P.T. JNE has implemented an official website with a www.jne.co.id address in which there are various menus that can be utilized by visitors, ie company profile, products and services, agency business solutions, career vacancies, to tracking shipment and shipping rates The influence of website quality on website P.T. JNE to user satisfaction will be analyzed in this study based on end user perception using webqem method. The data to be used in this research is by using an offline questionnaire. Then will be analyzed using variable from webqem method using some test that is like test of validity, reliability, assumption test and linear regression test. This research yields conclusion that usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency have positive and significant influence to user satisfaction with influence of 63,2%, the rest (100% 63.2%) = 36.8% is the other variable not included in this research.

First of all, the development of technology, which has been developed at this time, has encouraged the acceleration in several fields; especially in the field of information technology. Associated to the requirement for information that has increased, commonly, parking management use a ticket to sign in and out of motor vehicles that has been parked. Along with the difficulties often encountered by users of parking services such as difficulty on finding an empty parking location, parking services where users have to revolve - around looking for an empty parking lot, and certainly not to get a parking space, in addition to the parking service users often forget where previously parked vehicle.The purpose of the present study was to identify a result to combine and develop the existing parking system environments by utilizing the parking area sufficient support for the implementation of the parking system settings.In conclusion, through a system of information that has been created, will make it more manageable for the user services and parking services manager, furthermore the aim of the thesis is expected to be one of the experimental developments in parking management.

Website of CV. Planktoon currently not focusing in interests and satisfaction of customer evidenced by don’t have a membership system. Website does not create variations of offer and services to customers. The website also does not provide a direct link between the amount of stock the products in the store with the stock on the website so some reservations sometimes have problems delay or even cancellation of orders due to the number of stocks do not conform or perish. Lack of dissemination of information about the products (new products) causes a lack of interest and the interest of the consumer to visit a website so that the website the less popular or less visited by customers. The owner also had difficulty in preparing reports sales transactions that contain sales reports, daily stock, sales turnover and the best-selling items. In addressing these problems, made a re-design of website system which capable of providing a recommendation as to similar products through strategies of Up Selling, have a member registration features, dissemination of product information via sosial media, have a product search feature, ordering and payment until the confirmation of data delivery to the customer, and make a reports sales transactions that contain sales reports, daily stock, sales turnover and the best-selling items to owner. From the test results, the system is able to generate output rekomedasi up selling products, dissemination of product information via sosial media, member registration feature, and produce reports like sales reports, daily stock, sales turnover and the best-selling items

Kesejahteraan masyarakat dipandang perlu untuk peningkatan dari segi perekonomian, yang menjadi dasar mengapa koperasi muncul dan berkembang dan bersaing dengan kompetitor, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem organisasi yang mendasari untuk pengelolaan koeprasi yang menciptakan suasana koperasi yang baik, professional, tangguh, mandiri, bertanggungajwab, transparan didukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan menciptakan efisien dan efektiftasnya pengendalian di koperasi dan dapat meningkatkan SHU bagi anggota koperasi. Sistem tanggungreteng yang dikenal oleh koperasi setia bhakti wanita dibuktikan dengan NPL 0 (nol). Â Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan reseaserch and development (RnD) dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Strategi pengumpulan data menggunakan quisioner (uji realibilitas dan validitas), observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dimana elemen Good Corporate Governance (GCG) transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, kewajaran dan kesetaraan serta sistem informasi menggunakan skala linkert.Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa sistem informasi memperoleh rata-rata 2.52 terlaksana namun belum menjadi prioritas dalam kemudahan mem peroleh informasi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi, partisipasi anggota 4.20, cukup baik dalam mewujudkan koperasi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota, prinsip transparansi memperoleh rata-rata 4,02 dapat diterlaksana dengan baik dan cukup terwujud, pelaporan keuangan yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) dan disampaikan di RAT dan dukungan dari sistem tanggungreteng yang menjadi tata nilai dalam musyawarah mufakat. Independensi dengan indeks 3,83 cukup terwujud dengan pengelolaannya, prinsip responsibility pengelolaan koperasi menjadikan modal awal membangun koperasi. Prinsip akuntabilitas dengan indeks 3,71 dapat terlaksana dengan baik, struktur organisasi yagn dipertanggungjawabkan secara etis, dengan dilakukan pengawasan kinerja operational dalam pertanggungjawaban usaha,tanggungjawab pengurus bila anggota tidak lancer dalam melakukan pembayaran pinjaman serta bila ada penyalahgunaan uang operasional, melalaikan tugas, melakukan tugasnya tidak dengan hati-hati menjadi tanggungjawab bersama dan kinerja pengurus dapat dinilai dari keberhasilan laba dan penignkatan SHU serta jumlah anggota. Prinsip kewajaran serta kesetaraan 3,94 terlaksana dengan baik, karena tidak ada perbedaan unsur SARA.Kata Kunci : Koperasi, Good Corporate Governance, Sistem Informasi

