Abstract

Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran kepada dosen Fisika tentang pendekatan-pendekatan sains yang dapat digunakan dalam membantu mahasiswa untuk lebih memahami konsep-konsep Fisika melalui kegiatan laboratorium. Adapun tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Scientific Approach terhadap kemampuan menggunakan alat ukur Fisika Dasar I Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Unismuh Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One–Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar Sulawesi Selatan. Pengelolaan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan setelah terkumpulnya data, selanjutnya dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Untuk analisis secara kuantitatif digunakan análisis deskriptif yaitu skor rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil tes awal dengan hasil tes akhir.Kata kunci: Scientific Approach, kemampuan menggunakan alat ukur Fisika Dasar.The general purpose of this research is to provide an overview to Physics lecturers about science approaches that can be used in helping students to better understand the concepts of Physics through laboratory activities. The specific purpose of this research is to know the influence of Scientific Approach to the ability of using Physics Basic Elementary Instrument I Student of Physics Education Program Unismuh Makassar. The type of research used in this research is pre experimental research with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. This research will be conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar South Sulawesi. Data management in this research is done after collecting data, then analyzed quantitatively. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Seberapa besar kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang di ajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning  pada Jurusan Fisika Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, (2) seberapa besar kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang di ajar dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional pada Jurusan Fisika Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, (3) ada tidaknya perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berada kategori baik, yang dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis khususnya peningkatan keterampilan dasar dan strategi dalam menganalisis suatu permasalahan, (2) Kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional berada kategori cukup, yang dapat dilihat dari peningkatan pembelajaran, namun mahasiswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran tersebut belum mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, (3) Ada perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang diajar dengan Problem Based Learning dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Kata kunci: Problem Based Learning, kemampuan berpikir kritis, pembelajaran konvensionalThis study aimed to find out: (1) the extent of critical thinking ability of students who had been taught with Problem-Based Learning Model at the Department of Physics, Makassar Muhammadiyah University, (2) the extent of critical thinking ability of students who had been taught with Conventional Learning Method at the Department of Physics, Makassar Muhammadiyah University, (3) the difference between the critical thinking ability of students in the learning of physics through Problem-Based Learning Model with Conventional Learning Method. The results showed that (1) the ability of critical thinking of students taught by Problem-Based Learning Model was in a good category, which could be seen from the increase in critical thinking ability, especially the increase in the basic skills and strategies in analyzing a problem, (2) critical thinking ability of students taught by Conventional Learning Method was in a sufficient category, which can be seen from the increase in learning, but students who had been taught by the given teaching method have not been able to develop critical thinking ability, (3) there was a difference between the critical thinking ability of students through Problem-Based Learning Model and that through  Conventional Learning Method.Keywords: Problem-Based Learning, critical thinking ability, Conventional Learning Method

Abstract

This simple experiment is entitled analysis of students' interest in learning physics towards online learning which aims to analyze students' learning interest in online learning in physics lessons. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research sample was 136 students of SMA Negeri 15 Wajo who were randomly selected from the seven classes X, XI and XII MIPA. The results showed that the lowest percentage of the indicator of interest in learning physics was the attention of students to learning physics online, while the highest percentage was the indicator of interest in learning, namely the involvement of students in learning physics online. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning interest of students at the beginning of online physics learning can be categorized as good and has considerable involvement during learning, but over time, students' interest in learning physics online decreases due to boredom and boredom. begin to be felt by students
