Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Airmadidi, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 92 orang guru, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh dari pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,157; pengaruh dari iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,209; dan pengaruh pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,349. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Airmadidi, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, perlu mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan dan penciptaan iklim organisasi sekolah yang kondusif.

Abstract

This study describes an effective strategy for building multiple-choice tests that can be implemented in assessing higher-order thinking. Its application in education is mainly to measure students' cognitive skills. Some of the steps used to construct this compound choice test include manipulating specific verb targets, reversing items, and using high-quality distractors. This study found that compound choice items have great potential for assessing higher-order thinking.

Abstract

This research aims to conclude the influence of eBooks in the learning process throughout the world. The meta-analysis design taken was a group contrast between control and experimental groups with a random effect size model. The criteria used are time “data published 2018–2023,” published in English, type of publication is a quantitative research article, the research design is a difference between control and experimental groups, containing complete data “mean, sample size, and standard deviation,” and recorded in the Scopus database. Data collection was guided by the PRISMA method. The results of the analysis showed that the data were heterogeneous and free from publication bias. The results of the analysis showed that there was a large “positive” effect as indicated by a p-value <0.001<5% “95% confidence interval” and a total effect size=0.86 [0.61; 1.11]. It can be concluded based on the latest findings that eBooks have an equally good effect on all conditions which are influenced by the type of competency developed, the eBook information base, the type of eBook, and class size.

Abstract

In the face of plurality and diversity that exists in the social environment, the most powerful weapon to regulate against clashes and disintegration is through moderate Religious Education. Religious Education has a significant influence to realize this. This is because religion is a guideline for mankind to have a relationship between humans and their God in accordance with the religious beliefs embraced by each person. this research leads to a type of quantitative research approach. effective management of Christian education learning and high self-efficacy can have a significant impact on increasing students' religious moderation commitment through strategies involving the use of active and elaborative learning methods, the development of a religious moderation curriculum, and the cultivation of moderation values. Good learning management supports the development of self-efficacy, and high self-efficacy strengthens commitment to the principles of religious moderation taught in Christian education. The effectiveness of Christian education and self-efficacy complement each other to shape attitudes of religious moderation. Effective Christian education can increase students' religious self-efficacy. To achieve this, Christian education learning and self-efficacy within students have an important role. A moderate attitude in religion will not be realized if Christian Education learning and learning self-efficacy do not run effectively and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of music as a learning media of Christian Education on the growth of faith of worship team members in GPdI region XXVI Kauditan. The type of this research is quantitative research with a causal associative type. The respondents of this study numbered 126 people, selected using simple random sampling technique. The instrument of this research is questionnaire consisting of 43 items. The instrument meets the validity and reliability requirements, with Aiken's content validity coefficient scoring ≥ 0.78 and the reliability coefficient scoring more than 0.70. Data analysis is conducted using simple linear regression. The results of the study show that music as a learning media for Christian Education affects faith growth by 50.5 percent. Thus, it is proven that music as a learning media of Christian Education affects the faith growth of team members in GPdI region XXVI Kauditan. Therefore, churches in teaching Christian Education can use music as a media to enhance faith growth of team members in long-term programs in each church.
