Abstract

Capitation Based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) is an adjustment to the capitation rate based on the results of an agreed assessment of individual health service indicators in the form of a commitment to First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) services in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health service delivery in FKTPs. The achievement of the target indicators for the Capitation Based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at Puskesmas Rumbai Pekanbaru has not been satisfactory. Throughout 2019, most of the KBPKP indicators were in unsafe conditions with a capitation payment range ranging from 90% - 95%. The research objective was to analyze the efforts to achieve the Capitation indicator based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at the Rumbai Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City in 2019. The method of selecting informants used snowball sampling. Data source qualified and able to present opinions well. The informants in this study were flexible according to the adequacy and suitability of the study. The results showed that the efforts to achieve the Capitation indicators based on the Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at Puskesmas Rumbai, Pekanbaru City were not optimal. Commitment to achieve indicator numbers is still lacking. The strategy that has been made is not clear, therefore there is no effort to formulate a clear, structured and systematic strategy. Organizational structure is not followed by a description of the main tasks and functions so that supervision becomes weak, program holder officers do not focus on realizing the plan for achieving the service commitment based capitation indicator (KBPKP) that has been determined as a result efforts to achieve the KBPKP indicator are difficult to realize. It is recommended that efforts be made to make SOPs, a comprehensive, measurable, systematic plan, formulate the main tasks and functions for officers assigned as personnel to realize the target indicators that have been set so that coordination and control of actions in realizing the KBPKP indicators can be carried out properly.

Abstract

The majority of Indonesian suffers from oral and dental disease specifically dental supporting tissue and tooth caries due to the neglect of oral hygiene. Based on data about the number of patched tooth done to elementary student of 015 Sungai Sirih there are 61% caries index by Public Health Center of Sungai Sirih. Behavior and formal education plays important role since oral and dental health is affected as the result of certain behavior.  The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of youtube modification in crossword puzzle to student's knowledge in Elementary School 015 Sungai Sirih. This research is quantitative based using Quasi Experiment - Nonequivalent Control Design. It is consisted of 54 students of fifth grade. Respondents fill out questionnaires, pre-test, and post-test, and collected as primary data. Analysis applied in this research is Wilcoxon and Kruskal Wallis analysis. In terms of knowledge, with original crossword puzzle it has flattened a mean is 24.72 Mean. However, youtube modified crossword puzzle the number increased to mean is 79.94. From this study it can be concluded that youtube modified crossword puzzle is considered to be more effective attempt to enhance student's knowledge about oral and dental health in Elementary Schools 015 Sungai Sirih with category knowledge increase to 100 % Conclusion is youtube modified crossword puzzle giving effect to information oral health.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari UPT Puskesmas Lanjut Kecamatan Singkep Pesisir Kabupaten Lingga diperoleh data 3 tahun terakhir yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak tercapainya target dari pelaksanaan program kelas ibu balita. Tahun 2018 terdapat 59%, tahun 2019 terdapat 43% dan tahun 2020 terdapat 36%. Hal ini tidak mencapai target 100% sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM). Tujuannya untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam tentang Analisis Pelaksanaan Program Kelas Ibu Balita Di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Lanjut Kecamatan Singkep Pesisir Kabupaten Lingga Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan phenomenology dengan pengolahan data dilakukan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi data. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, telaah dokumen, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kurangnya pengetahuan dan persepsi ibu terhadap pentingnya kelas ibu balita, manfaat dan akibat jika tidak mengikuti kelas ibu balita, masih banyak keluarga terutama suami yang tidak mendukung seperti tidak mengantarkan, menjemput dan ikutserta dalam kegiatan kelas ibu balita di posyandu. Bagi UPT Puskesmas Lanjut Kecamatan Singkep Pesisir Kabupaten Lingga dapat melakukan Bina Suasana yang baik kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan  promosi kesehatan per individu (door to door), memberikan reward saat penyuluhan, dan menggunakan media yang lebih menarik kepada masyarakat dalam penyampaian informasi kesehatan.
