Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze the influence of the work environment, knowledge and discipline on the performance of employees of Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province, and 2) to analyze the most dominant variables affect the job performance of employees Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province. The analytical method used in this research is the method of multiple regression analysis. Data were obtained from the employees of the Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province. The research approach is causal explanatory approach. The results of this study show that: 1) the results of regression analysis showed that the work environment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province. This shows that with a good working environment in the work will obtain work performance of employees is also good while with a work environment that is low will generate work performance of employees is low, 2) the results of regression analysis showed that knowledge variable positive and significant effect on work performance employees of the Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province. From the results of this study indicate that the better knowledge, the better the job performance of employees Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province and is the most dominant variable influence on the performance of employees of Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province, and 3) the results of regression analysis showed that the variables labor discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Regional employment Board of South Sulawesi province. From the results of this study indicate that employees with high work performance can be explained because it has a high work discipline both in planning, implementing and evaluating a whole series of jobs in the Regional Employment Board of South Sulawesi province.

Abstract

Productivity asa a result of learning is an achievement to change individual behavior for the better, encourage ego-involment and useful for many people. This is can be achieved if the campus is able to compete and adapt to changes in technology, information and communication.When the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the world, including Indonesia, the education had to change and even modify learning methods to achieve lecture produktivity. Blended Learning as a learning enrichment is considered very effective supported by intristic and extristic motivation, The study aims to identify and analyze the effect of blended learning effectiveness and motivation on the productivity of lecturers and students at STIE Wira Bhakti Makassar. The research sample was 63 lecture of STIE Wira Bhakti Makassar and the analysis method used was multiple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics program. The results showed that the effectiveness of the blended learning method and motivation had a positive and segnificant effect on the productivity of the lecturers and students of STIE Wira Bhakti Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of: (1) digital leadership on innovative work behavior. (2) knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. (3) digital leadership on employee performance. (4) knowledge sharing influences employee performance. (5) innovative work behavior influences employee performance. (6) digital leadership influences employee performance through innovative work behavior. (7) knowledge sharing influences employee performance through innovative work behavior. The research location was the Maccini Baji Class II Port Management Unit Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. The population was 128 employees. Data collection used a questionnaire. The sampling method was saturated sampling. The analysis method used SEM-PLS. The results of the study are as follows: (1) digital leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on innovative work behavior. (2) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. (3) digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) innovative work behavior has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. (6) digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through innovative work behavior. (7) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through innovative work behavior. Abstract

Finding out what effect motivational, disciplined, and loyal attitudes have on employee performance when used in the workplace was one of the authors' research objectives. The study was conducted at the Makassar Regional Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs, which had 52 persons working there. Research of this kind was quantitative. The major data used are responses obtained from delivering surveys to respondents, which were collected through observation and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is the test type used.
