Background: Nutritional parenting is part of the parenting style which includes household practices which are realized by the availability of food as well as health care and other sources for the child's survival, growth and development. One of the causes of malnutrition is the pattern of mother's care for toddlers, especially in terms of family nutritional intake, from food preparation, selection of food ingredients, to food menus. The purpose of this study was to obtain in-depth information about how nutrition parenting for malnourished toddlers in the working area of Sungai Parit Public Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Method: This is a qualitative analytic study with a phenomenal design. The data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The number of informants in this study amounted to 13 people, divided into 4 main informants (main caregiver / mother), and 9 supporting informants (4 families, 4 people in charge of the nutrition program, 1 cadre). Result: The mothers' lack of knowledge about nutritional care, the practice of giving complementary breastfeeding and dietary arrangements for children is still low, the implementation of health services utilization and poor sanitation implementation is still not good. Conclusion : The implementation of nutrition parenting in the ditch river community health center is not good, this is due to the low knowledge of mothers about nutrition parenting, the low level of exclusive breastfeeding for toddlers, the inaccurate practice of giving complementary breastfeeding to children, less varied dietary arrangements, application of utilization of health services that are not yet good and the implementation of environmental sanitation is still poor.

Abstrak Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif adalah melalui Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD). Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan IMD diantaranya, kurangnya informasi ibu tentang IMD, kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga dan kurangnya motivasi dari petugas kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan IMD di Rumah Bersalin dan Balai Pengobatan Taman Sari Pekanbaru Tahun 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah ibu nifas yang melahirkan secara normal dan telah melaksanakan IMD, salah satu anggota keluarga ibu dan bidan. Cara pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Variabel yang dianalisis adalah pengetahuan ibu, motivasi keluarga dan motivasi petugas terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan IMD di Rumah Bersalin dan Balai Pengobatan Taman Sari Pekanbaru Tahun 2010. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan IMD belum terlaksana dengan baik dan benar dan pelaksanaan IMD belum berhasil. pengetahuan ibu tentang IMD masih rendah sehingga ibu tidak termotivasi untuk melaksanakan IMD sampai berhasil. Kurangnya informasi tentang IMD yang diperoleh keluarga ibu menjadi dasar motivasi dari keluarga juga rendah sehingga tidak dapat meningkatkan percaya diri ibu saat melaksanakan IMD. Motivasi petugas masih rendah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari petugas tidak pernah memberikan informasi tentang IMD kepada ibu dan pelaksanaan IMD hanya berlangsung 15 menit. Disarankan kepada bidan di Rumah Bersalin dan Balai Pengobatan Taman Sari Pekanbaru untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang IMD, memberikan informasi tentang IMD kepada pasien dan memasang poster-poster tentang IMD.

Based on the resulth of research about premarital sex in 2009 In pekanbaru city by PKBI found that 38,78% of males had ever done extramarital relations and female 16,98%. The study used qualitative method. Subject research was students of STIKes HangTuah collage. To obtain data was by observing and interviewing lecturer in faculties, parents, and owner of hotels. The study found that sex behavior was divided into a no-risk (just talking and holding hands) and risk (from kissing to doing intercourse). From the survey, there were 7 risky informants and 9 not risky. Almost half of informant (7 of 9) behaved sexual. Some of them had ever done matrimony. There were tendencies of relationship in knowledge, attitude, perception, peers and parents roles friendship. STIKes HangTuah and health service suggest that sex education can be one of subject for students.

