Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision to use the online motorcycle taxi application, which in this study takes a case study on the Grab application in the city of Semarang. The technique for determining data collection in this research is using a questionnaire that is distributed to 100 people (users) or users of the Grab online motorcycle taxi application with objects in the city of Semarang. The method of collecting respondents was using the accidental sampling method, namely collecting data from consumers who happened to use Grab's services in Semarang. This research uses quantitative data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the study and processing of statistical data, it was found that the price had a positive effect on the decisions of online motorcycle taxi users. Promotion also has a positive and significant effect on the decisions of online motorcycle taxi application users. And other findings obtained that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the decisions of online motorcycle taxi application users. The suggestion from this research is that the Grab tariff needs to be considered so that the tariff is cheap, in accordance with the benefits and adjusted to the tariff for other online motorcycle taxi services. Promotional indicators that need to be considered are the reach of information and promotions that need to be expanded, attractive advertising stars, online motorcycle taxi services are easy to remember and the quality of the messages conveyed and advertising messages are easy to understand. Service quality indicators that need to be considered include: the appearance of Gojek partners is neat, Gojek partners work according to work schedules, responsive in hearing consumer complaints, able to serve consumers well and pay attention and communicate in a friendly manner. Abstract

Technology currently plays an important role for a company. The implementation of information systems in companies is very popular because performance activities will run well, including the ease of data processing. In this case the company that wants information technology is PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi. The inventory system used at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi still uses notes in the form of spreadsheets which are summarized every day, making it prone to errors in planning raw material needs, and it is difficult to control the use of production raw materials such as dyes. From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi can assist the production process related to procuring the right materials, in efficient quantities and time.

Abstract

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

Abstract

Fixed assets are one of the elements in the financial statements, the value of fixed assets in companies tends to be in large amounts. Investments in fixed assets by the company are intended to support the company's business activities. Every transaction that affects changes in fixed assets must be managed in order to produce information in the form of financial statements. Improper handling of fixed assets will have an impact on finances and improper handling of fixed assets because they still practice a manual system that allows for various problems in financial reporting. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. Abstract

CV KAP Semarang is a company is engaged in Manpower Providers, the employee data management system and salary calculation at CV KAP Semarang , is still carried out in the conventional way, namely bookkeeping is carried out every 25th of every month taken from each worker, then the company makes billing to each user or outsourcing service user on the 1st to 10th every month, there are weaknesses or obstacles to the system, namely: Often there is a data discrepancy, which is obtained by the finance department from the personnel section of the user, so that the salary calculation process in the financial section is long delays in data input and can also result in incorrect salary calculations .. With a manual system or it takes a long time and is inefficient because you have to wait about 10 days or 1 week to wait for the data input process to calculate the salary. The process of reporting to the leadership also experienced delays because of the delay in the process.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara yang sedang berkembang turut merasakan pengaruh dari kemajuan teknologi. Hampir semua sektor di Indonesia, termasuk dunia pendidikan, telah memanfaatkan teknologi secara luas.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kukusan, Depok, dalam memahami komponen-komponen komputer serta panduan merakitnya. Pendekatan ini dirancang sebagai upaya mengenalkan teknologi sejak dini untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi perkembangan era digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sesi penyuluhan, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktik merakit komputer dengan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari siswa dalam belajar, peningkatan pemahaman tentang fungsi komponen komputer, serta kemampuan dasar dalam proses perakitan.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan Pada 24 Oktober 2024, Dengan Melibatkan 64 Siswa kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kukusan Depok. Dengan demikian, Sosialisasi ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membangun keterampilan dasar teknologi siswa sekaligus mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan berbasis teknologi di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently increasingly rapid and diverse, supported by computer devices. Primarily in the field of information systems, information systems in related educational institutions are usually called academic information systems, for example student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, schedule data, grade data. Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatusuban Semarang is a school that conveys information through media, so that when conveying information it is not fast enough because the means of communication are lacking between the school, students and parents are not good at digesting academic information, to overcome the problem the author created an Academic Information System with a Knowledge Management method based on Web and PHP as programming languages ​​and use MySQL database. With the existence of a web-based information system with the Knowledge Management method, this can be a solution to solving the problems that exist at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatusuban Semarang because web technology is easy and easy to access anywhere by parents and students, as well as teachers and employees can manage academics. offline (in a school environment) because the Knowledge Management method itself is a collection of information that is put together in one place and can provide knowledge to users effectively and efficiently in supporting activities

