Abstract

Advances in banking technology provide convenience for customers through operational services in the form of mobile banking that allows customers to perform banking transactions through smartphones. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty of BUMN Bank (State-Owned Enterprises), namely Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank BTN, and Bank Mandiri in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 customers using the purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that the quality of mobile banking services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while customer satisfaction has a significant effect on their loyalty. Furthermore, the quality of mobile banking services has a significant effect on loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze The Effect of Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership on Dividend Policy in Manufacturing Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at all manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The amount of the total sample of 14 companies with over 5 years of data collection, through a purposive sampling method. To achieve these objectives, the method used descriptive analysis, due diligence research instrument (classical assumption), multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (test f) simultaneously / together and (t test) partial / alone. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that the F test results indicate that variables consisting of Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership simultaneously have a significant effect on Dividend Policy. The t Test result for Capital Structure variable has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Policy while Managerial Ownership variable is partially negative but not significant to the Dividen Policy in Manufacturing Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2012-2016.

Abstract

The diversity of behavior financing occurs in companies listed on the Indonesian capital market and still leaves debate on theoretical assumptions so that the researchers are motivated to do this research. This research aims to investigate the behavior financing of each stage of the company's life, specifically for young, mature and waning ages as the repressentations of Pecking Order Theory (POT) financing behavior. The object of this research is a manufacturing company that is listed Indonesian capital market at least 3 years after the IPO and has a complete financial performance report. The results of the regression analysis resultsĀ  behavior of sales growth, profitability behavior, dividend behavior, retained earnings behavior, free cash flow behavior, risk behavior, size behavior and financial leverage behavior, shows various behaviors in each stage of the company's life. Behavior financing at the young and waning stages tends to favorPOTbehavior rather than trade-off behavior financing. In the mature stage, the behavior of profitability, retained earnings,FCF, and size do not supportPOTbehavior tends to lead to trade-off financing behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, and the influence of decision making on employee performance. Data collection used primary data obtained from employees at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province which were then used as respondents using the slovin formula after carrying out calculations so that the researchers adjusted as many as 66 respondents. The results of the data collected through the distribution of the questionnaire have been tested with classic assumption tests in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, linearity assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS Version 23 application. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province. In addition, this study also shows that decision making has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of South Sulawesi Province so that all hypotheses proposed are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Islamic Service Ethics and Organizational Culture on Service Quality and Taxpayer Satisfaction at the Office of the Wajo Samsat Revenue Technical Implementation Unit. This study uses a quantitative approach (Quantitative approach), performs data analysis procedures with statistical equipment and aims to test hypotheses. Between one variable and another or how a variable affects other variables through hypothesis testing. This data is directly obtained from field research through direct observation of the object to be studied through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and observations. In this study, the population selected were all 4-wheeled vehicle taxpayers in Samsat, Wajo district. Based on the data that has been collected and hypothesis testing with Smartpls. The results showed that Islamic service ethics had a positive and significant effect on service quality. Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on service quality. Islamic service ethics have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction. Islamic service ethics have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction through service quality. Organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction through service quality.
