Abstract

This study focuses on student preference for Islamic Subjects contained in the Compulsory Courses Institute at IAIN Surakarta. By using conjoint analysis maps the research institute of the compulsory subjects of the most favored by students and the dominant factor underlying these preferences. The study was conducted on 584 students were selected by stratified random sampling of 8377 active students IAIN Surakarta. Collecting data using the card preference which is based on combination approach full profile attributes of subjects and reasons for choosing subjects.The study concluded that students assume Subjects Sejarah Peradaban Islam as a compulsory subject institute the most preferred with the attribute values of 26.71% and Metodologi Studi Islam became the most disliked by the attribute value 19.18%. While the dominant factor influencing the preference of students to institute compulsory subjects are used instructional media lecturer and desirability level of 22.01%, the quality factor of teaching faculty is the second reason of 21.50%, the lecture method used lecturer at 20.69% , materials and teaching materials are delivered to 18.56%, while 17.24% of the lecture time.

Abstract

The increasing diversity of modern humans has implications for changes in consumer behavior. Previously, consumers solely relied on logical considerations when selecting products or services, but now this framework has been shifted to encompass broader considerations. This trend forces a shift in the marketing paradigm; from rational marketing to emotional marketing, even continuing to spiritual marketing. This article seeks to examine the implementation of spiritual marketing to increase the sales turnover of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, with a case study of “Komunitas Bubur Sedekah” in Setabelan Banjarsari, Surakarta. This case study applied Hermawan Kertajaya's spiritual marketing theory as a theoretical framework. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were held with advisors, porridge sellers, almsgivers, and customers. Observations were conducted to capture data from the porridge business activities. Meanwhile, documentation was utilized to collect data from various social media platforms belonging to the community. The findings of the study indicate that “Bubur Sedekah” is a manifestation of spiritual marketing because it is grounded in ethical spiritual principles, such as theistic, humanistic, and contextual values that bring satisfaction to customers, thus resulting in regular donations. Consequently, the sales turnover of “Bubur Sedekah” has considerably increased, and the sustainability of their business is now assured.

Abstract

Self concept is individual evaluation of ones characteristics and ability. A family as the first and major institution for the adolescent has an important role in providing education, love, guidance and supervision so they can grow up with positive self concept. The purpose of the research is to know the relationship between the harmony level of family and the self concept of adolescent in Bayat, Klaten. The research uses correlative quantitative method. It involves 53 adolescent chosen by random sampling. The result of the research shows high harmony level of family in Bayat (71,7%), and high category of adolescents self concept (56,6%). The hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlative analysis shows that there is positive and significant relationship between the harmony level of family and the adolescents self concept with the probability 0,000 (< 0,05) and correlation coefficient (rxy) 0,713.

Abstract

This article attempts to describe the process of Islamic counseling with scaling question technique in order to reduce patient's anxiety. The method used is qualitative descriptive, while the determination of the subjects is chosen with the purposive sampling. The results of the study show the practice of scaling question technique with the following sequence of processes: (1) rapport, (2) asking for complaints during hospitalization, (3) asking the patient to take a comfortable position with his eyes closed then feel what the burden of his mind , (4) asking the patient to tell what he is feeling when his eyes are closed, (5) asking the level/problem level between 0 - 10, (6) dialogue plus exposing the wisdom or risk until the patient raises the insight or gets enlightenment, (7) reinforced with the verses of the Qur'an or hadith, (8) asking the level/problem level between 0-10 back, (9) farewell

Abstract

Bimbingan mental melalui teknik reframing merupakan sebuah metode pemberian bantuan atau pertolomgan yang diberikan seseorang kepada orang lain yang memiliki sebuah masalah batin dengan mengubah pandangan yang negative ke pandangan positif. Dilakukannya bimbingan mental melalui teknik reframing guna untuk mengembalikan kualitas mental narapidana kususnya narapidana menjelang masa bebas tahanan, agar narapidana kembali kejalan yang benar dan tidak mengulangi perbuatannya kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Diskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Surakarta melakukan bimbingan mental pada Narapidana Menjelang Masa Bebas Tahanan agar kualitas mental narapidana menjelang masa bebas tahanan kembali membaik.
