Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Telkomsel Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal komparatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan PT. Telkomsel yang menggunakan metode sampel sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Artinya, perubahan budaya organisasi yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan. (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Artinya, perubahan perilaku kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan harapan para karyawan dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan. Hasil diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang terjadi pada disiplin kerja karyawan secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja, maka faktor budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan didalam perusahaan perlu dipertimbangkan dan ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin kerja

Abstract

Guru berperan memberikan ajaran kepada anak didiknya mengenai bagaimana cara mencari dan menggunakan informasi dengan bijak. Peneliti disini menggunakan variabel literasi informasi sebagai variabel bebas. Literasi informasi yaitu kemampuan individu untuk mengetahui kapan suatu pesan dibutuhkannya serta dapat diidentifikasi, jelas waktu pemanfaatannya, serta bermanfaat untuk pemecahan masalah. Komponen literasi informasi tersebut adalah: literasi dasar mencakup kemampuan untuk membaca, menulis, berbicara, mendengar, memperhitungkan dan menggambarkan suatu pesan. Dalam hal ini guru wajib memiliki kemampuan literasi informasi guna meningkatkan kinerja (kualitas SDM) dan kompetensinya sebagai guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi informasi guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kompetensi guru. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ialah guru-guru di SDIT Al – Mumtaz Pontianak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dokter Soedarso, Pontianak.Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Nopember sampai dengan Desember 2009 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pontianak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei.yang berjumlah 280 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 162 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesionerdidesain dalam bentuk skala Likert dan skala peringkat (rating scale). Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis, dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Pontianak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi kinerja karyawan disebabkan oleh motivasi kerja, sehingga motivasi kerja menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Peranan perempuan dalam perekonomian di Kalimantan barat menjadi penting dengan kelebihan yang dimilikinya untuk menopang pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi yang akan berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Kalimantan barat. Populasi dan pengumpulan sampel dilakukan di 4 lokasi yaitu yaitu Kota Pontianak, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kabupaten Mempawah, dan Kota Singkawang sebanyak 67 Responden, Metode penelitian menggunakan uji regresi sederhana, uji t dan korelasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar UMKM perempuan dalam mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat yang ada di Kalimantan Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM perempuan berpengaruh positif sebesar 0.444 terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Kalimantan Barat dan memiliki hubungan korelasi cukup kuat.

Abstract

The main goal of this research is to assess the influence of the 2022 rise in fuel oil (BBM) prices on the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research methodology consists of a Mann-Whitney U-Test and an event study. The selection for this study consists of manufacturing companies that are publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research incorporates the following variables: trading volume activity (TVA), abnormal return, stock price, and stock trading frequency. The observation period is comprised of the time between the event period and the estimation period. The event period encompasses the five days preceding, one day during, and five days following the BBM fee increase. The Market Model uses the estimation period to calculate the expected return. The results of this research indicate a statistically significant variation in the abnormal return; however, no such distinctions are observed in the stock price, TVA, or stock frequency.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex interplay between institutional share ownership, ownership structure, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and environmental sustainability in the context of Indonesian energy companies. A quantitative analysis utilizing structural equation modeling was employed to analyze data from a sample of 150 energy firms. The results reveal significant positive relationships: higher levels of CSR, increased institutional share ownership, and a more concentrated ownership structure are associated with improved environmental sustainability practices. These findings contribute to the understanding of the factors shaping environmental responsibility in the Indonesian energy sector, offering practical insights for companies and policymakers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of self-efficacy, tolerance for risk, and Entrepreneurship education in growing student entrepreneurial interest in Pontianak City. This study uses a causative type of research, namely the type of research with the characteristics of the problem in the form of a causal relationship between two or more variables. Sampling used purposive sampling method. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 respondents. The returned and usable questionnaires were 139 questionnaires. The results of the study are self-efficacy, tolerance for risk and Entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest in Pontianak City. This research is expected to contribute to educators in formulating teaching materials and contributions to the government as input in making programs related for producing many young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

In a competitive business environment, the ability to attract and retain quality talent is critical to the success of startup companies. This study explores the role of employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) on employee engagement and retention in startup companies in Pontianak City. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to measure their perceptions of Employer branding and EVP practices and their impact on engagement and retention levels. The results of this study reveal that Qara'a's startup employer branding, based on the dimensions of interest value, social value, economic value, development value, and application value, can increase employee engagement and retention. Furthermore, the application of Qara'a's employee value proposition is packaged attractively and by employee expectations so that the EVP can increase the engagement and retention of Qara'a startup employees.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that influencing stress on UNU West Kalimantan students Batch 2018 in compiling thesis. the method in this study uses a Quantitative Descriptive technique data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is spss 25 program. This research was conducted at Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Kalimantan, with the number of respondents as many as 44 people. The research results show that there are 2 influencing factors in student stress, namely internal factors which include (Frustration, conflict, pressure,Self- inposed (self-imposed)) and external factors namely (Family, campus) research shows that there is an intermediate effect internal factors and external factors on student stress in preparing thesis.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how communication skills and emotional intelligence affect the performance of Alfamart employees in West Kalimantan. This study explores the potential role of mediating Organizational Citizenship Behaviour in this relationship. This work uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyse the data using Smart PLS 4.0 software. This study integrates mediating variables and investigates the relationship between independent and dependent variables to provide empirical support for hypotheses. As part of the data collection strategy for this study, 214 Alfamart employees in the West Kalimantan region were given questionnaires. The study results show that organisational, civic behaviour, emotional intelligence, and communication skills positively and significantly influence worker performance. However, organisational citizenship behaviour only mediates communication skills; It does not link emotional intelligence to employee success.
