Abstract

RASCH MODELING ANALYSIS: SCALE OF STUDENT PEACE OF MINDSET. This study aims to develop a scale of early detection of peace thinking in the context of standardized Indonesian culture. The study using a descriptive method for 1118 students from several public high schools in Bandung through Rasch modeling analysis. It is reported that all items are correctly perceived by students, with excellent internal consistency and good unidimensionality. The implication shows that there is still a need for further scale research based on a more diverse level of education units, including among santri (student) in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) so that the results are conclusive and comprehensive, with urban or rural backgrounds. This research explains a dynamic, progress, and a second stage that is good in developing TNT's scale into an ethnically diverse Indonesian context.

Abstract

The Relationship Between Self-Concept and Social Anxiety in Bandung Students. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social anxiety in college students. The population in this study were students in Bandung and the participants in this study totaling 35 respondents were taken using the accidental sampling technique and the scales used were self-concept scale and social anxiety scale. The correlation technique used to determine the relationship between self-concept and social anxiety variables is the Spearman Rho technique with the help of the IBS SPSS version 22.00 for windows computer program. The results of the study prove that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-concept and social anxiety in college students. By calculating the data analysis, it shows that the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is -0.745 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. That is, the higher the student's self-concept, the lower the social anxiety, and vice versa if students have a low self-concept, the higher the social anxiety. This research also supporting and justifying the previous theory and research between anxiety and self concept.Keywords: Self-Concept, Social Anxiety, and Students.

Abstract

Program pelatihan literasi digital di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pengajaran berbasis teknologi melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran, dengan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor literasi digital rata-rata sebesar 47%. Sebelum pelatihan, 65% guru belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan literasi digital formal, dan 58% berada di bawah ambang batas kompeten. Setelah pelatihan, 83% peserta menyatakan siap mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam RPP dan asesmen, serta menunjukkan penguasaan aplikasi seperti Canva, Google Site, dan Quizizz. Evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan perubahan sikap guru terhadap teknologi, terbentuknya komunitas guru digital, dan munculnya inisiatif pelatihan mandiri. Forum diskusi daring yang aktif dengan partisipasi 76% menjadi indikator keberlanjutan program. Kolaborasi antara guru, dosen, dan mahasiswa turut memperkuat sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan pendidikan. Program ini berhasil membentuk ekosistem pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, serta dapat direplikasi di institusi lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.
