Findings: This study found: first, the Arabic variation used in social interactions in Gontor Putri 4 is Arabic in the Lamomea dialect. Meanwhile, the Arabic variation used in social interactions in Gontor Putri 7 is Arabic in the Pudahoa dialect. The variations of code-switching that occur in the speech communities of Gontor Putri 4 and Gontor Putra 7 with the linguistic repertoire that exists in the community include first, code-switching in the form of language translation and second, code-switching in the form of speech level code-switching. Furthermore, the codes found in Arabic spoken by the Gontor Putri 4 and Putra 7 speaking community are in the form of phrases. Mix this code in the form of an Indonesian phrase into a sentence or speech. Lamomea and Pudahoa dialect Arabic as a subordinate standard language have several functions. Third, the use of Arabic in the local dialects of Lamomea and Pudahoa consists of the formal domain, kinship domain, religious domain, transactional use, social environment, informal environment, and non-formal domain. Conclusion: There are variations of code-switching, and code-mixing in the Arabic speech communities of Lamomea and Pudahoa, Tthe Lamomea and Pudahoa dialects have local and regional characteristics and functions as a means of internal communication, a symbol of community identity and as a means of communication in formal, informal and non-formal situations. The author hopes that there will be further research that focuses on how patterns of influence between Arabic and local culture. Keywords: Arabic language form; coding variations; the dialect use.
