Abstract

Keselamatan merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi setiap manusia, tidak terkecuali untuk keselamatan mobil yang masih menjadi mode transportasi favorit di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu faktor terjadinya kecelakaan adalah pencahayaan, faktor pencahayaan bisa berupa kurangnya pencahayaan sehingga pengemudi tidak bisa melihat dengan baik, begitu juga dengan cahaya kendaraan dari arah berlawanan yang juga mengganggu penglihatan pengemudi. Untuk itu perlu dibuat sistem pencahayaan yang bisa mengoptimalkan pandangan pengemudi dan tidak mengganggu pengendara lain. Sistem minimum dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol arah dan intensitas cahaya lampu kendaraan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi jalanan dengan memasang sensor posisi pada lingkar kemudi untuk dijadikan referensi arah cahaya lampu dan sensor cahaya yang mendeteksi keberadaan kendaraan lain dari arah berlawanan untuk mengontrol cahaya yang dihasilkan oleh lampu kendaraan. Kontrol arah lampu sesuai sudut kemudi hanya berfungsi saat kendaraan melaju pada kecepatan < 40 km/jam. Perancangan ini menghasilkan sistem pencahayaan yang berfungsi untuk menghindari blind spot saat kendaraan menikung dan mengontrol cahaya lampu saat ada kendaraan dari arah berlawanan sehingga pengemudi kendaraan tersebut tidak terganggu. Dari perancangan ini hasil penyimpangan sudut maksimum sebesar ±5%.

Abstract

Ada sebagian orang yang memiliki kelainan pada penglihatan, salah satunyaadalah kelainan melakukan identifikasi warna (buta warna). Salah satu cara untukmenolong melakukan identifikasi warna yaitu dengan cara menampilkan informasiwarna ke dalam teks. Informasi warna video digital masih berbentuk model warnaYCbCr. Model warna YCbCr adalah model warna yang digunakan pada kamerahandphone. Metode pengkonversian YCbCr digunakan untuk mendapatkan danmengkonversikan nilai warna yang didapat ke dalam model warna RGB. Nilai hasilpengkonversian dibandingkan dengan nilai RGB yang tersimpan pada programdengan menggunakan metode euclidean distance. Metode euclidean distanceberfungsi untuk mencari nilai selisih terkecil dari dua matriks yang dibandingkan.Hasil perbandingan ditampilkan sebagai keluaran yang terdiri dari gambar warna,nama warna, nilai warna dan warna yang serupa dengan hasil perbandingan.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian warna objek dapat dideteksi dengan persentasekeberhasilan mencapai 93,75%.

Abstract

Inclusive education at Vocational High Schools that offer Inclusive Education (SMK-PPI) aims to provide equal access to learning for students with special needs (SBK). This community service program is designed to develop an innovative Deep Learning-based learning model to enhance inclusivity and the quality of education at SMK-PPI. The program begins with a needs identification phase, where observations and interviews are conducted at schools that accommodate SBK to understand existing challenges and identify gaps in the current teaching methods. Collaboration with the school and community stakeholders is essential to align the program's objectives and tailor the learning plan to meet specific needs. Intensive training for SMK-PPI teachers is the initial step in implementing the program, including the introduction of Deep Learning technology and the development of inclusive teaching strategies. The Deep Learning-based learning model is then implemented in classrooms involving SBK, focusing on personalized learning and using technology to meet individual students' needs. Data is continuously collected through observations, interviews, and surveys to evaluate the program's effectiveness. The evaluation results show that the model successfully increased student engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes. Reflection and improvement are conducted based on feedback from all involved parties, ensuring that this learning model can be sustainably adopted by other schools. This program is expected to make a significant contribution to strengthening inclusive education at SMK-PPI and helping all students reach their full potential.

Abstract

Effective communication between special needs students (SNS) and teachers is one of the biggest challenges in inclusive education, particularly at vocational high schools (SMK). SMK BPP Veteran Bandung, as an institution that implements inclusive education, faces this challenge in its effort to provide equal education for all students. This community service program aims to implement Indonesian Sign Language Converter technology to assist communication between SNS and teachers. The technology is designed to translate Indonesian Sign Language into text and voice, and vice versa, enabling SNS to communicate more effectively with their teachers. The program began with a needs analysis through observations and interviews, followed by teacher training to use the technology, and then implementation and evaluation in classrooms. The results of this program show a significant improvement in SNS engagement in learning and enhanced communication quality between SNS and teachers. This program is expected to be adopted more broadly in other schools that implement inclusive education.

Abstract

This article is about satellite review which is essential for internet connectivity and also the development of IoT and other applications, this article contains history, performance, challenges, and research opportunities in the field of satellite development. Satellite development can be applied to improving the performance of various applications such as IoT, Education, and Medical, as well as real-time monitoring such as monitoring pets such as horses and cows in large numbers, as well as other essential applications such as the medical world. Satellite development is essential for applications in the world today and in the future. Satellite technology development is tailored to the needs, for example with the Mini Cube Satellite used for the development of LPWAN IoT technology orbiting in Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

Abstract

The use of waste chopping machines in Cikawao Village, Bandung depends on the electricity that supplies the machine. To supply electrical energy to the chopping machine, bank capacitors are needed which function to stabilize electrical power. A capacitor bank is a set of capacitors installed in parallel. Specifically, the function of the capacitor bank is to improve the power factor, reduce useless reactive power, reduce power losses on the network, increase the available power capacity, and also stabilize the system voltage. In this article review, the hope is that the voltage can be monitored in real-time using the Internet of Things (IoT) and focus on voltage sensors and current sensors and controllers that work like relays when the voltage is over, it will automatically turn off. And voltage (V) and current (I) can be monitored in real-time on the available monitors. In the process of building this IoT, a protocol is needed, to control and monitor voltage and electric current can use a microcontroller that can connect to the internet, which means using a WiFi module and connecting it to the Internet server using the MQTT Protocol.

Abstract

Tujuan sistem parkir ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna parkir untuk menemukan lokasi parkir dengan menambahkan tingkat keamanan pada sistem tersebut. Maka pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknologi saat ini, akan membuat sistem tiket parkir berbasis QR Code dengan menggunakan kontroler Raspberry Pi 3 Model B dan Python sebagai Bahasa pemogramannya. Data pengguna parkir saat pendaftaran akan dibangkitkan dalam wujud QR Code. Sistem ini pun dapat mengidentifikasi data tersebut menggunakan scanner yang tersedia. Sistem ini dapat menampilkan denah lokasi parkir yang di rekomendasikan melalui monitor. Data aktivitas parkir yang telah tercatat akan disimpan pada Database MySQL yang dapat diakses oleh pengelola parkir tersebut. Webcam akan mengambil foto kendaraan yang hendak memasuki lahan parkir sebagai pembanding dengan kendaraan keluar. Sedangkan palang portal parkir digerakan motor servo. Hasil pengujian pada QR Code scanner mampu membaca QR Code pada jarak 4 – 28 cm. Sedangkan sensor infra red dapat mendeteksi kendaraan hingga jarak 11 cm. Motor servo berputar 0° jika diberikan dutty cycle 2.5% dengan tegangan 85 mV dan motor servo berputar 90° jika diberikan dutty cycle 7,5% dengan tegangan 245 mV. Webcam ditempatkan pada posisi jalur kendaraan masuk. Informasi ketersediaan slot lahan parkir dan foto kendaraan masuk ditampilkan pada layar monitor.
