Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas tentang analisis peningkatan minat belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Game-based learning (GBL) pada pembelajaran matematika materi pecahan kelas V SDN PW 01. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian tersebut adalah mixed methods dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan model pra-eksperiment. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Karena data yang diolah merupakan data dengan skala ordinal, sehingga menggunakan statistik non parametrik dan tidak perlu untuk menguji asumsi normalitas distribusi. Sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis naratif. Penelitian tersebut dilakukan dengan memberikan pra tes berupa angket minat belajar matematika siswa materi pecahan sebelum menggunakan model Game-Based Learning. Kemudian diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran matematika materi pecahan menggunakan model Game-Based Learning (GBL) melalui aplikasi belajar Quizizz, Kahoot! dan Wordwall. Setelah itu diberikan posttest berupa angket minat belajar matematika siswa materi pecahan sesudah menggunakan model Game-Based Learning. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000, yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Selain itu, dari hasil wawancara diperoleh data bahwa terjadi peningkatan rasa suka dan ketertarikan siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi pecahan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Game-based learning (GBL). Dari kedua data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi pecahan dengan menggunakan model Game-Based Learning (GBL) di kelas V SDN PW 01.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the online learning assessment at SDN Kiduldalem 1 Bangil, Pasuruan Regency, along with the obstacles and difficulties in its implementation. This study used a descriptive qualitative design. The study subjects were teachers in grades 1 to 6 at SDN Kiduldalem 1 Bangil. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used in this research as data collection tools. The validity of the research was carried out with the extension of research, triangulation of techniques, and member checks. The results showed that all teachers could carry out cognitive assessments during online learning. Most of the teachers have already conducted the affective and psychomotor assessments. The obstacles and difficulties experienced in implementing learning assessments are the teachers have difficulty observing student attitudes, and preparing lesson plans and materials for online learning.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the learning interest of class III B students at SDN Bumiayu 3 Malang City when learning without using the Quizizz learning application and to describe the learning interests of class III B students at SDN Bumiayu 3 Malang City when learning using the Quizizz learning application. The approach used is a mix method (combination research) with the type of research using descriptive research and the design method used is the parallel combined method design. Data were collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that students' interest in learning without using the Quizizz learning application was categorized as moderate with a percentage of 63 percent. Then for students' interest in learning using the Quizizz learning application, the percentage of 83 percent is in the high category. There is an increase in interest in learning, namely 20 percent, so it can be concluded that the Quizizz learning application can be an alternative for teachers in using learning media during online learning during a pandemic to increase students' interest in learning, as well as create a more interesting, fun, not monotonous learning atmosphere for learning. followed by students, and utilize technology. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan minat belajar peserta didik kelas III B SDN Bumiayu 3 Kota Malang ketika pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan aplikasi belajar Quizizz dan mendeskripsikan minat belajar peserta didik kelas III B SDN Bumiayu 3 Kota Malang ketika pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi belajar Quizizz. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu mix method (penelitian kombinasi) dengan jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan desain metode yang digunakan yaitu desain metode gabungan paralel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar peserta didik tanpa menggunakan aplikasi belajar Quizizz dikategorikan sedang dengan persentase 63 persen. Kemudian untuk minat belajar peserta didik menggunakan aplikasi belajar Quizizz menunjukkan persentase 83 persen yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Terdapat peningkatan minat belajar yaitu 20 persen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi belajar Quizizz dapat menjadi alternatif guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran selama pembelajaran dalam jaringan di masa pandemi guna meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik, serta menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, menyenangkan, tidak monoton untuk diikuti peserta didik, dan memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the implementation of the TPACK approach in learning in social studies class IV at SDN Rampal Celaket 2. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through observing, understanding, describing and analyzing data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were fourth grade teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Rampal Celaket 2. The results of the research from the aspect of overall learning planning and the results of the overall learning evaluation showed that the implementation of the TPACK approach was carried out in accordance with the research indicators. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai implementasi pendekatan TPACK dalam pembelajaran pada muatan IPS kelas IV SDN Rampal Celaket 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui kegiatan mengamati, memahami, menguraikan dan menelaah data. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas IV dan siswa kelas IV SDN Rampal Celaket 2. Hasil penelitian dari aspek perencanaan pembelajaran secara keseluruhan dan hasil dari evaluasi pembelajaran secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendekatan TPACK dilaksanakan sesuai dengan indikator penelitian.