CV Royalty Natural Indonesia is a company engaged in cosmetic products and is a subsidiary of PT. Green Angelica, which was founded in 2011. CV Royalty Natural Indonesia provides several beauty products including royalty day cream, royalty night cream, royalty bust-up cream, royalty cleansing soap, royalty hair tonic, royalty hair shampoo, royalty hair serum, royalty hair removal, royalty mustache cream and royalty beard serum. The marketing has constantly been done through e-commerce and existing social media. However, some obstacles emerge that may cause difficulties in managing data and information, and analyzing which products that are not optimal or the most favorite. Hence, it is not possible to identify the highest and lowest demand of their products which can adversely affect the company's sales target. In view of these problems, the objective of this study is to monitor and evaluate product sales performance in order to reveal which products have the highest and lowest demand and to be able to manage product data, sales data, and customer data. Based on the results of the application testing, it can be utilized by marketing managers in managing sales and customer data. Marketing managers are also able to specify which products have the highest or lowest demand and generate the product sales reports. In addition, this platform can be used to identify further pertaining to sales reports, reports per product, product lists, and sales performance reports. The results of this study showed that Tactical Dashboard can assist the marketing managers in monitoring and evaluating product sales and the target.

Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur(KJKT) has an organization that aims to help the part of the task, the vision and mission of the ministry in the church. With the number of church members were 68 (sixty eight), Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur must also have accumulated a very large. Associated with today's technological advances, Adventist churches in the region of Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur was to collect data on the church, so that the central secretariat in charge of the church having difficulty logging collect and process data in the congregation who are Seventh-day Adventist Church in eastern Java. Seeing the conditions that exist today, it is so lacking assist the Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur do some of the work of data collection in Adventist Church in eastern Java. With Information Systems Development Church of Seventh-day Adventist Church Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur, is expected to help the congregation who has been running the data collection in order to be processed properly. Well-organized data will help the treatment process. So, in the end reports can be generated and used by the conference as a basis for decision-making activities that have been defined as the annual work program of the annual conference eastern Java. PT. Sinar Baja Hutama located on Jl. Dupak Rukun No. 111 â€“ Surabaya is a company engaged in the production heavy equipment such as : train equipment, road maintenance equipment, farming equipment, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, and Dradger Pontoon. For product that have big size customer must order first, after customer deal with the product price, company will make the product. The problem that arises is when the work product for the manufacture turned out to cost less, and the company could not for additional cost to the customer so the company had to bear the cost of production. Based on the existing problem, data processing needs to be done in order to produce a value in the form of information used as budgetary control cost in the production process. Application control production costs will be made to have a function as a control costs against budget plan that was made before, on that application administrators can control costs by considering certain aspects, including the price of the main raw and auxiliary materials, machinery costs, installation costs and employee wages. With so can minimize the cost of production shortages. The information generated from the application is the Realization report production cost, budget compared to actual reports, and production progress report of the work for each product. In addition there is a notification as if the cost of cost control has reached the point that they think will lead to swelling production costs. With the above applications can minimize shortages company production costs, as well as from reports generated will be a benchmark for the manufacture of the next product.

Kepolisian Resort (Polres) JemberÂ Â is the command structures of the Polri in the jember district. As for duty of the Polres regulation based on No 23 Tahun 2010/Bab 2/Paragraf 2/Pasal 5. Based on such regulation, Polres Jember cannot be separated from Â handling the docketÂ and publishing a police record (SKCK). Many cases handled and many request publishing SKCK from people can effect the officers experiencing difficulty and required to work more quickly in doing their job. This is due to the absence of the applications that can help the performance of the Polres Jember officer.In this study, these problems solved by building case files handling application at Polres Jember using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Case file handling application that has built able to facilitateÂ Polres Jember officer to handling the case files and publishing SKCK.After tested, case files handling application at Polres Jember can resolve the existing problems in accordance with the SOP Transparansi Di Bidang Penyidikan Sat Reskrim Polres Jember Tahun 2009 and Â Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian. So this applications canÂ manage and archive the case files, managing PUSINAFIS data, managing SKCK data, and can generate crime reports and SKCK reports.
