Abstract

Based on the results of the 2018 evaluation at RSIA Bunda Aliyah, it shows that compliance with the risk of injury due to a patient falling in the inpatient department reaches 99% of the 100% standard, where only 1% is still a problem in preventing the risk of falling. Compliance in hand washing was 65.3% with a standard of 85%, the data also showed that patient and family satisfaction reached 70.9% with a standard of 80%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of nurses' workload on the implementation of patient safety at RSIA Bunda Aliyah with service quality as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is multiple regression path analysis, which was conducted on 74 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the workload of nurses on patient safety, but service quality cannot be an intervening variable on both variables and service quality does not have a significant effect on patient safety. The results showed that the dominant influence was the workload of nurses on patient safety. Where the significant value of workload and service quality for patient safety is P = 0.044, workload on patient safety is P = 0.012, workload on service quality is P = 0.019, and service quality for patient

Abstract

Customer loyalty is considered as an important key to the success and profit of a hospital, so that a decrease in the number of visits from old patients or subscribed patients in the paediatric polyclinic of Private H Hospital is a serious problem. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction and trust as an intervening variable in the services of a paediatric polyclinic in Private H Hospital. In this study, we used SEM method on 190 respondents to obtain the result. Customer trust significantly mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty while customer satisfaction cannot serve as a mediator since about 70% of patients at the paediatric polyclinic of Private H Hospital are National Health Insurance (JKN) members. By maintaining customer trust through the provision of services based on hospital accreditation standards and continuous evaluation, customer loyalty will increase as marked by the re-visit of patients even though there are other paediatric polyclinics offering more, even customers will recommend the paediatric polyclinic of Private H Hospital to other people.

Abstract

Lasic is a permanent solution to overcome refractive disorders in humans. In Indonesia, the general eye hospital is providing lasic surgery as well as other related procedures. The absence of special clinics that exclusively serve lasic, in addition to the imbalance between the number of patients with refraction disorders who have been treated with lasic surgery and the popular notion that lasic procedures are expensive, offers a business opportunity to open a lasic-specialized clinic which will be named SILC Lasic Center. SILC Lasic Center will offer cost-effective lasic surgery with flexible payment programs while still prioritizing quality and patient safety. In order to introduce and expose SILC Lasic Center so that the community takes notice, there needs to be a proper marketing plan so that the purpose of SILC Lasic Center will be in accordance with its vision and its mission can be achieved.
