Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent of the application of zakat and infaq / shadaqah accounting in accordance with PSAK 109 at the National Zakat Amil Agency in Indonesia. The existence of zakat can minimize the problem of poverty and create a distribution of social balance. Unlike zakat, infaq / shadaqah is not an obligation but sunnah or can be said to be voluntary. This type of research is qualitative research with literature study methods, where data sources are obtained through the collection of library data, the internet, and so on. It can be known from the results of this research that zakat and infaq / shadaqah management in BAZNAS in accordance with PSAK 109. Starting from the receipt to the distribution of zakat and infaq / shadaqah has been done very well and on target. The recording of all activities is carried out in accordance with PSAK 109 which consists of statements of financial position, statements of changes in funds, reports of changes in assets under management, statements of cash flows, and records on financial statements.

Abstract

The study discusses the indicator of customer loyalty of Islamic banks according to Griffin's perspective and several relevant studies. The problems solved in this study are 1) what is the indicator of customer loyalty of Islamic banks according to Griffin? 2) what is the indicator of customer loyalty of Islamic banks according to some relevant studies? and 3) how is the comparison of Islamic bank customer loyalty indicators according to Griffin and other relevant studies? Based on the theoretical assumption, a customer is considered loyal if he/she makes regular purchase in a certain time interval. This study utilizes descriptive qualitative research with a library research approach. Deduction and comparative are done in analysis technique. Griffin’s theory focuses on behavioral and attitudinal approach. Meanwhile, other relevant research studies emphasize more on physical things, the availability of banking facilities and infrastructure. They also classified the loyalty into affective, conative, and action loyalty. There is a difference in Griffin’s theory and other studies, that customer loyalty is influenced by maqâsid al-sharî'ah. It means that the customer loyalty is determined by satisfactory level referring to sharia values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and socialization on student investment interests. The data was collected through a questionnaire from the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung whose criteria had been determined to get representative results. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, an analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy (X1) has no significant effect on students' investment intentions. Meanwhile, socialization (X2) has a significant influence on the investment interest of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students. The practical implications are for students of Islamic financial management study programs to improve financial literacy for students to increase investor interest.

Abstract

Kemiskinan mulai mewabah atau bertambah banyak seiring berjalnnya waktu sehingga yang terjadi dengan masalah kemiskinan ini akan meyebabkan masalah sosial dan ekonomi. Angka kemiskinan di Indonesia yang masih cukup tinggi termasuk di provinsi Jawa Timur. Upaya pengentasan kemiskinan dilakukan agar warga masyarakat dapat merasakan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Kemiskinan juga bisa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya adalah jumlah penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan pengangguran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Produk Pomestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan pengangguran terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel dengan data pada tahun 2017-2021 dengan model yang dipilih adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. (2) Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. (3) Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. (4) pengangguran berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Group Order by OohStuf merupakan bisnis produk kpop online yang berdiri hampir 3 tahun. Group Order tersebut menjadi salah satu tempat perilaku konsumtif remaja terjadi yaitu berbelanja online pada platform tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka gaya hidup, sikap keuangan, serta kepribadian merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya fenomena tersebut. Hal ini didukung dengan data bahwa pelanggan dari Group Order by OohStuf paling banyak merupakan kalangan remaja, sehingga hal ini bisa memungkinan naiknya perilaku konsumtif remaja. Pada penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku konsumtif remaja pada Group Order by OohStuf meliputi gaya hidup, sikap keuangan, serta kepribadian pada masing-masing individu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Analisis data serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 26.0. Remaja yang melakukan shopping online di Group Order by OohStuf dengan total 356 pelanggan merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini, serta untuk sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 78 responden. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan memiliki kesimpulan bahwa gaya hidup memiliki nilai t-hitung 3,448 > 1,992 (t-tabel), sikap keuangan memiliki nilai t-hitung 2,232 > 1,992 (t-tabel) dan kepribadian memiliki nilai t-hitung 2,835 > 1,992 (t-tabel) sehingga gaya hidup, sikap keuangan dan kepribadian secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif remaja pada Group Order by OohStuf.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the significance of having a sharia division in Indonesian and Malaysian Islamic banks. This paper is a qualitative study based on a review of official documents from the Indonesian Central Bank and the Indonesian Sharia Council. Interviews with Sharia Advisers were conducted to conduct an interpretive, critical, and descriptive study of the issue. The interpretive analysis was carried out by interpreting each issued regulation, and the analysis was deepened by presenting a description of the sharia division's implementation in Malaysian Islamic banks. Efforts to analyze the results are carried out by reducing the information obtained, presenting the data and concluding. According to the research findings, there are numerous deviations in non-compliance with Sharia implementation in disbursed financing. According to the findings, Islamic banks must have a Sharia division in their organisational structure. The Sharia division ensures that Sharia bank operations follow Sharia principles, beginning with input, processing, and output. This study's theoretical implication is a study of sharia implementation by providing a sharia division in the organisational structure of Islamic banks. This is a more extensive study involving more sharia banks on their willingness and the internal awareness of the presence of the sharia division. Any country that wishes to establish sharia banks must research the presence of sharia divisions to ensure sharia compliance in their operations.

