Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang mampu memberikan dampak yang besar terhadapberbagai bidang, satu diantaranya yaitu pada bidang pemasaran. GOJEK merupakan satudiantara aplikasi yang memiliki dampak yang luas bagi penggunanya, baik konsumen,pengendara dan pelaku usaha yang terlibat. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untukmenganggkat tema “Analisis Konsumen Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan GOJEK di KabupatenKubu Raya” dalam penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: a). Tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan GOJEK di Kabupaten Kubu Raya; b).Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan GOJEK diKabupaten Kubu Ra; c). Kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan GOJEK di Kabupaten KubuRaya. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna jasa GOJEK di KabupatenKubu Raya yaotu di Kecamatan Sungai Raya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melaksanakanobservasi lapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap variabel tangible, realibility,responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan konsumen, menunjukkan indikatorindikator dalam penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliabel. Pada uji hipotesis, variabelresponsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan variabel tangible,reliability, assurance dan emphaty tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Secara simultan variabel tangible, reliability, assurance dan emphaty berpengaruh signifikanterhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari uji koefisien Determinasi (R2) dapat dilihat persentasesumbangan pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu variabel tangible (X1), realibility (X2),responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5) terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasankonsumen (Y) sebesar 80,1%. Sedangkan sisanya 19,9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnyayang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : GOJEK; Kepuasan Konsumen; Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that influencing stress on UNU West Kalimantan students Batch 2018 in compiling thesis. the method in this study uses a Quantitative Descriptive technique data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is spss 25 program. This research was conducted at Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Kalimantan, with the number of respondents as many as 44 people. The research results show that there are 2 influencing factors in student stress, namely internal factors which include (Frustration, conflict, pressure,Self- inposed (self-imposed)) and external factors namely (Family, campus) research shows that there is an intermediate effect internal factors and external factors on student stress in preparing thesis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of work motivation in employee performance at the Pemiraman Village Office, Mempawah Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method, which is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to research on the condition of natural objects. This research was carried out at the Pemiraman Village Office of Mempawah Regency by selecting 7 informants who were considered representative of their respective employees, namely 1 village head as a key informant and 6 employees as employees who also played an important role. The data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that work motivation plays a very important role for employees to support their performance. And the performance of employees of the Mempawah Regency Village Office can be said to be very good, which can be seen from the creation of job satisfaction as employees and can improve the welfare of the village office.

Abstract

Pineapple business in Indonesia has such high potential, so it is very suitable for pineapple business actors and farmers in Indonesia. Designing strategies and marketing methods for pineapple products is very important in increasing product sales. To meet public demand for pineapples, marketing activities are needed that can distribute the fruit from producers to consumers. Where marketing is essentially the flow of goods from producers to consumers. Marketing activities are an important factor that will determine the success of an entrepreneur. This study uses a qualitative research method by conducting a case study on the object being studied. The qualitative research method is a research method based on natural philosophy (experiment) where the researcher as an instrument, data collection techniques and data analysis are inductive/qualitative and emphasize meaning. Word of mouth marketing is a strategy that is more likely to be used by farmers in Peniraman village, because their customers come to their homes more so they can directly see the products they are going to buy. That's where farmers can run 4P marketing (product, price, place, promotion) by explaining the products they are going to sell and also bargaining for prices. Apart from that, Peniraman Village farmers also do marketing through earned media by creating Instagram stories via WhatsApp, Facebook.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the characteristic of consumers and the factors that form consumers intentions to participate arisan kue lebaran. This research is an explanatory approach by distributing a questionnaire of 74 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents in this study were dominated by women aged 18-25 years. The data analysis technique used is actor analysis (Explanatory Factor Analysis). The results showed that there were 23 variables forming consumers intention to participate arisan kue lebaran which could be grouped into ive actors, namely marketing stimulus, social actors, attitude toward arisan kue lebaran, perceived motivation adn behavioral control and personal characteristic. The results of this study still need to be continued with a conirmatory approach so that it is stronger in explaining the formation o consumer intentions in participating arisan kue lebaran..