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of one-tier board supervision mechanisms across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, examining the effectiveness of corporate governance frameworks in emerging market contexts. The research employs a doctrinal normative legal methodology, analyzing statutory instruments including Indonesia's Job Creation Law No. 6 of 2023, Malaysia's Companies Act 2016, and Singapore's Companies Act 1967. The introduction of Indonesia's Individual Limited Liability Company (PT Perseorangan) represents a significant paradigmatic shift from traditional two-tier governance structures, necessitating examination of supervisory adequacy within simplified corporate frameworks. The comparative analysis reveals fundamental disparities in regulatory sophistication, with Malaysia and Singapore demonstrating comprehensive fiduciary duty frameworks, mandatory company secretary requirements, and graduated enforcement mechanisms. In contrast, Indonesia's PT Perseorangan exhibits critical institutional deficiencies, including normative conflicts between statutory provisions, limited directorial responsibility regulation, and inadequate enforcement responsiveness. The findings demonstrate that effective one-tier governance systems require sophisticated institutional support mechanisms extending beyond regulatory simplification. Malaysia's stringent Section 213 fiduciary duty provisions and Singapore's technology-enabled enforcement approach provide robust oversight despite absent traditional supervisory boards. The research establishes that successful governance transitions require institutional preparation rather than mere regulatory amendment, with Indonesia's framework requiring substantial reform incorporating company secretary mandates, comprehensive fiduciary duty provisions, and graduated enforcement systems. These findings contribute to institutional theory literature by demonstrating context-dependent governance effectiveness and provide practical recommendations for enhancing corporate accountability in simplified governance structures within emerging market jurisdictions.

Abstract

The implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) makes many businesses manage information, goods, services and money as good as possible so they can provide fast and high-quality services to customers. Therefore, this study aims to implement SCM in Kopi Bintang Salatiga SMEs to decrease production costs, increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and establish good relationships with customers. This study discusses the SCM process and the added value in Kopi Bintang Salatiga SMEs so in the future Kopi Bintang Salatiga SMEs can have good risk management and increase added value. The data was collected through literature study and interviewing the owner of Kopi Bintang Salatiga SMEs. This study found that weather, natural disasters, fires and coffee pests are the factors with the highest risk in the SCM process of Kopi Bintang Salatiga SMEs. The added value of farmers & post-harvest coffee processors of Kopi Bintang Salatiga Kopi Bintang Salatiga SMEs is already quite high at 99%, while at grade I coffee sales is 71% and grade II is 47% it appears that coffee with grade II has lower added value, so it is needing accuracy of coffee processing at farmers & post-harvest coffee processors so the grade I coffee product is increased.

Abstract

Minat merupakan faktor penting dalam proses belajar karena berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan keberhasilan siswa. Namun, di tingkat sekolah dasar, banyak siswa belum memahami kecenderungan minat mereka. Untuk itu, proyek kerja praktik di SDN 1 Talagahiang ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem prediksi minat siswa berbasis Tes Kepribadian OCEAN dan Tes Aptitude menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi Random Forest. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari dataset publik Kaggle dan melalui tahap pra-pemrosesan sebelum dilatih menggunakan model machine learning. Model yang dibangun kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam aplikasi web interaktif berbasis Streamlit, sehingga siswa dapat mengisi tes secara daring dan langsung memperoleh hasil prediksi minat mereka. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam memberikan bimbingan yang lebih tepat serta mendorong siswa untuk mengenali potensi dirinya sejak dini. Proyek ini juga menjadi bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang dalam mendukung digitalisasi pendidikan di tingkat sekolah dasar.
