Abstract

Fokus utama penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki serta memahami perempuan yang ikut berdagang di pasar nagari. Bagaimana keterkaitannya dengan lahirnya jiwa enterprenuership masyarakat Minangkabau serta keterkaitan enterprenuership dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi wilayah Sumatera Barat dan Nasional.Ada beberapa alasan perempuan pedagang terjun ke perdagangan eksport yaitu; (1) ingin melanjutkan kehidupan keluarga, (2) ketimpangan kepemilikan lahan pertanian yang dikuasai, (3) tingkat pendidikan yang rendah, (4) asal suku (sosial budaya).Keberadaan perempuan pedagang di pasar nagari merupakan incubator lahirnya dan terlanggengnya jiwa enterpreneurship untuk generasi selanjutnya di Minangkabau sekaligus telah memberikan sumbangan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi wilayah Sumatera Barat secara khusus dan ekonomi Nasional secara umum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of the population in the district of Kilangan Lubuk Padang. This research is descriptive. The population in this study were all families (KK) in District of Lubuk Kilangan totaling 11. 034 households. The samples were taken by using a sample of 100 families with Proportionate random sampling of respondents by sub-sub-populations vary. The research found that: 1) Livelihoods District of Lubuk Kilangan dominant livelihood in agriculture both father and mother to the type of work as agricultural labor, general status as a laborer, a place to do work at home and most do not have a second job, 2) conditions of houses in District of Lubuk Kilangan generally good, where the roof is tile and asbestos, concrete walls, tiled floor of the house, air vents for the entire room, clean source of water taps. Judging from the way of storing food ready for consumption and food consumption of the population is not ready at the general store in a special place and clean, waste water disposal with holes and a general MCK own bathroom and 3) Education of population in the District Lubuk Kilangan generally graduating high school / equivalent, both wife and husband, while the non-formal education is rarely found residents

Abstract

Jorong Siguhung District Of lubuk Basung Regency agam barat representing  one of the area which is  livelihood  its society conducting  fishof  Nila and fish seed.Society motivation in fish conducting of nila the unegual, seen from capital and earnings of society.This research aim to to get data, process, analysing and studying about Factors Influencing Motivation Society in Conducting Fish of Nila in Jorong Siguhung  District Of lubuk Basung  agam barat Regency of seen from1) Capital and 1) Earnings.this Research type is descriptive  korelasional. this Research population is all society which is fish conducting of nila in jorong siguhung distrit of lubuk basung sub –province agam barat. Intake of Sampel responder taken pursuant to totalizeing sampling that is withdrawal of sampel done as a whole, sampel in Jorong Siguhung District Of lubuk Basung Regencyagam barat amount to 59 people. Analysis the used is statistical and descriptive of inferensial. Result of this research find 1) There are influence which is signifikan and is positive of capital to Motivation Society in Conducting Fish of Nila in Jorong Siguhung District Of lubuk Basung Regencyagam barat, because t count > t of tables of : ( 14,914 > 1,671) strength of capital relation to society motivation of is including strength ( r = 0, 892) and given contribution equal to 76,6% 2) There are influence which is signifikan and is positive of earnings to Motivation Society In Conducting Fish of Nila in Jorong SiguhungDistrict Of lubuk Basung Regencyagam barat because t count > t of tables of ; ( 2,509 > 1,671), strength of Earnings relation to Motivation society of including is ( = 0,401) and given contribution equal to 0,5%. 3) There are influence of earnings and capital by together to Motivation Society In Conducting Fish of Nila in Jorong Siguhung District Of lubuk Basung Regencyagam barat because F count > F of tables of ; ( 112,436 > 4,01), strength of relation both of the variable to society motivation is including very strong ( r = 0,895) and given contribution 10,9%.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the illegal loggers, rampant poaching primates endemic National Park of Siberut in Siberut Selatan District, and wildlife trade is done by people who were around the National Park of Siberut in Siberut Selatan District. This study aims to obtain data, information and an overview of public perception on the Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in Central Park District of South Siberut Siberut Mentawai Islands regency views of: 1) the implementation of the conservation of natural resources and ecosystems, 2) efforts to preserve heritage conservation of natural resources and ecosystems for future generations, and 3) barriers that prevent the implementation of the conservation of natural resources and ecosystems in National Park of Siberut in Siberut Selatan District.This research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were all heads of families residing in the District of South Siberut Mentawai Islands regency. Based on recent data the population of 1500 inhabitants with 800 families (KK). The research sample was taken with a proportional random sampling method with the proportion of 10% that the sample in this study amounted to 80 families.The research found that: 1) the public perception on the Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in Siberut National Park includes the Mentawai Islands with a good percentage of 79.6%, 2) Public perception of the effort to preserve the heritage of Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems in the Garden Siberut National Metntawai Islands District including well with the percentage of 78.67%, and 3) the public perception of the barriers experienced in the implementation of the Natural Resources Conservation and Ecosystem National Park Siberut Mentawai Islands including well with the percentage of 77.27%

