Abstract

The workshop is one of the places where vehicles such as motor cars and placed with a variety of needs, as well as damage repair. In addition the workshop also is one of the best places to put a motor vehicle such as car and motorcycle. The service processes that occur at the workshop in synch motor still experience barriers when conducting registration service. Customers who will do the service has always been considered a new customer, the current registration process are still recorded manually.The solution to the above problem by creating an architecture application acceptance service motorcycle repair workshop on the functioning of the motor aligned to process data reception service.This application helps the process of administration of operational activities include: managing the master data includes the data, users, categories, products, services, brands, customers, motor motorcycle customers. managing transaction data covering transactions service start process, service, service, service close to the finish. Expected by the existence of this application can help management and employees in carrying out operational activities and monitoring so as to improve pelanyanan at the workshop. Keywords: Applications, Workshop, Service Improvement.

Abstract

CV. Hasil Sukses exist as seeing the many end users are start to switch from using of conventional wooden roof to galvalum lightweight and anti-termite, so it can last for decades and does not require regular maintenance like wood. CV. Hasil Sukses engaged in procurement galvalum APLUS brand. CV. Hasil Sukses’ galvalum brought directly from the factory. The scope of the company is taken as a supplier for the agency, shop building, and applicators (installer galvalum).Problems on the CV. Hasil Sukses today is accounts receivable that can not be controlled, because the recording of transactions are still using manual processes and are recorded using note board so could not archived properly. Manual recording of transactions and accounts receivable system and filing a memorandum that is not good cause problems in terms of billing. Billing Division at companies often spend time billing to consumers resulting company would have to pay in advance with the manufacturer for CV. Hasil Sukses themselves also do a credit for making the goods.The trial results and internal evaluation showed that the resulting information system capable of helping finance the CV. Hasil Sukses to collect on time. So that companies no longer need to pay in advance with the manufacturer.

Abstract

CV Sinar Baja Electric is a manufachured with  operational activities in producing speaker. In the process of production machinery needed to support performance,cutting machine is one of the assets owned CV Sinar Baja Electric. The use of production machines that exceeds the productive age, so often a mechanical failure resulting in stoppage of production. Constraints in the management of their assets, that maintenance is performed if there is any damage, there is no schedule for asset maintenance control production machine periodically, so frequent damage and age the use of the asset becomes shorter than its economic life. Based on the above issues, was made asset management information system applications that can provide detailed information and its report of an asset management, and can perform asset management company that has been updated. The system is expected to speed up production performance.Asset management application that can provide data input engine assets more quickly and accurately, so that by the time the information needed by the user data is ready and solve the problems that companies face in providing information to those who need it accurately.

Abstract

STIKIP PGRI Jombang has a website addressing www.stikipjb.ac .id, which is used as an intermediary for information media with students, with the existence of information technology such as websites are expected to provide accurate, complete, relevant information and facilitate communication. The involvement of students in the use of the website, the ease of the website to be used can increase various knowledge of information services to students. To find out the satisfaction, it is used by conducting a success analysis using the Delone and Mclean methods. Data used through questionnaires. and tested the validity of linearity reliability and SEM analysis. System quality variables directly affect user satisfaction with a value of 59.6%, meaning that the quality of the system presented in the website according to respondents' perceptions in this research is good.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat dipandang perlu untuk peningkatan dari segi perekonomian, yang menjadi dasar mengapa koperasi muncul dan berkembang dan bersaing dengan kompetitor, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem organisasi yang mendasari untuk pengelolaan koeprasi yang menciptakan suasana koperasi yang baik, professional, tangguh, mandiri, bertanggungajwab, transparan didukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan menciptakan efisien dan efektiftasnya pengendalian di koperasi dan dapat meningkatkan SHU bagi anggota koperasi. Sistem tanggungreteng yang dikenal oleh koperasi setia bhakti wanita dibuktikan dengan NPL 0 (nol).  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan reseaserch and development (RnD) dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Strategi pengumpulan data menggunakan quisioner (uji realibilitas dan validitas), observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dimana elemen Good Corporate Governance (GCG) transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, kewajaran dan kesetaraan serta sistem informasi menggunakan skala linkert.Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa sistem informasi memperoleh rata-rata 2.52 terlaksana namun belum menjadi prioritas dalam kemudahan mem peroleh informasi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi, partisipasi anggota 4.20, cukup baik dalam mewujudkan koperasi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota, prinsip transparansi memperoleh rata-rata 4,02 dapat diterlaksana dengan baik dan cukup terwujud, pelaporan keuangan yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) dan disampaikan di RAT dan dukungan dari sistem tanggungreteng yang menjadi tata nilai dalam musyawarah mufakat. Independensi dengan indeks 3,83 cukup terwujud dengan pengelolaannya, prinsip responsibility pengelolaan koperasi menjadikan modal awal membangun koperasi. Prinsip akuntabilitas dengan indeks 3,71 dapat terlaksana dengan baik, struktur organisasi yagn dipertanggungjawabkan secara etis, dengan dilakukan pengawasan kinerja operational dalam pertanggungjawaban usaha,tanggungjawab pengurus bila anggota tidak lancer dalam melakukan pembayaran pinjaman serta bila ada penyalahgunaan uang operasional, melalaikan tugas, melakukan tugasnya tidak dengan hati-hati menjadi tanggungjawab bersama dan kinerja pengurus dapat dinilai dari keberhasilan laba dan penignkatan SHU serta jumlah anggota. Prinsip kewajaran serta kesetaraan 3,94 terlaksana dengan baik, karena tidak ada perbedaan unsur SARA.Kata Kunci : Koperasi, Good Corporate Governance, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

