Abstract

Selama Covid-19, masyarakat harus mengurangi intensitas berbelanja di pasar melalui penyediaan bahan makanan rumah tangga dalam jumlah yang lebih banyak untuk kebutuhan 2 sampai dengan 4 minggu. Untuk mempertahankan bahan makanan yang telah dibeli, dapat dilakukan pengolahan bahan makanan agar tetap memiliki cita rasa yang tinggi dan tahan lama. Mekanisme yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan cara pelatihan dan tutorial pengolahan bahan makanan rumah tangga yang sering digunakan untuk dikonsumsi. Adapun tujuan dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) memberikan pelatihan praktis membuat olahan makanan yang tahan dan tetap memiliki cita rasa yang tinggi untuk memotivasi kahlayak sasaran membeli bahan dalam jumlah yang lebih banyak dengan cara stockist untuk persediaan 2 sampai 4 minggu, sebagai cara untuk mengurangi intensitas ke pasar tradisional,  2) memotivasi khalayak sasaran untuk mengurangi intensitas ke pasar tradisional dalam masa pandemi dan era new normal untuk memimalisir terjadinya transmisi Covid-19 pada klaster pasar tradisional. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tutorial dan praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah memotivasi peserta maupun penularan informasi kepada khalayak masyarakat agar dapat mengolah bahan baku tahan lama, sehingga tidak ada alasan untuk selalu sering pergi ke pasar untuk mendapatkan bahan baku kebutuhan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian akan terjadi pengurangan intensitas masyarakat ke pasar dalam rangka memitigasi transmisi Covid-19 dari klaster pasar tradisonal.

Abstract

The millennial generation is in a period of various financial activities including investments that require better financial decisions, but the millennial generation is facing modern lifestyle challenges, one of which is the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). In addition, the fear of the Covid-19 outbreak at the beginning of the pandemic caused negative sentiment for investors. Therefore, it is necessary to look at the role of financial literacy as the basis of strength that can be used as a person's skills and abilities in managing their financial resources effectively. The purpose of this study is to prove and explain the effect of the FoMO phenomenon on investment intention with financial literacy as a moderating variable. This study uses a survey method, namely an online survey with a data analysis method using Moderated Regression Analysis. The sample of this research is the millennial generation who have investments in various financial products. The criteria for this research sample are the millennial generation with an age range of 22-41 years. From the results of the tests carried out, it is known that the financial literacy variable can weaken the influence of FoMO on Investment Intention which is indicated by a significant negative sign and can also be an independent variable that affects Investment Intention

Abstract

This Community Service Activity was conducted to develop branding on local products in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This activity was carried out offline. The method of this community service activity was training and mentoring for participants. Participants in the activity were MSME actors engaged in food and beverage processing, convection, and several other fields. The community service activity began with a presentation of material, discussion, and direct practice of using media in making logos. In addition, participants were also directed to use social media to brand their products. The results of the community service activity showed that some participants understood the branding material and could use the Canva application to make their product logos, which will be used in packaging or distributed through social media. Successful branding will build a positive image for consumers, ultimately increasing consumer interest in the product.

Abstract

Banking is the lifeblood of the economy throughout the country, many wheels of the economy are mainly driven by banks either directly or indirectly. Banking in Indonesia plays a very important role, moreover Indonesia is a developing country in all sectors. This study aims to analyze the effect of banking performance on profitability at conventional commercial banks in Indonesia during the 2018-2022 period. The data used in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 16 conventional commercial banks and used panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) has a negative and significant effect on ROA. However, the Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) variable has no significant effect on ROA at 16 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia during the study period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Behavior and Financial Literacy on the Decision Customers to Saving Gold in PT. Pegadaian Pangkalan Kerinci. The sample in this study amounted to 98 customers using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using te Statisfical for product and service solution (SPSS) program version 27. The results showed that financial behavior and financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the decision customers to saving gold in PT. Pegadaian Pangkalan Kerinci.