Abstract

This study was triggered by the emerging of the developing of UMKM in Tulungagung Regency. UMKM or Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah is considered as an economic unit which needs enhancement, guiding from related stakeholders in order to enable at earning products and service to sell towards the common people or community. This study deployed a descriptive qualitative method by displaying a case study design which showed research procedure and gained descriptive data as the written text. The study’s objective was to analyze the role of PULT-UMKM in enhancing UMKM in Tulungagung Regency. The result of study showed that PULT provided various services to UMKM entrepreneurship by delivering guidance facilitate business permit such as Business Identity Number (NIB), Food Household Industry (PIRT), Halal Certification and other permits in order to support UMKM products of Tulungagung Regency, including obtaining legalization and recognition of society that those products were affordable to consume. Besides, the guidance or enhancement of marketing of UMKM products digitally as well conventionally was done by PLUT-UMKM toward any in pursuance of increasing selling volume of UMKM Tulungagung Regency. Instead of those services, PLUT-UMKM also provides UMKM entrepreneurship to establish capitalization cooperation not only from financial or depository institutions but also non depository institutions (LKNB), including any assistance of the government and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

Since the existence of COVID-19, people have had to stay at home, causing people to seek entertainment. One of the easy and cheap entertainment is playing games. This research was conducted because there are more and more game players in Indonesia. Researchers want to know the effect of influencer marketing, collaboration branding, and price on the interest in buying virtual skins among online game players Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in Blitar Regency. Associative research is used in this study, which employs a quantitative approach. This study took 30 respondents by testing data using SPSS 25. This study found that the intention to purchase virtual skin is significantly influenced by partially influencer marketing. Interest in purchasing virtual skins is also influenced in part and significantly by collaboration branding. Interest in purchasing virtual skins is also significantly influenced by price. If these three variables are combined, the research results prove that simultaneously influencer marketing, collaboration branding, and price have a significant effect on the interest in buying virtual skins among online game players Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in Blitar Regency.Sejak adanya COVID-19 membuat masyarakat untuk tetap tinggal di rumah sehingga mengakibatkan masyarakat mencari hiburan. Salah satu hiburan yang mudah dan murah adalah bermain game. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena semakin banyak pemain game yang ada di Indonesia. Peneliti ingin menguji pengaruh influencer marketing, collaboration branding, dan harga terhadap minat beli virtual skin pada pemain game online Mobile Legends: Bang Bang di Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan SPSS 25, penelitian ini menguji data dengan 30 responden dari populasi yang tidak diketahui. Penelitian ini menghasilkan influencer marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli virtual skin secara parsial. Untuk collboration branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan juga terhadap minat beli virtual skin secara parsial. Harga ternyata memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan  juga terhadap minat beli virtual skin. Jika digabungkan antara ketiga variabel tersebut, hasil penelitian menghasilkan uji bersama bahwa influencer marketing, collaboration branding, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli virtual skin secara signifikan pada pemain game online Mobile Legends: Bang Bang di Kabupaten Blitar.

Abstract

This research has the background that the investment risk of Bank Syariah Indonesia is a risk that is absolutely faced by Islamic banking where investment risk occurs because the bank also bears the losses of customers who are financed in profit-sharing based financing. This research aims to determine whether there are differences in the risk management of Hajj investment funds at Indonesian Sharia Banks and other Islamic financial institutions. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used is a case study. The population used is Bank Syariah Indonesia, the Tulungagung Sudirman Sub-Branch Office, which has been operating since 1 February 2021 as Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) because there are merger of three Islamic State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Islamic banks. Based on the results of research on the application of hajj fund investment risk management at BSI KCP Tulungagung Sudirman is by synchronizing or adjusting tools, methodologies, policies and standard procedures covering governance and risk management aspects of hajj fund investment used by central BSI and BSI KCP Tulungagung Sudirman, as well as Development of a risk management information system for investment in Hajj funds by taking into account the needs and availability of supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential application of the linked program model as an effort to maximize the sustainability of mosque cooperatives. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research. Sources of data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the manager of the mosque/mosque takmir cooperative, the Head of BIMAIS Kankemenag Tulungagung, LAZ, and the congregation of the mosque. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the mosque cooperative model has the socio-economic potential of the mosque in the form of revolving loans, buying and selling cheap basic necessities, fisheries, and zakat/qurban. The Linked Mosque Cooperative Program is implemented in collaboration with the Indonesian Mosque Council Program, the BAZNAS Program, the LAZ Program, the Indonesian Sharia Bank Program, and suppliers of fishery trading companies. In conclusion, the mosque model cooperative link program provides benefits for the financial sustainability of the mosque.
