Abstract

ABSTRACTBook of Ayyuha al-Walad by al-Imam Abi Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammad al-Ghazali is one of the books that discusses morals. The book contains the sincere counsel of Hujjah al-Islam al-Imam al-Ghazali which is cited in a letter to his beloved disciple. In a counsel contains a sentence that requires a demand. The purpose of this research is to know the types and meaning of insya thalaby in the book of Ayyuha Al-Walad. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive method. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling that is intentional sampling technique. The results of the analysis, found 73 sentences insya thalabi. The types of insya thalabi contained in the book are amr, nahyi, istifham, tamanny and nida. The analysis shows that there are 38 amr, 7 nahyi, 23 istifham, 2 tamanny and 3 nida. The other meanings of the book are irshad, ighra, tasywiq, tahdid, taubikh, tamanni, tahassur and zajr.Keywords: Book of Ayyuha Al-Walad, advice, al-Ghazali, insya thalaby.ملخص البحثكتاب أيّها الولد للإمام أبي حامد محمّد بن محمّد الغزالي هو الكتاب الذي يبحث عن الأخلاق. نصح الإمام الغزالي نصيحة صريحة إلى تلاميذه في هذه الرسالة وفي النصيحة فيها الكلام طلب للعمل. وأما أغراض هذا البحث فهي وصف أنواع ومعان الإنشاء الطلبي في كتاب أيّها الولد ولكن ستبحث الباحثة عن كلام الغزالي فقط. وكان المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهو يصف الواقع ثم يحلله. والطريقة المستخدمة  لأخذ العينة هي طريقة  purposive sampling وهي طريقة أخذ العينة بالقدر المعين. وأما نتائج البحث فهي أن توجد 73 الإنشاء الطلبي تحتوي على خمسة أنواع وهي الأمر والنهي والإستفهام والتمنّي والندا. ومن تحليل البيانات وجدت 38 الأمر، 7 النهي، 23 الإستفهام، 2 التمنّي و 3 النداء. أمّا المعان غير الحقيقي فهي الإرشاد والإغراء والتشويق والتهديد والتوبيخ والتمنّي و التحسّر والزجر. الكلمة الرئيسية: كتاب أيّها الولد، النصيحة، الغزالي، علم المعاني، الإنشاء الطلبي. ABSTRAKKitab Ayyuha al-Walad karangan al-Imam Abi Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammad al-Ghazali merupakan salah satu kitab yang membahas tentang akhlak. Kitab tersebut berisi tentang nasihat tulus dari Hujjah al-Islam al-Imam al-Ghazali yang dinukilkan dalam surat kepada murid yang disayanginya. Dalam sebuah nasihat terkandung suatu kalimat yang menghendaki adanya suatu tuntutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan makna insya thalaby dalam kitab Ayyuha Al-Walad. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara sengaja. Adapun hasil analisis, ditemukan 73 kalimat insya thalabi. Jenis insya thalabi yang terdapat pada kitab tersebut adalah amr, nahyi, istifham, tamanny dan nida. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada 38 amr, 7 nahyi, 23 istifham, 2 tamanny dan 3 nida. Adapun makna-makna lain pada kitab tersebut yaitu irsyad, ighra, tasywiq, tahdid, taubikh, tamanni, tahassur dan zajr.  Kata kunci : Kitab Ayyuha Al-Walad, nasihat, al-Ghazali, ilmu ma’ani, insya thalaby.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak emerged in early 2020, crippling global economic activities, including the tourism sector in Indonesia. The decline in the number of tourists visiting Indonesia had a significant impact on the country's economy. It is a significant responsibility for the government to formulate policies for the post-pandemic development of tourism in Indonesia. One of the policies for the development of the tourism sector is the concept of the "new normal." This policy must be effectively implemented to revive tourism in Indonesia. The method used in writing this article employs a literature review study method. This method involves reviewing research from Google Scholar's database and relevant articles related to the discussed topic, which are then processed using appropriate tools. Based on the results of the literature review study, the implementation of post-pandemic tourism development policies in Indonesia involves three elements: sustenance, self-esteem, and freedom from servitude. These elements are realized when the health protocol requirements in the new normal setting are adhered to. These three elements are significant considerations for the government when deciding whether to reopen or postpone operations in the tourism sector due to their profound social, economic, and environmental impacts. Other government strategies or efforts in implementing tourism development policies in the era of the new normal include promoting local tourism, emphasizing voluntarism and solidarity, and making policies based on sustainable development