CV Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of gadgets and laptops. CV Maju Bersama sells various types of laptops ranging from those used for offices to laptops used for specifically playing games. Currently CV Maju Bersama has 9 stores and their surroundings spread around Madiun and has a total of 150 employees in all stores. With the current business process, it is found that the problem is that customers often find it difficult to choose the laptop they need due to various offers of laptops from employees, this causes customers to buy laptops that do not suit their needs. This causes impacts such as the purchased laptop cannot be used according to customer needs. On the other hand, based on the results of interviews with five (5) store employees, it was found that so far employees also sometimes have difficulty choosing laptops when there are many visitors. This results in a queue of customers who will buy a laptop. Based on the problems above, we need an application with a web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to help customers choose a laptop to suit their needs. Meanwhile, store employees assist customers in determining laptops to suit customer needs.

Abstract

PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (PT Sucofindo) is a  inspection company. In its business, PT Sucofindo does budgeting after receiving a pre-order or work contract by making a Budget Plan (RAB) and proceeding with the execution of the work. Where there is budgeting, there is realization. The recording of budget realization is still using excel with different files and input into the central ERP. Some of the problems that occurred related to RAB realization were: difficult to trace and to know the details of realization costs per project. As a result, there is no cost control so sometimes the realization exceeds the budget (there is a cost overrun). The non-conformance of the target budget plan will have an impact on budgeting the next year's project costs, decision-making errors when evaluating project budget performance, not achieving the annual budget plan, etc. To overcome these problems, a "tracing and monitoring application for the realization of the project's Budget realization" was made which recorded the realization of the budget for each project so that it could assist the company in controlling the cost of project realization in accordance with the RAB made.

Abstract

Abstract: Dinamika University (Undika) is a private university located in Surabaya. It has two faculties, namely the Faculty of Technology and Informatics (FTI), the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), and the Faculty of Design and Creative Industries (FDIK). To support the learning process, Undika has various learning facilities and one of them is a library. The library at Undika itself has four online services in the form of a website, one of which is repository.dinamika.ac.id. This website contains information on a collection of scientific works related to the work of the academic community that can be accessed by anyone. in 2020 the whole world including Indonesia will experience a pandemic, so that the learning process and services in the field of education are carried out online, so that the repository.dinamika.ac.id website service needs to be optimized. This is supported by graphical data on the number of visitors to the repository website, which in 2020 did not increase significantly. Therefore, in this study, an evaluation of the repository.dinamika.ac.id website was carried out with the DeLone and McLean model by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents from Dinamika University students, then a descriptive analysis of each variable was carried out. The results of the descriptive analysis obtained the average value of each variable. For system quality variables, an average of 3.76 is obtained which means close to good, for information quality 3.63 which means close to good, for service quality 3.60 which means close to good, for use 3.55 which means close to good, for user satisfaction 3.68 which means close to good, for net benefits 3.5 which means close to good. From the total of each variable obtained an average of 3.62 which means it is close to good. The results of the inferential analysis show that from the results of the hypothesis analysis above, which have a significant influence between variables to other variables, namely: the use variable affects the User Satisfaction variable by 34.6%, the user satisfaction variable affects the Net Benefit variable by 45.6%, Usage variable has an effect on the Net Benefit variable by 41.9%, and the Information Quality variable has an effect on the User Satisfaction variable by 49%.

Abstract

Business processes in the Event Organizer, has several things that must be done. From the process of learning data by marketing, then admin to finance for the budget. The problem that occurs is when the Event budget planning process exceeds the budget that has been budgeted. In addition, if there are changes that occur, the Event will find it difficult to immediately adjust the planned budget. This happened because it was caused by input errors and difficulty finding event data or vendor data recorded in several files. If any more processes occur, it can hamper the budget planning process. The solution offered is to create an Event budget application. this application using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which consists of 4 stages, Communication, Planning, Modeling and Construction. This application has a search for Event data that has been made by marketing, then the admin makes a budget, and the finance validates the budget that has been made. The results obtained are in the form of an Event budget planning system that can help the marketing, admin, and finance for the event budgeting process with consumers. The calculations for the cost budget have been tested and produce the desired output calculations

Abstract

Kurangnya keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam literasi digital sebagai upaya menambah sarana pemasaran tidak dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan kegiatan memberikan keterampilan  dalam mengelola usaha dengan sinkronisasi kedalam teknologi informasi salah satunya memanfaatkan google my business sehingga perlu pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha dalam mengelola fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh google. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha dengan kegiatan workshop dalam memanfaatkan google my business sebagai upaya peningkatan penjualan. Hasil yang dicapai pelaku usaha dapat mengikuti langkah kerja dengan mengisi dan mengelola google my business berdasarkan akun pribadi sebagai upaya menambah sarana pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan.