Abstract

Abstract: The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is able to be one of the options that can be taken for mathematics learning in elementary school, where students design a project and then present it. This study aimed to analyze the differences in mathematics learning outcomes of 5th grade students who used the PjBL model with conventional models on cube and cuboid volume materials at SDN Sananwetan 01 Blitar. This research used a quantitative approach with quasi experimental design forms in grades 5B (experiments) and 5A (control) SDN Sananwetan 01 Blitar. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and questionnaires with research instruments in the form of student learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest). The results showed a difference in the results of learning mathematics of 5th grade students who used the PjBL model with conventional models on cube and cuboid volume materials. This is indicated through the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 less than 0.05 on Mann Whitney U-Test test results and N-Gain Score of experimental class 0.4536 and control class 0.294. Abstrak: Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) mampu menjadi opsi untuk pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Dasar, di mana siswa merancang sebuah proyek kemudian mempresentasikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas 5 yang menggunakan model PjBL dengan model konvensional pada materi volume kubus dan balok di SDN Sananwetan 01 Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk quasi experimental design di kelas 5B (eksperimen) dan 5A (kontrol) SDN Sananwetan 01 Blitar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket dengan instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar siswa (pretest dan posttest). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas 5 yang menggunakan model PjBL dengan model konvensional pada materi volume kubus dan balok. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 kurang dari 0,05 pada hasil uji Mann Whitney U-Test dan N-Gain Score kelas eksperimen 0,4536 dan kelas kontrol 0,2949.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze mathematical literacy skills and the ability of each indicator of mathematical literacy in the fractional material of fifth grade students at SDN Kauman 1 Malang. The research approach used is a combination research approach (mix methods) with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used tests, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicated that of the 74 students studied, the mathematical literacy ability of the fifth grade students of SDN Kauman 1 Malang has a low criterion of 40 percent. Students' abilities on each indicator of mathematical literacy include: (1) The ability to formulate problems mathematically is 48 percent. Students can simplify real problems into the form of things that are known and asked and write problems clearly in the form of mathematical sentences; (2) The ability to use facts, concepts, procedures, and mathematical reasoning is 46 percent. Some students can develop problem solving strategies using facts, concepts, and mathematical reasoning and solve problems using mathematical procedures; (3) The ability to interpret, conclude, and reflect mathematical results is 24 percent. Most students can interpret and conclude the results of solving problems into the context of the real world, but very few students can explain the solutions to get the results of the settlement. Teachers are advised to better train students by giving mathematical literacy type questions that require high reasoning and more emphasis is placed on students to solve problems in a structured manner with complete stages of completion. Instilling the concept of fractional counting operations also needs to be emphasized again to students so that students can solve math problems correctly. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi matematis dan kemampuan pada setiap indikator literasi matematis pada materi pecahan siswa kelas V SDN Kauman 1 Malang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kombinasi (mix methods) dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 74 siswa yang diteliti, kemampuan literasi matematis pada materi pecahan siswa kelas V SDN Kauman 1 Malang dalam kriteria rendah yaitu sebesar 40 persen. Kemampuan siswa pada setiap indikator literasi matematis meliputi: (1) Kemampuan memformulasikan masalah secara matematis yaitu sebesar 48 persen. Siswa dapat menyederhanakan permasalahan nyata ke dalam bentuk hal yang diketahui dan ditanyakan serta menuliskan permasalahan secara jelas ke dalam bentuk kalimat matematika; (2) Kemampuan menggunakan fakta, konsep, prosedur, dan penalaran matematika yaitu sebesar 46 persen. Sebagian siswa dapat menyusun strategi penyelesaian masalah menggunakan fakta, konsep, dan penalaran matematika serta menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan prosedur matematika; (3) Kemampuan menginterpretasikan, menyimpulkan, dan merefleksi hasil matematika yaitu sebesar 24 persen. Sebagian besar siswa dapat menginterpretasikan dan menyimpulkan hasil penyelesaian permasalahan ke dalam konteks dunia nyata, namun sangat sedikit sekali siswa yang dapat menjelaskan solusi didapatkannya hasil penyelesaian. Guru disarankan untuk lebih melatih siswa dengan memberikan soal-soal tipe literasi matematis yang memerlukan penalaran tinggi dan lebih ditekankan lagi kepada siswa untuk menyelesaikan soal secara terstruktur dengan tahapan penyelesaian yang lengkap. Penanaman konsep operasi hitung pecahan juga perlu ditekankan lagi kepada siswa agar siswa dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika dengan tepat.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce question card media based on google sites material for LCM and GCF grade IV Elementary Schools that are valid and interesting for students. The research model uses the ADDIE model with five stages of development including: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The product is a website link (https://sites.google.com/view/media-mathion-card/page-muka) which is online. Based on the validation results, the percentage of material experts is 85 percent (valid), the percentage of media experts is 96.67 percent (very valid), the percentage of teachers is 91.67 percent (very valid), and the student attractiveness test results are 93 percent (very good). So it was concluded that the mathion card media product was valid according to the experts and interesting for fourth grade students.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media kartu soal berbasis google sites materi KPK dan FPB kelas IV Sekolah Dasar yang valid dan menarik bagi siswa. Model penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahap pengembangan meliputi: (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Produk berupa link website (https://sites.google.com/view/media-mathion-card/halaman-muka) yang secara online. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, persentase ahli materi 85 persen (valid), persentase ahli media 96,67 persen (sangat valid), persentase guru 91,67 persen (sangat valid), dan hasil uji kemenarikan siswa sebesar 93 persen (sangat baik). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa produk media mathion card valid menurut para ahli serta menarik bagi siswa kelas IV.

