Abstract

Risk management in increasing profitability at BMT Tanjung. This research is based on the effectiveness of risk management to increase the profitability of BMT Tanjung in 2 periods. The number of risks in service products certainly makes BMT Tanjung have a risk management strategy that does not have a bad impact on profits. The purpose of this research is to find out how the risk management strategy of Tanjung BMT and whether it is efficient or not in increasing profitability. The research method used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques conducted interviews, observations, and documentation. The research analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, BMT Tanjung's risk management strategy starts from applying for financing, evaluating the 5C of financing, conducting a survey to the customer's residence, if there is a non-performing loan, the customer will be given a choice according to the contract. It can be concluded that after the financial statement data of Tanjung BMT was examined using the profitability ratios of GPM, NPM, ROA, and ROE, it was found that the risk management strategy of Tanjung BMT was considered effective in increasing profitability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah current ratio, debt to asset ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahan makanan serta minuman yang tercantum pada BEI periode 2019-2020 dengan sampel sebanyak 20 perusahan, dan teknik yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cuurent ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), net profit margin (X3) dan pertumbuhan laba (Y). Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa variabel current ratio dan debt to asset ratio berpengruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan net profit margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran online menjadi pilihan dalam penyampaian materi kuliah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan minat belajar mahasiswa terhadap pemahaman akuntansi dan pengaruh pembelajaran online sebagai variabel moderasi pada kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar terhadap pemahaman akuntansi Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIE Malangkucecwara Jurusan Akuntansi angkatan 2018 – 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, terdapat 73 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) data diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual,emosional dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi. Namun, untuk pembelajaran online sebagai variabel moderasi memperlemah kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan minat belajar terhadap pemahaman akuntansi.

Abstract

This study aims to compare stock prices, stock trading volume and stock returns before and after a stock split. This study uses quantitative secondary data and uses a test conducted by Wilvoxon Signed Ranks. The population used in this study are companies that have carried out stock splits released by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The sampling technique of this study was purposive sampling and based on predetermined criteria, 27 companies were obtained as samples. In this study, the paired sample t-test was used to analyze stock prices, trading volume and stock returns before and after a stock split. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been examined, the following conclusions are drawn (1) the stock price before and after the stock split, namely Sig.2 tailed) 0.829 exceeds the significance level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that the stock split does not have an effect on stock prices, (2) the average volume of stock trading before the stock split and also after the stock split has different results if a different test is carried out using the program from SPSS 25 and the Wilcoxon test. The fact that 2-tailed) is significantly higher than the 0.05 level of 0.461 indicates that the stock split has no effect on stock trading volume (3) the average stock return after and before the stock split is far below the significance level, namely 0.0 5 so it can be concluded that the stock split has an impact on stock returns.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify how the influence of brand image, brand awareness, and relational marketing on customer loyalty. The research took place at Ana Demak Outlet involving 100 respondents. These respondents are customers of Wardah products. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. This research method is quantitative, which includes: validity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test with SPSS application. Abstract

In a company, human resources are the main asset or the greatest investment a company owns. High-quality human resources are those who possess high competence and skills that can advance the company. A company will not run smoothly if it does not have quality human resources capable of carrying out the tasks assigned to them effectively. Research results show that Conflict Management affects employee performance in the company. When conflicts are managed properly, employees will feel more comfortable and motivated to work, which ultimately can improve their performance quality. In addition, Compensation affects employee performance. Providing fair and adequate compensation gives employees additional motivation to work better and improve their performance in performing administrative tasks within the company. Furthermore, choosing the right leadership style is very important for enhancing employee performance and creating a positive work culture. Leaders who can adjust their approach according to the situation and the team's needs will be more successful in achieving organizational goals.