Abstract

This research aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of creative economic entrepreneurship based on fish farming in Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of fish farmers and relevant institutions. The research results show that most people still practice fish farming conventionally and have not yet developed many creative and innovative aspects in their businesses. Nevertheless, various forms of creative economic enterprises have emerged, such as fish floss, fish skin crackers, and other processed products, which are largely driven by youth and women's groups. This business has proven capable of increasing community income and independence. However, its development still faces various constraints, such as limited capital, low entrepreneurial literacy, narrow market access, and suboptimal farmer institutions. Therefore, strategies that can be implemented include digital marketing and business management training, strengthening local branding, triple helix collaboration, business digitalization, and establishing a creative house for fishing villages. The conclusion of this study confirms that community empowerment through creative economic entrepreneurship in fish farming has great potential to be a solution for improving community welfare if supported by targeted, collaborative, and sustainable strategies.

Abstract

The series Whispers (2020), produced by Netflix, is the first Saudi psychological thriller that explores mystery and family conflict following the death of a successful businessman. This research aims to reveal the value of justice within the narrative structure, using Tzvetan Todorov’s structuralist theory, which includes five stages: equilibrium, disruption, recognition, repair, and new equilibrium. The mimesis approach is employed to examine how the plot and characters represent Saudi social reality. The findings show that the narrative in Whispers explicitly reflects the moral value of justice through the characters’ journey in uncovering the truth, leading to a new justice-based equilibrium. The study concludes that justice is not merely a plot element but a central message of the story.   مسلسل "وساوس" (2020)، الذي أنتجته نتفليكس، يُعَدّ أول إثارة نفسية سعودية تستكشف الغموض والصراع العائلي عقب وفاة رجل أعمال ناجح. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن قيمة العدالة في البنية السردية من خلال استخدام نظرية تزفيتان تودوروف البنيوية، التي تتضمن خمس مراحل: التوازن، الاضطراب، الاعتراف، الإصلاح، والتوازن الجديد. وتُستَخدم مقاربة المحاكاة (الميميسيس) لدراسة كيفية تمثيل الحبكة والشخصيات للواقع الاجتماعي السعودي. وتُظهر النتائج أن السرد في "وساوس" يعكس بشكل صريح القيمة الأخلاقية للعدالة من خلال رحلة الشخصيات في كشف الحقيقة، مما يؤدي في النهاية إلى نشوء توازن جديد قائم على العدالة. ويخلص البحث إلى أن العدالة ليست مجرد عنصر في الحبكة، بل هي الرسالة المحورية في القصة.   Serial Whispers (2020), yang diproduksi oleh Netflix, merupakan thriller psikologis Saudi pertama yang mengeksplorasi misteri dan konflik keluarga setelah kematian seorang pengusaha sukses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai keadilan dalam struktur naratif dengan menggunakan teori strukturalis Tzvetan Todorov, yang mencakup lima tahapan: keseimbangan, gangguan, pengenalan, perbaikan, dan keseimbangan baru. Pendekatan mimesis digunakan untuk menelaah bagaimana alur cerita dan tokoh-tokohnya merepresentasikan realitas sosial Saudi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa narasi dalam Whispers secara eksplisit mencerminkan nilai moral keadilan melalui perjalanan para tokoh dalam mengungkap kebenaran, yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada terciptanya keseimbangan baru berbasis keadilan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keadilan bukan hanya elemen alur cerita, tetapi merupakan pesan utama dari kisah tersebut.

Abstract

Every educational institution must of course have quality and qualified Human Resources (HR). Not only the teaching staff or lecturers, but also need to be supported by competent staff/educational staff so that the "consumers" we serve can achieve maximum satisfaction. In the world of higher education, the consumers referred to here can be students, parents or other parties who collaborate with the university in question. However, considering that almost all activities in higher education are always related to students, the concept of excellent service must also focus on the needs of the students themselves. This research is aimed at answering the question of how excellent service is implemented at XYZ private university and whether the services from the university provide satisfaction to its students. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 10 students who were studying in the first semester and 10 other students who had been studying for up to 6 semesters. This classification of informants was carried out to obtain an idea of ​​whether there were differences between the services provided to new students and old students. Apart from that, to see whether there have been any changes made towards better service for students as customers. The results of this research indicate that the A6 aspect of excellent service has not been implemented properly so that it does not provide satisfaction to students who are customers or clients which is very important for the sustainability of a higher education institution.