Abstract

This paper discusses the information related to the differences in students’ learning outcomes after applying the CTL model assisted by realia media and conventional models on fractional learning material in grade IV elementary school. The research uses a quantitative approach through the application of Quasi Experimental model with experimental methods and Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Class IV Sultan Agung and Class IV Sultan Hasanudin at SDN A Blitar were research samples. The classes are separated into two classes, the experimental class applying the CTL model assisted by realia media and the control class applying conventional models. The pretest and posttest scores in both classes are the analyzed data. SPSS 22 for Windows is used to help analyze data. The results indicate that the average posttest score of the experimental class was 53.6 exceeding the control class average score, which had a value of 29.92. The results, which obtained through data analysis from both classes, are said to be normal and homogeneous. The results, which obtained on the Wilcoxon test in the experimental class of 0.000 < 0.05, indicate a difference in results before and after treatment using an N-Gain Score at 0.3619. The control class Wilcoxon test results were 0.079 > 0.05, which imply that there is no difference before and after treatment with an N-Gain Score at 0.0661. The Mann-Whitney test produces significant values at 0.001 < 0.05, which indicate that learning outcomes through the application of realia media-assisted CTL models are different from conventional models.

Abstract

The use of textual learning media in elementary school that can help to improve literacy and students' ability to understand stories is still limited, especially when it is integrated with mathematics. The goal of this study is to produce a vistori book on the topic of the basic concept of division for second grade elementary school that is assessed for validity. The ADDIE model, which consists of five phases such as analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, was used in this study. In this research, data collection involved the utilization of interviews, questionnare, and documentation. The score obtained from expert validation and student responses were calculated using a quantitative descriptive methodology. The findings showed that vistori books get excellent qualifications for both validity and attractiveness. Based on analysis, vistori book media on the basic concept of division for second grade elementary school is qualified for use in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to assess the construct validity and reliability of pre-service mathematics teachers’ belief towards mathematics. The analysis of this study started by proposing four alternative models. The alternative models were compared to obtain the best fit model and its validity and reliability were evaluated by looking at the factor loadings and the proportion of variance. Based on the factor loadings, the hierarchical model has moderate standardised structure coefficients from 0.272 to 0.658 which indicates that they have the stronger indication that the factors represent the unobserved construct. However, due to the model fit and the structure coefficients which are close and greater than 0.4, three factors reflecting the Teachers’ Beliefs about Mathematics construct were retained for further investigation.