Abstract

Expansion of intensive rural area to date has been developed in Indonesia as one way for equitable development and improve peoples welfare. Development of a region is generally caused by both natural population growth and migration as well as an increase in the activities of the residents in the area as a container utilizing its development. Splitting of the village is essentially an attempt to improve the welfare of the people still refer to the economic growth by taking into account the carrying capacity of the region, both in terms of the community service aspects, aspects of governance, development aspects and aspects of the regions potential. Rural area development will have a positive impact for the betterment of society. This study aims to determine the Regional Public Perceptions About Redistricting at the village Kemantan Kebalai  district of Air Hangat Timur Regency Kerinci.This research is descriptive. Descriptive research will reveal problems that occur in the present as they are. Population in this research is the head of the family living in the the village Kemantan Kebalai  district of Air Hangat Timur Regency Kerinci. Samples were taken by way of proportional sampling. Respondent sample taken with random sampling techniques with the proportion of 25%, totaling 86 samples. Analysis using the analysis of the percentage formula. Techniques of data collection through questionnaire or instrument.The research found that: 1) Community perceptions of the potential the village Kemantan Kebalai  district of Air Hangat Timur Regency Kerinci is quite good with the level of achievement of 70.02%. 2) Community perceptions of the  development the  village  Kemantan Kebalai  district of Air Hangat Timur Regency Kerinci is quite good with the level of achievement of 73.05%. 3) Community perceptions of village governance Kemantan Kebalai district of Air Hangat Timur Regency Kerinci classified as less well with the level of achievement of 66.54%. 4) Community perceptions of the public service village Kemantan Kebalai district of Air Hangat Timur Regency Kerinci classified as less well with the level of achievement of 63.95%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of arabica coffee production and marketing of the income of the people in sub-district Lolo Solok District Coast Mirror.The study was descriptive correlational. The population in this study all arabica coffee farmers in the Lolo District Nagari Coast Mirror, amounting to 654 farmers. Samples were taken with a random sampling proportional to the proportion of 15%, so the total sample of 89farmers.The research found that: 1) there is a significant effect on the income of arabica coffee production in the Lolo District village Coast Mirror for t calculate > t table (8.029> 1.662), including the influence of strong (r = 0.652) and a significant contribution (42.6 %), (2) there is a significant effect on the income of arabica coffee marketing community in sub-district Lolo District Coast Mirror for t calculate > t table (4.136> 1.662), the influence of marketing including moderate (r = 0.405) and a very small contribution (16.4% ) and (3) there is a significant effect of arabica coffee production and marketing of arabica coffee together against the income of the people in sub-district Lolo District Coast Mirror because F calculate > F table (44.168> 2.712), the influence of these two variables on income communities in village Lolo Mirror Coastal districts including strong category (r = 0.712) with a significant contribution (50.7%).