Pterygium is a thickening of the conjunctiva or the white part of the eye on the side of the medial or lateral, usually in older people, but can also be found in young adults, and increasingly extends towards the cornea. Ultraviolet light is one factor that can increase the incidence of pterygium. This situation is an irritating phenomenon caused by ultraviolet light, drying and the environment with a lot of wind. Data from Kemang Postu found that 30 (80%) incidence of pterygium. The purpose of this research that determines the behavior of fishermen on the incidence pteirigum. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional analytic design. This research was conducted in Desa Kemang District of Pangkalan Kuras Pelalawan June-July 2016, with a sampling technique in the study of saturated sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and profile data from Kemang Village office. Data analysis for bivariate with chi-square test on the degree of Î± = 0.05. The results showed that there is a relationship between knowledge p-value = 0.001 <0.05 POR = 18,083 (3.281-99.67), personal protective equipment fisherman p-value = 0.001 <0.05, POR = 14,000 (2.69-72.97) the role of power health with the results of p-value = 0.008 <0.05, POR 10,667 (1.92-59.20) and the period of 0,017 fishermen p-value <0.05, POR 7750 (1.53-39.12) with pterygium disease. Health workers should pay more attention to the fishing community in order to prevent and menangguangi incidence of pterygium.

Overweight is an abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that is likely to cause various illnesses and adverse effects on a person. Overweight is the 5th leading cause of death in the world. Overweight can be an individual health problem of different jobs, including police officers, who are responsible for public safety. This study aimed to determine the relationship between energy intake, nutritional knowledge, physical activity and the incidence of overweight in Police officers in Tampan Police Department, Pekanbaru, in 2017. The design was cross sectional study. The population were police officers in Tampan Police Department, Pekanbaru, in 2017 which amounted to 98 policemen. The samples were 74 policemen. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate anlysis with chi-square test. The result showed that there were significant relationship of energy intake, nutrition knowledge, physical activity, and the incidence of overweight in police officers (p value < 0.05). Tampan Police Department should consider activities related to physical activity and conduct regularly nutrition consultation

Recreation benefits for Psychological and social health. Study tour recreation is organized by private junior high school X purpose to expand knowledge culture, social and tradition. Private junior high school X applies full day school system. Duration of studying is cause the student felt bored. The purpose of this research is to know the differencence between benefits of pshycology and social health at study tour from the perspective of students, the parents and teachers. Dependent variable is pschycology and social health, independent variable is perspective of students, the parents and teachers. Kind of this research descriptive comparative to cross sectional desaign. This research is done on September 2018. The sample includes 63 person.in purposive sampling. The analyse data is univariat and bivariat (one way annova). The result is univariat, is got from the total of low category is 32 person and high category 31 person. The result of the test one way annova is got p value (0,536 and 0,568)>0,05. There is no difference between student, parents and teacher in this research but still has low benefit psychological and social health. Suggested for teacher to add outbound and game in study tour, the teachers divest the students to do anything but they are controlled, adapt the place of recreation with interest students. For health and social department collaborated to socialize important of outdoor recreation.

ABSTRACT The role of stakeholders in reducing the number of malnutrition is very influential in efforts to prevent the occurrence of nutritional problems in toddlers. Riau Province ranks 20th with the percentage of malnutrition as much as 4.20% and the percentage of malnutrition as much as 14%. Data from the Kampar District Health Office in 2018 found that Kampar Health Center occupies the highest number for malnutrition in children under five with a percentage of 1.6% or as many as 33 people. This study aims to obtain in-depth information about the role of stakeholders in the Nutrition Program for Toddlers in the Kampar Health Center in 2019. This study is qualitative in nature with the Rapid Assessment Procedure research design, namely in-depth direct interviews of the study sample. The number of samples in this study amounted to 10 people, of which 5 people as the main informant and 5 people as supporting informants. The results of the study found that stakeholders have exercised their power in accordance with their main duties, functions and roles, only that the workload has not been evenly distributed and there is still a lack of cooperation with development business partners. Conclusion power has been going well according to the main tasks, functions and roles, interests or interests in establishing cooperation with business development partners is not optimal, the position in setting the target to be achieved has gone well. It is recommended that the puskesmas be able to analyze the workload of employees, be able to do an analysis of the needs of Human Resources (HR) and establish cooperation with development business partners Key word : Stakeholders, Nutrition for Toddlers Program, Health Center

