Abstract

Tanggal 11 Maret 2020 WHO menetapkan Covid-19 sebagai pandemik. Di Indonesia sampai dengan Juni 2020 menurut data dari PHEOC Kemenkes kasus Covid-19 terkonfirmasi sudah mencapai 56.385 kasus diantaranya 2.976 kasus meninggal dunia. Dalam era pandemic Covid-19, RS X Pulomas menerapkan berbagai upaya dalam mengurangi risiko infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim yang dimediasi oleh kepemimpinan terhadap upaya pengurangan risiko infeksi di Unit Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X, Pulomas. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi multipel, dimana menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Upaya Pengurangan Risiko Infeksi dengan variabel-variabel bebas adalah: Komunikasi, Kerjasama Tim dan Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel mediasi.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 60 perawat di unit rawat inap, menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25 dan AMOS 20.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Komunikasi dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap upaya pengurangan risiko infeksi. Variabel kerjasama tim merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam upaya pengurangan risiko infeksi. Hasil analisis lainnya didapatkan kepemimpinan tidak memediasi antara komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap upaya pengurangan risiko infeksi.

Abstract

Low retention of healthcare workers may contribute to a negative impact on the performance and effectiveness of the service industry, which is caused by several major factors including compensation provided by industry that does not meet employee expectations, and there is no stipulated compensation for overtime work in the form of incentives or bonuses. Furthermore, the organizational commitment of the healthcare workers is still considered low, due to the service industry’s operations which have only been running for one year. This study intended to provide empirical evidence of the effect of compensation and motivation on retention of healthcare workers mediated by organizational commitment. This study utilized quantitative methods with the type of causality study. The data in this study were sourced from primary data.  Individual analysis subjects consisted of all healthcare workers with a service period of more than one year.  Path analysis data analysis was used in this study. The results of the study indicated that compensation, motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the retention of healthcare workers with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Furthermore, compensation and motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.  Moreover, ccompensation, motivation and organizational commitment contributed to a positive and significant effect on the retention of healthcare workers. Findings of the study indicated that the direct effect of compensation and motivation on the retention of healthcare workers was greater than that mediated by organizational commitment

Abstract

Managing the hospital business aspect has become a natural consequence of the era of globalization. The results of a preliminary survey of repurchase intentions at ABC Hospital Jakarta, 30% said they would return to this hospital if they wanted to do a re-examination. Repurchase intention in hospital services is the tendency of customers to take advantage of hospital services again in the future. This study uses a quantitative method with a covariant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) causal research design, namely AMOS. This study used a sample of 300 hair calculations for outpatients in internal medicine polyclinics. Research results: E-WoM has a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions through patient trust based on the results of measuring CR values ​​using SEM with the help of the Sobel test. Based on the results of the study, the implications of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of E-WOM and brand image through patient trust which can increase repurchase intentions, marked by changes in the hospital tariff system and relationship marketing in utilizing repurchase intentions

Abstract

Hospitals need nurses with a high job attitude because nurses will contribute greatly in providing quality and professional services to patients. So hospital management needs to know what factors support the formation of job attitudes in nurses. This study is an associative causality study with a cross-sectional design and a quantitative approach.This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate and job demand on the job attitude of inpatient nurses through work-life balance as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach and survey method using a questionnaire. The population is all inpatient nurses who work in type B private hospitals in North Jakarta, totaling 70 people. The sampling technique was using saturated samples, so that a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. Methods of data analysis using statistical software software. Research results: Organizational climate, job demand, and work-life balance have a significant and simultaneous effect on the job attitude of inpatient nurses in type B private hospitals in North Jakarta; The work-life balance variable has the most influence on the job attitude of inpatient nurses at a type B private hospital in North Jakarta, compared to the other two variables. Abstract

In this era of modernization, several companies, one of which is hospitals, are adopting E-Service Quality because currently patients prefer services that are quickly accessible wherever and whenever they are, so this adds to the main function of a service. One of the services of the Obstetrics and Gynecology unit, especially the delivery service using the ERACS (Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Surgery) method, is a surgical procedure that increases profits for hospital Agencies. So, it can influence consumer value perceptions, perceived quality and hospital imAge and patient satisfaction. The aim of this research is to analyze differences in perceptions between the components of doctors, management, nurses and patients based on perceived value in implementing ERACS actions. This research method uses a quantitative research approach, survey method and the type of research is hypothesis testing with descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used was 50 respondents. The research results show that the Mann Whitney test analysis on the combination of all components which compares benefits and costs, shows that the p-value is 0.000 (p < 0.05), meaning there is a significant difference between benefits and costs on the combination of all components. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between benefits and costs in the doctor, management, nurse and patient components.