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain data and information are : 1) the level of income. 2) the level of knowledge. 3) previouns livelihoods. 4) culture condisions. 5) lack of transportation infarstructure. This type of research is descriptive, which became the overall study population were people who became motor tricycles di kenagarian Barung sub-Barung Belantai Koto XI Tarusan southern coastal distric, which consists of several villages : Pasa Ambacang, Lubuak Buayo, Koto Kaciak, Pasa, Palo Pasa, Kalan land, hills, terrain, Parik and Rajo Agam. The  samples were taken in total sampling number that  is equal to 51 motorcycle ricksaw. The result of this study indicate : 1) income motorcyle rickshaw, it can be seen that their avarage income is around Rp. > 500.000 – 1.000.000 2) Knowledge is not a motivation to motorcycle rickshaw, but they generally have is this knowledge it can be seen that they knew with light traffic sign in every custumer  asks about a region or place they want to go general they know, but based on interview, avarege their averege graduated from elementary school and junior high school, so that those who answer the many lack of the skill and skill. 3) provious livelihood society motor tricycle rickshaw, it can be seen that their live mediocre after being motorcycle rickshaw, sometimes they look for another job to make end meet. 4) the community of motor tricycle are not shy with their profession that can be seen in general society who are not ashamed to answer as many as 44 people (86,27%). 5) that the motivation motorcycle rickshaw society are the lack of transport infrastructure, it can be seen that a society that say yes 45 people (88,23%) of the 51 respondents who answered.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the opinions Concern In Caring Community Clean Living Culture in Kenagarian Palangki District IV District SIJUNJUNG Nagari. This kind of research is descriptive. Population in this study was the whole family heads in Kenagarian Palangki totaling 911 family heads. Study samples were collected with proportionate Random Sampling techniques, with samples of 10% until the sample totaled 91 KK. Results of the research found that: (1) discipline community about clean living culture in Kenagarian Palangki District IV includes bad Nagari average score of 2.03 and 50.96% of respondents access level, (2) The role of the community about clean living culture of within the District IV Nagari Palangki Kenagarian including poor with average score 2.48 and 62.0% of respondents access level. (3) The behavior of the community about clean living culture on the environment in Kenagarian Palangki District IV Nagari including poor average score of 2.41 and 60.49% of respondents access level. Recommended to the community to better implement and improve the environment and the discipline to follow and role in the cultural life clean, and behaviour well towards the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to gother and describe the data and information about (1) The profession of society around Batang Mahat river Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota (2) The use of area around Batang Mahat river Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota (3) Educational level of society around Batang Mahat Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota.Methodology of this research was descriptive research. More over, population of this research was society around Batang Mahat river. The total of population was 1060 KK. Then, the sampling technique of each area used purposive sampling. Furthermore, it was pointed that Jorong  Becah Lumpur represented the area of Batang Mahat river in upper watershed, Jorong Batu Balah represented the area of Batang Mahat river in middle watershed, and Jorong Koto Lamo represented the area of Batang Mahat river in lower watershed, by using proportional random sampling technique. The respondent was determined randomly based on the proportion of each Jorong about 15% for each area sampling. Therefore, the total of respondents in this research was 109.The finding of this research showed that the profession of society in the area of Batang Mahat river Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kotawas 91 inhabitants as farmers (83.49%), the use of area that was generally for plantation of Gambier was 85 inhabitants (78.70%), education level of the society who were gradated in elementary was about 85 inhabitans (53.21%).

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the data, process, analyze and discuss: 1) work motivation in Sub-District Aie Batumbuak District Gunung Talang Solok Regency, 2) work experience in Sub-District Aie Batumbuak District Gunung Talang Solok Regency, 3) marketing in Sub-District Aie Batumbuak District Gunung Talang Solok Regency.This type of research is classified in one of the descriptive research study aimed to look at in accordance with the data that was collected through the images or descriptive variables. The study population was all chrysanthemum farmer group members. In Aie Batumbuak. Samples were taken in two ways, the first sample area, namely the purposive sampling technique, the ellipse that has 3 chrysanthemum farmer groups, namely Jorong Koto Baruah, Madang and Sangkak Puyuah. Samples were taken with a total sampling techniques, which all members of the chrysanthemum farmer groups, totaling 41 samples. Guided data collection using questionnaires, statistical analysis used was descriptive using percentage formula.The results include: 1) Motivation chrysanthemum farmer group members in Sub-District Aie Batumbuak generally quite high, but the weekdays are generally 2-3 days / week (43.90%), 2) Work experience chrysanthemum farmer group members in Sub-District Aie Batumbuak generally very controlled (73.71%) each existing agricultural extension, but it would be very capable if experts from outside the area to practice cultivation of chrysanthemums this, because they are still not enough if only the experience of agricultural extension alone because too other much needed knowledge and 3) marketing process plant chrysanthemums in Sub-District Aie Batumbuak is generally not standard or can be increased and also decreased each year (41.46%), because they are caused by buyer demand process yields no similar to what is expected.
