Abstract

The progress of formal industry is accompanied by the use of technology used in the production process that has a risk of harm to aspects of occupational safety and health as well as the work environment. Therefore, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) which is one of the risk management that needs to be applied to determine the risks of hazards in the work environment so that appropriate control measures can be taken. This research is a qualitative research that aims to explore a problem with detailed limitations, as well as in-depth data collection. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection was carried out using work safety job analysis worksheets and in-depth interviews equipped with voice recording devices for 7 informants. The results of research carried out there are potential dangers that still need attention and control. From several stages of the production process that is usually done at PT. Jakarana Tama Medan Branch the process of conveying and mixing, continuous rolling, steaming, cutting, friying michine, cooling, and packing. The risks of accidents and occupational diseases that occur to workers are divided into two parts, including physical and psychological. Physical risks include falling, slipping, being shocked, pinched, burns, hearing loss, respiratory distress, complaints of muscle aches. and psychological risks in the form of work stress or discomfort. Factors causing it can occur due to unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. The advice that can be given is that supervision of the work process must be further improved so that workers do not do things that deviate from the provisions that have been applied, provide sanctions for workers who break the rules, and equip personal protective equipment in each division according to the type of work.

Abstract

Hemoglobin is a protein that is rich in iron. The function of Hb in the blood is to carry oxygen to the lungs, to the tissues and to carbon dioxide. Efforts to increase hemoglobin levels are related to the intake of foods containing iron, one of which is the provision of green bean cooking water. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving mung bean boiled water to an increase in hemoglobin levels in office workers at Rs.Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. This research design with one group pre test-post test. The population in this study were employees of Rs.Grandmed. The number of research samples were 48 workers for the total sampling. Data analysis using paired t-test. The results showed that the HB level of workers before giving green bean cooking water was not normal, namely 39 (81.3%) respondents with an average of 1.81. The HB levels of workers after giving green bean boiled water were all normal HB categories, namely as many as 48 (100%) respondents with an average of 1.00. Data analysis using pre-test and post-test giving green bean boiled water in the experimental group showed results where the p value was 0.000, the value was 0.000 <0.05, so it could be said that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test values. hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of giving mung bean boiled water to an increase in hemoglobin levels in office workers at the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. It is hoped that the hospital leadership will educate the workers that green bean cooking water can be used as an alternative to increasing hemoglobin levels.

Abstract

Patient waiting time in service at outpatient registration is one of the important factors that will determine the initial image of the hospital. Patient waiting time is also a potential component as a cause of dissatisfaction. Long waiting times at outpatient registration will reduce patient comfort. This study aims to determine the relationship between waiting time for registration with patient satisfaction at the outpatient registration area at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all Outpatients (TPPRJ). A sample of 62 people was drawn by purposive sampling technique. Methods of collecting data by direct interviews using a questionnaire, data analysis using the Chi-square test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the waiting time for registration in the fast category is 62.9%. Patient satisfaction in the satisfied category was 59.7%. There is a relationship between waiting time for registration and patient satisfaction at the Outpatient Registration Center. p-value (= 0.022) < (= 0.05). It is recommended for Outpatient Registration Officers at Lubuk Pakam Hospital, must pay attention to the length of waiting time in Outpatient Registration, work faster and more precisely according to SOPs so that patients are always satisfied, happy with the services that have been provided by officers.

Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 is an infectious disease that occurs due to the corona virus 2 so that sufferers experience acute respiratory syndrome. Initially, this disease was detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019, and since then, it has spread throughout the world, resulting in the 2019-2020 coronavirus pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the covid 19 vaccine which included: knowledge, attitudes, actions, distance to health centers and health facilities with the provision of covid 19 vaccination in Pancur Batu District. Quantitative research was selected using a survey method through a Cross Sectional Study approach. The results obtained are that there is a relationship between knowledge and acceptance of vaccination with a p-value of 0.003. In addition, there is also a relationship between action and vaccination receipts with a p-value of 0.000 and a relationship between health facilities and the acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination with a p-value of 0.000 in Pancur Batu District in 2022.
