Abstract

the purpose of the thesis was to produce a steel drum production monitoring applications in PT. Karya Bakti Metalasri (PT. KBM), which can assist in the processing and recap of the production’s report. Drum production monitoring application using waterfall method. Waterfall method is that each stage of the system will be done sequentially decreased from the communication, planning, modeling, construction, dan deployment. Based on the test results, this application can help the PT. KBM in processing and recap report production also accelerate the process of making daily or monthly production report.

Abstract

Toko Yuni is a motor vehicle spare parts store in Central Maluku District that sells goods in the form of motorcycle vehicle tools of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki brands. Customers mention goods to be purchased to employees, then employees take the goods on display shelves in accordance with customer demand, after that employees record the name of goods, the amount of goods and prices of goods purchased into a piece of paper then calculated using a calculator. The business process is still going wrong when recapitulating daily transactions resulting from missing selling note, it often happens to run out of supplies of merchandise and the goods can accumulate. The solution of these problems is with an application that can record the receipt of goods and sales of goods by applying inventory control using safety stock. with safety stock, inventory will not run out of goods, the system will provide notification in the form of alerts when inventory has reached safety stock.

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama located on Jl. Dupak Rukun No. 111 – Surabaya is a company engaged in the production heavy equipment such as : train equipment, road maintenance equipment, farming equipment, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, and Dradger Pontoon. For product that have big size customer must order first, after customer deal with the product price, company will make the product. The problem that arises is when the work product for the manufacture turned out to cost less, and the company could not for additional cost to the customer so the company had to bear the cost of production. Based on the existing problem, data processing needs to be done in order to produce a value in the form of information used as budgetary control cost in the production process. Application control production costs will be made to have a function as a control costs against budget plan that was made before, on that application administrators can control costs by considering certain aspects, including the price of the main raw and auxiliary materials, machinery costs, installation costs and employee wages. With so can minimize the cost of production shortages. The information generated from the application is the Realization report production cost, budget compared to actual reports, and production progress report of the work for each product. In addition there is a notification as if the cost of cost control has reached the point that they think will lead to swelling production costs. With the above applications can minimize shortages company production costs, as well as from reports generated will be a benchmark for the manufacture of the next product.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia as a state-owned telecommunications company, has a duty to to continue to develop the technology in Indonesia over the development period. One of the products that are currently in operation, namely public internet access has now spread all over Indonesia. With the number of Access Point (AP) which has spread especially on PT. Telkom Indonesia in Regional Division 5, is not easy to perform management and control at each AP. Thus PT. Indonesia Telkom Regional Division 5 requires the development of applications in managing and monitoring the AP. From this it has been proposed design of monitoring the status of the access point that can assist in managing and controlling the AP on PT. Indonesia Telkom Regional Division 5. In order to support in maintaining the stability of the status of AP, then the application of this method to manage the queue critical ratio improvement. From the test results indicate that the application status monitoring access point can bridge the relationship Manager, Supervisor and Field Technicians in managing and monitoring the AP. And the critical ratio meals will help manage queues improvement. Thus, application status monitoring access point can help Indonesia Telkom Regional Division 5 in maintaining the stability of the status of the AP.

Abstract

PT. Boga Putra Sakti is a company engaged in culinary has several restaurants that Suteki Sushi, penyetan Cok, and Waroeng Sapiku. After successfully opening a restaurant Suteki Sushi, PT Putra Boga Way opened penyetan Cok. The name comes from a word that characterizes the community of East Java, especially Surabaya and surrounding areas, but do not open the choke penyetan outlet firstin Surabaya, but penyetan was first open in Jakarta since 2013. One branch penyetan Cok located in BG Junction has business processes for supply of raw materials. Choke penyetan office to give orders raw materials 2 times a week. The process especially when raw materials side dish usingthought supervisor that making raw material excess or shortage in supply.To overcome these problems, we need a solution that is creating and designing applications on the supply of raw materials choke penyetan restaurant located in BG Junction Surabaya by using the process of the prediction method Exponential Smoothing Wintersresearch produces raw material inventory application using exponential smoothing forecasting method winter on penyetan choke for the upcoming period based on the data demand in the previous period so that it can help the problems of shortage and excess inventory of raw materials, especially dishes.

Abstract

CV Sinar Baja Electric is a manufachured with  operational activities in producing speaker. In the process of production machinery needed to support performance,cutting machine is one of the assets owned CV Sinar Baja Electric. The use of production machines that exceeds the productive age, so often a mechanical failure resulting in stoppage of production. Constraints in the management of their assets, that maintenance is performed if there is any damage, there is no schedule for asset maintenance control production machine periodically, so frequent damage and age the use of the asset becomes shorter than its economic life. Based on the above issues, was made asset management information system applications that can provide detailed information and its report of an asset management, and can perform asset management company that has been updated. The system is expected to speed up production performance.Asset management application that can provide data input engine assets more quickly and accurately, so that by the time the information needed by the user data is ready and solve the problems that companies face in providing information to those who need it accurately.

Abstract

The workshop is one of the places where vehicles such as motor cars and placed with a variety of needs, as well as damage repair. In addition the workshop also is one of the best places to put a motor vehicle such as car and motorcycle. The service processes that occur at the workshop in synch motor still experience barriers when conducting registration service. Customers who will do the service has always been considered a new customer, the current registration process are still recorded manually.The solution to the above problem by creating an architecture application acceptance service motorcycle repair workshop on the functioning of the motor aligned to process data reception service.This application helps the process of administration of operational activities include: managing the master data includes the data, users, categories, products, services, brands, customers, motor motorcycle customers. managing transaction data covering transactions service start process, service, service, service close to the finish. Abstract

Citra Husada Medical Clinic is a premier medical clinic which also provides inpatient services. In this clinic has 2 floors with a capacity of 15 patients consisting of 8 room rooms and 7 chambers, where to register the hospitalization is done on the 1st floor and inpatient services on the 2nd floor. In the business process so far there are problems where the absence of information on the 1st floor administration of vacant rooms and to complete the administrative registration takes up to 20 minutes, the calculation of the cost of payment is still done manually causing the risk of mistakes and the time to complete up to 10 minutes, and still no detailed reporting to the management about the activities on the care in which the reporting is still limited to the written notes on the book by the administrative floor 2. Based on these problems, Citra Husada Medical Clinic requires inpatient information system to to reduce the time required to know the availability of empty rooms, accelerate the calculations performed ol eh the administration floor 2, and produce detailed reports to the management. The result of this research is inpatient information system which can show empty room and speed up administration registration to 9 minutes, accelerate the cost of hospitalization to 30 seconds and reduce the occurrence of errors in the calculation, and produce detailed reports to the management.

Management of purchase of raw materials is a very important activity in the PT. INDOCHITO International for supporting the availability of raw materials in the production of PT. INDOCHITO International. Calculation error occurred, the problems in the reporting process, recaps mistakes and the absence of evidence of storage media - evidence of transactions, they often occur in the PT. INDOCHITO International Sidoarjo. To solve the above problems, the storage medium, recording purchases and reporting processes used to a computerized system. To meet these needs has to be developed raw material purchase management application at PT. INDOCHITO International.
