Abstract

This research aim to to analyse and know what is there influence between society culture, economics society to storey education society in Kanagarian Bonjol District  Koto besar regency Dharmasraya. This Research pertained at type research of korelasional deskiptif. Population in this research is family head residing in Kanagarian Bonjol District  Koto besar regency Dharmasraya amounting to 814 family head. Research Sampel in taking by two the way of, regional sampel in taking with technique of purposive sampling, that is election of jorong owning family head which many, while responder sampel in taking with technique of proposional sampling rondum with proportion 15 %, so that the amount of research sampel is 85 family head. Pursuant to analysis of regresi double and correlation hence earning the following disumpulkan: (1) there are influence which is signifikan and is positive cultural society to storey education society in Kanagarian Bonjol District Koto besar regency Dharmasraya because t calculate > t table, strength of low relation  (r = 0,308) and given contribution equal to 9,5%, (2) there are influence which is signifikan and is positive economics society to storey education society in Kanagarian Bonjol District Koto besar regency Dharmasraya because t calculate > t table, strength of relation of including lowering ( r = 0,377) and given contribution equal to 14,2%, (3) there are influence which is signifikan and is positive cultural society, economics society to storey education society in Kanagarian Bonjol District  Koto besar regency Dharmasraya because t calculate  > t table, strength of relation between two the variable to variable of Y the including is (r = 0,411) and given contribution equal to 16,9%.

Abstract

 This study aimed to obtain information, analyze about Learning Difficulties in SMA 1 Siberut Selatan Mentawai Islands regency views of : 1 ) Learning Difficulties in SMA 1 Siberut Selatan Mentawai Islands and ( 2 ) the efforts made to overcome learning difficulties in SMA 1 Siberut Selatan Mentawai Islands.The subjects were students of SMA 1 Siberut Selatan Mentawai Islands. Reason for the selection of research subjects because the class there are many students who have learning difficulties . As informants in this study were students of SMA 1 Siberut Selatan Mentawai Islands. Data analysis was performed through data reduction, data display and conclusion.Research results showed: ( 1 ) difficulty in learning geography student at SMA 1 Siberut Selatan Mentawai Islands stemming from internal factors is the understanding that students are still lacking in geography lessons , psychological factors such as attention to the subject , lack of motivation and lack of parental readiness of students to learn and external factors are factors that are less family support student learning and teacher factors that are less able to convey the material and ( 2 ) the efforts of the students to overcome difficulties in learning Geography is well prepared when going to learn , maintain health , set the time to learn it well, understand the subject matter and do not forget to give understanding to parents the importance of learning at home so that parents support when students learn at home

Abstract

This research purpose to getting information, analyzing, and discuss data about the effect of environment boarding house towards achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.Kind research used co relational descriptive. Population research is all of students’ geography number of 655 people. The sample research taken with Random Sampling proportion sample determined 10% so that sum of research sample is 66 students.                                   Based on analyze simple regression linear, fold (multiple) and correlation then sum up as follow:(1)  there are the effect of environment boarding house towards achievement study  students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra because t-calculate > t-table was  (3,393 > 1,668), the effect of environment boarding house who live towards achievement study is low categories       (r = 0,390) and big contribution environment boarding house included minor (15,2%), (2) there are the effect number of students which cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra because t-calculate > t-table was (3,624 > 1,668). Significant effect number of students which cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study included middle         (r = 0,413) and big contribution number of students that cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study is very small that is 17,0% and (3) there are the effect of environment cost’s students and number of students’ cost in the one bedroom towards achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra with contribution both variable cost’ environment mentioned toward variable Y number of  24,9% included categories small and variable cost’ environment students and number of students’ cost determining achievement study students  Geography STKIP PGRI West Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data or information, discuss and analyze the application of the Sapta charm ( 1 ) security, ( 2 ) Order, ( 3 ) cleanliness, ( 4 ) Coolness, ( 5 ) beauty, ( 6 ) hospitality, ( 7 ) Memories Grouse Island attractions Solok District of Cape of Good Hope .The research is qualitative research that aims to understand the phenomenon of research subjects. Retrieval techniques informants by purposive sampling (designation), in which the subject of research is the study, tourism office , Supervisor / manager, the village chief, Community and visitor attractions Grouse Island . When the study was conducted from July 16 until August 16, 2013. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation .Research results in the field as follows : security and order can grouse island attraction orderly and well controlled, hygiene is quite clean, coolness, beauty, and hospitality is very beautiful and kind, while the charm of memories is still lacking and there has been no implementation.

Abstract

AbstrakThis study who understand the phenomenon of what has been experienced by the research subjects minsalnya behavior, perception, motivation, action. Respondents in this study are the Department of Tourism, visitors and the community immediately surrounding the attraction taking technique performed Snowball Sampling informants, informants and instruments used in this research is interview. The results of this study found that the existing tourist attraction with the theory of SWOT analysis as follows: 1) Strength (Strengths) owned tourist area is a natural beauty that is natural without the touch of human hands, and also can be an application of education for school children and the need, 2) weakness (weakness) of the area attractions that there is a lack of maintenance of the parties pengelolah in the beauty of this attraction than the level of accessibility that is less supportive and tourist sites away from the crowds, lack of promotion so that this region is not so much in the interest of visitors and investors 3) Opportunities (Opportunities) with the tourist areas can create new jobs for the community setempat.4) threats (threats) that pose a threat to the object region the rainy season makes access road is getting worse and landslides , The events that we do not want to be harmful to people and the government.Keywords:swot analysis pengembengan tourism management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kontribusi Kemampuan Merancang Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Dosen STKIP-PGRI Sumatera Barat. Ada tiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian adalah: 1) Terhadap kontribusi kemampuan meracang pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dosen PGRI-STKIP Sumatera Barat, 2) Terhadap kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dosen PGRI-STKIP Sumatera Barat, 3) Terhadap kontribusi kemampuan merancang pembelajaran dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dosen PGRI-STKIP Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan melibatkan subjek sebanyak 71 orang dosen. Mereka adalah dosen PNSD dan Dosen Yayasan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan nilai mahasiswa. Data terkumpul itu kemudian dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa : (1) Kemampuan merancang pembelajaran mempunyai kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dosen PGRI-STKIP Sumatera Barat sebesar 35.5%, 2) Motivasi kerja mempunyai kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dosen dosen PGRI-STKIP Sumatera Barat sebesar 42.4%, 3) Kemampuan merancang pembelajarn dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap efektivtais pembelajaran dosen STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat sebesar 63.2%. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan merancang pembelajaran dan motivasi kerja merupakan dua faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dosen STKIP PGRI Sumatera.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang di lihat dari lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang pada tahun 2010 terdiri dari 8 sekolah tingkat pertama di kota padang penelitian diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 102 siswa. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang karena kontribusi kecil (33,9%), (2) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang dengan kontribusi kecil (21,5%), (3) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat dalm penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang karena kontribusi sangat kecil (8,7%) dan (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat secara bersama-sama dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padangkarena kontribusi cukup besar (47,4%).