The increasing prevalence of non-communicable disease is a serious threat to development, because it threatens national economic growth. Public Health Center of Sungai Piring area is one of the largest Non-Communicable Disease ofÂ Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) distributions out of 28 Public Healh Centers in Indragiri Hilir regency, however, health screening at Non-Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) was only 31.1% of the program target in 2019. Through it, early detection of Non-Communicable risk factors could be detected so that the incidence of it in the community could be pressed. The purpose of knowing the trends of input, process and output in implementation of Non-Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) at Public Health Center of Sungai Piring Area, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2019. This type of research was qualitative research that used purposive sampling technique. Research informants were the head of Public Health Center, Headman, the village head, the person in charge of the program, officers, cadres and users of Integrated Guidance Post. The Collecting data was interview, observation and documents related with a triangulation analysis of data sources and methods. The result of the research was in terms of input, the role of officers had been optimal, but the roles of cadres and policy makers had not been optimal, limited funding of Health Operational Assistance (BOK) funds and the infrastructure Public Health Center was not optimal. From the process of planning and coaching Non-Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM) had not been optimal, the types of activities were not in accordance with the Integrated Guidance Post concept, follow up the monitoring of risk factors had been carried out by Integrated Guidance Post officers and the basic Integrated Guidance Post criteria phasing. The output of evaluation in implementation of Integrated Guidance Post of Non-Communicable Disease at Public Health Center of Sungai Piring Area in 2019 was seen from the input and process there still obstacles. It should be necessary to increase socialization and support from related sectors to increase the utilization of Non- Communicable Disease of Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu PTM). Â

The number of drop-out patients of Physiotherapy services at the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in 2019 was 10 percent, while the target is below 5 percent of the 5,079 patients. To achieve the optimal result of physiotherapy, the patient must visit according to schedule. This research aim is to obtain in-depth information about the behavior of drop-out patients of Physiotherapy services at Arifin Achmad regional public hospital. This was a descriptive qualitative study about patients' behavior with a phenomenological design. Research data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The number of main informants was 5 people and the supporting informants were 5 people and validated by triangulation. The results showed that the patientâ€™s knowledge about Physiotherapy services was good, the patientâ€™s perception of physiotherapy was good,Â patient motivation to physiotherapy was good,Â and the attitude of patients who do not follow a predetermined schedule. The phenomenon that occurs as the patientâ€™s attitudes such as calling a physiotherapist to their home, buying equipment, do-self therapy at home, and move to another hospital nearby that has physiotherapy practice until evening. Advocacy to management was needed setting one man one patient and 2 shift service hours setting,Â advocacy enabling factors to add Physiotherapy tools, partnerships with first-rate health facilities to improve referral systems.Â

Capitation Based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) is an adjustment to the capitation rate based on the results of an agreed assessment of individual health service indicators in the form of a commitment to First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) services in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health service delivery in FKTPs. The achievement of the target indicators for the Capitation Based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at Puskesmas Rumbai Pekanbaru has not been satisfactory. Throughout 2019, most of the KBPKP indicators were in unsafe conditions with a capitation payment range ranging from 90% - 95%. The research objective was to analyze the efforts to achieve the Capitation indicator based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at the Rumbai Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City in 2019. The method of selecting informants used snowball sampling. Data source qualified and able to present opinions well. The informants in this study were flexible according to the adequacy and suitability of the study. The results showed that the efforts to achieve the Capitation indicators based on the Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at Puskesmas Rumbai, Pekanbaru City were not optimal. Commitment to achieve indicator numbers is still lacking. The strategy that has been made is not clear, therefore there is no effort to formulate a clear, structured and systematic strategy. Organizational structure is not followed by a description of the main tasks and functions so that supervision becomes weak, program holder officers do not focus on realizing the plan for achieving the service commitment based capitation indicator (KBPKP) that has been determined as a result efforts to achieve the KBPKP indicator are difficult to realize. It is recommended that efforts be made to make SOPs, a comprehensive, measurable, systematic plan, formulate the main tasks and functions for officers assigned as personnel to realize the target indicators that have been set so that coordination and control of actions in realizing the KBPKP indicators can be carried out properly.
