Abstract

Performance is an employee's success in completing the work. Teacher performance assessed on how to carry out the planning, implementation and evaluation of the learning process. As one istitusi education learning process is not optimal, in addition to the teacher who owned limited. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the performance of teachers in implementing the learning process in SMPN5 Tombola Pao Gowa. This study is an observational study. The research method with cross sectional approach (cross-sectional). The population in this study is the total population of teachers in SMPN5 Tombola Pao Gowa. Ujii bivariate analysis with chi square and multivariate analysis with logistic regression test. Bivariate analysis showed that there is a relationship that siqnifikan between age (p = 0.002), education (p = 0.038), motivation (0,002), satisfaction (p = 0.023), perceived benefits (p = 0.020). Perception supervision (p = 0.023) with the performance of teachers in implementing the learning process. Multivariate analysis showed that there was an effect on the performance of teachers' motivation (p = 0.008) with Exp (b) = 25.670 and satisfaction variables on teacher performance (p = 0.057) with Exp (b) = 11.209. Suggestions can be recommended in this research is to increase the motivation of teachers in implementing the learning process followed by an increase in the satisfaction of teachers in implementing the learning process together, in addition to increasing the number of teachers with appropriate minimum academic qualification for the field of science.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee morale How the productivity of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistic Branch Makassar, the study was conducted during two months at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistic Makassar. The method used is Validity and Reliability. From the results of this study to test the validity (validity) and reliability testing (keterhandalan) of the items on all the variables, shows that there are validity and reliability. Because of the correlation coefficient values ​​that qualify valid and reliable at the critical value. As such items are used as a gauge for each variable in this study is used as a measuring tool worthy of study. The results of this study also showed that knowledge and understanding of the spirit of the work is an effective tool to determine the wishes of the employees themselves. Individual needs (X1), expectations of the individual (X2), fair treatment (X3) and clarity of purpose (X4) has a very important role for employees in the company.

Abstract

Soft Skill dan Hard Skill terhadap Kinerja : Pengaruh dan Penerapan pada Karyawan PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan penerapan Soft Skill dan Hard Skill Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 61 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soft skill berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan hard skill berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Soft Skill; Hard Skill; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Unit Pabrik Gula Takalar). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 81 orang. Dalam hal pengumpulan data teknik yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara menyebarka koesioner terhadap karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda,uji F, uji T, Koefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian , variabel Motivasi Dan Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan ini kedua hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, dan dari kedua variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel kompensasi x2 yang memperoleh nilai t hitung = 4.141.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the content creator phenomenon in the era of globalization 5.0 and see what benefits it brings to companies. In this study, several informants were used who were considered very capable in providinginformation about creator content in today's digital era. The research method used is qualitative with the phenomenological approach of Alferd Schutz. The way to collect data in this research is by way of interviews, observationand literature review. The results of this study are to describe the phenomenon of creator content in the digital 5.0 era which shows that in the current digital era there have been many new changes. These changes open up opportunities for users to try new things and be open to the outside world. Many people today are starting to open up to new things and slowly adjust to the development of existing technology. The digital era, provides convenience and human facilities to carry out activities or mobilize in everyday life. Being a content creator can be done as a side job. Being a content creatormeans being able to work anywhere and anytime. Content creators have the freedom to create a persona or discuss any topic they want. Content creators can provide new information and or facts to the public. The benefit of content creatorsfor companies is to brand the company so that it can be recognized by the wider community. Therefore the use of digitalmedia in the 5.0 era is expected to be able to make good use of it and be able to produce through digital media.

Abstract

The task of the government in every country is to achieve progress, from the lowest level to the highest, to achieve a more just, prosperous and advanced society. Decision making is one of the main responsibilities of managers in public bureaucracy. The aim of this research is to find out how the decision-making process is carried out in the Makassar city government.
