Abstract

Hypertension is a condition when blood pressure systolic over 140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure over 90mmHg . one _ effort for resolve hypertension is with self management or management self with obedience patient to success therapy hypertension . Study this aim for identify characteristics and connection patient and level percentage self management and level obedience patient to success therapy hypertension . Type study this is non - experimental nature correlational with approach cross sectional with use period on month December 2022. Method taking sample on study this that is purposive sampling . Data analysis was performed that is analysis bivariate and test chi square using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program. Study this carried out at the Health Center Bonorowo Kebumen . Population in study this that is all patient hypertension pure nor with participant who did examination at the Health Center as many as 106 respondents on period month December 2022. Based on results study self management sufferer hypertension as much as 49.0% of respondents is at on category enough . A total of 47.2 % of respondents own level obedience medium . There is connection significant Among self management with level compliance ( p-value 0.000) which is correlated (r-0.906) with direction connection positive . Conclusion there is connection significant Among self management with level obedience patient to success therapy hypertension at the health center Bonorowo Kebumen .

Abstract

Based on Badan Pusat Statistik (2022), more than 70% of sick people in Indonesia doing self-medicate (swamedikasi) when they have mild symptoms of illness without consulting a doctor. Self-medication is widely carried out by various group of people, one of which is housewives in PKK group Desa Sawangan, Kecamatan Kuwarasan, Kabupaten Kebumen. “Mothers” are determining part of health in the household, including in making drug selection decisions, so it needs to be accompanied by adequate knowledge about the proper implementation of selfmedication. CBIA (Cara Belajar Insan Aktif) program can be a solution to existing problems. CBIA is one of the community empowerement activities used in educating people to choose and use the right drugs in self-medication. This study aims to find out an overview of self-medicated knowledge and find out the influence of the application of the CBIA method to increase knowledge about drug self-medication based on the DAGUSIBU concept (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang). This research method is a quantitative method of experimental type, one-grup pretest-posttest. Amount of sample in this research are 67 people was selected using the Purposive Sampling Method with inclusion dan exclusion criteria set by the researcher. The data analysis used was a paired t-test statistical test and obtained a signification value (2-tailed) of 0,001 <0,05 which showed a significant difference between the pretest dan post-test values. The CBIA program is effective in increasing knowledge of the PKK Community in Desa Sawangan, Kecamatan Kuwarasan, Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea merupakan upaya untuk mengeluarkan janin yang sudah mampu hidup (beserta plasenta dan selaput ketuban) secara transabdominal melalui pembedahan pada dinding abdomen dan uterus. Pemberian Antibiotik profilaksis mengurangi bahaya endometritis dan mengurangi bahaya ILO. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan efektivitas antibiotik profilaksis dan mengevaluasi penggunaan antibiotik profilaksis bedah caesar berdasarkan tepat obat, tepat dosis, tepat rute pemberian dan waktu pemberian terhadap Kemenkes tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan metode deskriptif dan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu data rekam medis pasien bedah Caesar periode Januari-Juli 2023 sebanyak 138 pasien. Hasil penelitan menunjukan evaluasi tepat obat 68,9%, tepat rute 100%, waktu pemberian 100%, tepat dosis obat sebesar 68,9%. Efektivitas terapi antibiotik bedah caesar menunjukan hasil analisis terdapat perbedaan suhu tubuh dengan p-value = 0,004 (pre-op) dan 0,123 (post-op), leukosit dengan p-value = 0,000 (pre-op) dan 0,074 (post-op), kecepatan nafas dengan p-value = 0,000 (pre-op) dan 0,002 (post-op), kecepatas nadi dengan p-value =0,651 (pre-op) dan 0,461 (post-op). Dapat di simpulkan cefazoline dan ceftriaxone memiliki efektivitas yang sama sebagai antibiotik profilaksis bedah caesar di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng.
