Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagimana nilai-nilai tarian tradisional perspektif komunikasiIslam yang terkandung dalam syair-syair (verbal) dan gerakan-gerakan (nonverbal). Tulisan ini memilikimakna konvensi tarian yang diiringi musik dan diikuti gerakan-gerakan seirama yang dilakukan dilokasi serta waktu tertentu.Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai Komunikasi Islam, Tarian Tradisional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the public policy strategy at RSUD Dzoelham Binjai. The urgency of this research stems from the widespread COVID-19, which is destroying the world order. Based on the issues, RSUD Dzoelham must implement a public policy that allows patients exposed to COVID-19 to recover and reduces the number of spreads. Using a descriptive qualitative methodology based on observation, interviews, and documentation, this article examines Dzoelham Hospital's public policy strategy in dealing with COVID-19 in Binjai City. The findings of this study indicate that the management of the Dzoelham Hospital follows the regulations of the Presidential Instruction through the Central Government and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia by performing PCR tests on patients exposed to COVID-19. Dzoelham Hospital also provides outpatient and inpatient care and collaborates with other hospitals to maximize referrals.

Abstract

The development of the film world is very diverse and produces films with various styles. Broadly speaking, films can be grouped by story, making orientation, and by genre. This study aims to determine the representation of feminism contained in the science fiction film entitled Level 16. This study uses a qualitative method with the semiotic analysis technique of Ferdinand De Saussure's model which examines the signs in life. Through this method, several scenes are selected in the level 16 film, then these scenes are revealed into denotative and connotative meanings and then interpreted in signifier and signified. In this study, the researcher found ten scenes that presented feminism in level 16 films.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Representasi konsep perpustakaan pada film animasi Upin-Ipin “Aku Sebuah Buku” (Analisis Semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendekripsikan representasi perilaku vandalisme yang dilakukan pengunjung perpustakaan dalam film animasi Upin-Ipin “Aku Sebuah Buku”. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Semiotika dengan teori yang diungkapkan Charles Sanders Pierce pendekatan dekriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Subjek penelitian ini adalah representasi konsep perpustakaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah film animasi Upin-ipin. Hasil dari penelitian ini merepresentasikan tindakan vandalisme yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak yang mengunjungi perpustakaan, hal itu dilakukan dengan sengaja atapun tidak sengaja. Secara tidak langsung film animasi Upin-Ipin ini memberikan informasi tentang perpustakaan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca pada anak-anak saat menonton film animasi Upin-Ipin.
