Abstract

: Marketing can not be sep arated from management activities, because marketing management is in charge of how a school effort reaches its predetermined objectives in its marketing, such as promoting schools to satisfy consumers and quality services. A school needs to pay attention to its marketing management because that will determine how many learners will enroll in the school. But in marketing education that must be considered not only outside the school just like the installation of banners or the spread of brochures but also must be revamping from within the school, especially in the revamping of its resources. Because with the existence of quality resources, will give birth image or good image in the eyes of society. Most parents choose schools that already have a good image or image in the community. Their main focus is on the educational processes that occur during school, teaching and learning activities, and the quality of school services. By providing excellent service or excellent service is one effort to grow consumer confidence. If the learner is likened to the consumer, then it takes various efforts to provide the best service so that they can learn optimally especially in school. Costumer satisfaction or customer satisfaction is preferred in business activities, as well as in education, although not business, services to learners should always take precedence. Services for learners not only from teachers, but also from the administrative staff. In this case, in the event of things that may reduce the service, the principal must immediately take positive steps to restore confidence to normal. Satisfaction of learners as customers will be able to increase the prestige of the school so it will be liked by the community and eventually become a favorite school. Excellent service is the main purpose and capital to attract learners and potential learners. What is suggested in the business world may be appropriate, that in order to achieve customer satisfaction, it needs to be close to the consumer (close to the costumer) in addition to the strong desire of the principal to make his school a hands-on value driven. Service is also not half-baked, but must be (hands on the knitting) so that learners as the party served feel satisfied (costumer satisfaction), which will increase confidence in the school

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that has a very large share for the religion of Islam and character formation for the Indonesian nation. Pesantren which is currently very surviving makes a major contribution in the journey of the nation, with its traditional functions brought by muslim scholar Zamakhsyari Dhofier with the tradition of pesantren, and the role of Kyai, but also pesantren requires the renewal of systems directed at community development. Therefore, nurcholish madjid as a reform figure provides ideas to revise or update pesantren education management systems in managing existing resources so as to achieve success. The results of this study show that pesantren education management manages and organizes human resource education institutions to achieve goals efficiently and effectively through managerial functions. The management of pesantren education according to Nurcholish Madjid is a modern and traditional management of pesantren education management by producing superior human resources efficiently and effectively through managerial functions. The other side is that pesantren management is an activity in organizing and managing pesantren education through managerial functions.

Abstract

Character education is one of the important aspects for the next generation of the Indonesian nation so that character education must be given along with the intellectual development of children. Children's character can be formed well if in the process of child development there is sufficient space so that children can express themselves freely. This is closely related to character building, where children's character education must be formed from an early age. This is because early childhood is at a golden age which we must really stimulate and stimulate to the fullest in all aspects of its development. Building early childhood education is different from building other levels of education, because this education provides opportunities for children to be able to enjoy their world, namely the main world. Play is a means for children to learn so that it can be said that early childhood learning is playing. By playing children are stimulated to develop in general, both physical, motor, cognitive, language, artistic, social, emotional development and through playing children will feel happy and comfortable at school. The strategy used is the learning center model. Learning strategies are carried out in circles and play centers. Circle is when the teacher and children sit in a circle to provide a foothold for children what to do before and before playing. The play center is a zone for children to play, which is equipped with game tools that function to develop the full potential of children in various aspects of their overall development

Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage performed at an age below the productive age (over 19 years). Early marriage can have various impacts on family harmony due to a lack of physical and psychological preparation to form a sakinah family. This assumption arises because of the lack of knowledge from the community about the importance of education for adolescents. This program is implemented using a participatory approach. The facilitation steps are as follows: 1. Social analysis, 2. Programming, 3. Coordination, 4. Implementation, 5. Control. In the socialization seminar on understanding the impact of early marriage, service partners namely IPNU & IPPNU were given guidelines on the impact of early marriage, and could also consult with community leaders who had a better understanding of the impact of marriage at an early age. early age. Given the high rate of early marriage, of course many problems are faced by both men and women. Therefore, socialization about marriage at an early age needs to be further encouraged in various parties, including: Adolescents who have not reached the age of 19, both boys and girls and their parents.

Abstract

Landasan dan asas-asas ilmu pendidikan merupakan disiplin ilmu dan suatu usaha memperluas kesempatan belajar, serta usaha dalam pengadaan dan pembinaan guru dan tenaga pendidikan pada semua jalur, jenis dan jenjang agar mereka dapat melaksanakan tugasnya secara proporsional. Disisi lain, pada hakekat pendidikan adalah belajar, kelima pilar sebagaimana dijelaskan sebelumya, memiliki keterkaitan satu dengan lainnya. Learning to know mengajarkan seseorang untuk tidak mengetahui saja tetapi mereka juga harus tau makna yang terkandung didalamnya. Learning to do mengajarkan seseorang untuk lebih banyak melakukan tindakan daripada bicara. Sedangkan learning to be mangajarkan belajar untuk dapat mandiri dan menjadi orang yang burtanggung jawab. Learning to live menuntun seseorang untuk hidup bermasyarakat. Learning to believe in god mengajarkan seseorang untuk belajar kebaikan dan mempertanggungjawabkannya kepada Tuhan. Secara singkat, kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah bahwa suatu pemahaman bahwa asas, landasan, pilar dan komponen pendidikan merupakan satu kesatuan yang saling terkait dan menjadi dasar utama dalam pendidakan. Hal-hal tersebut harus diupayakan secara maksimal untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Beberapa hal pokok tersebut harus dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan bagus dan dengan tujuan yang sangat bagus pula. Dengan demikian diharapkan nantinya pendidikan yang berlangsung dapat menjadi lebih baik
