Abstract

Berhubung peneliti mengetahui masalah atau kesulitan siswa RA. Raudhatul Hasanah dalam pelajaran menulis, mereka diketahui tidak bisa menulis dengan benar, tepat dan rapi setingkat anak usia dini apalagi menulis bahasa inggris, dengan itu peneliti memiliki keinginan untuk mencarikan solusi kesulitan tersebut. Mereka masih dapat dikatakan baru dalam dunia pendidikan formal dan sangat pemula dalam menulis. Kondisi seperti ini, dirasa penting untuk ditanggulangi. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan media gambar sebagai solusi dalam memecahkan permasalahan dalam menulis kata Bahasa Inggris yang sangat sederhana. Sebab media gambar merupakan salah satu media yang menarik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis untuk membuat siswa merasa lebih mudah dalam menulis. Ada dua rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Yang pertama adalah  bagaimana aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan media gambar. Kedua, bagaiman hasil belajar siswa dalam keterampilan menulis bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan media gambar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Stephen Kemmis dan Robbin Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari empat komponen, antara lain: Rencana, Tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan format obsevasi/penilaian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, pengukuran hasil tes belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif, indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah bila rata-rata kemampuan menulis bahasa inggris melalui media gambar telah mencapai 70%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan menulis Bahasa Inggris melalui media gambar di RA. Raudhatul Hasanah di Desa Saobi Kecamatan Kangayan Kabupaten Sumenep, hal ini di buktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan menulis Bahasa Inggris pada siklus I sebesar 60,0% sedangkan sklus II mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan siklus pertama sebesar 74.0%. kemampuan menulis Bahasa Inggris mengalami peningkatan setelah peneliti memberikan tindakan yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan dan proses, yaitu; 1) Mempersiapkan/merancang media gambar, 2) Membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran Harian  (RPPH), 3) Membuat pedoman observasi untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran sebagai wujud dari hasil peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis teks bahasa Inggris yang sudah di jelaskan dan diperlihatkan dengan strategi penggunaan media gambar, 4) Merancang alat evaluasi dalam bentuk media gambar lengkap dengan teks bahasa Inggrisnya sebagai wujud dari pemahaman siswa dalam menulis teks bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh faktor cerai gugat yang permasalahannya tidak selalu disebabkan oleh isteri seperti halnya adanya perselingkuhan dari suami, penelantaran rumah tangga dan KDRT, faktor ekonomi dan lain sebagainya. Konflik menjadi hal yang wajar manakala kedua belah pihak ada yang mau mengalah dan bisa memahami dengan mengambil sisi positif namun jika konflik tersebut dibiarkan terus-menerus akan membawa dampak negatif yang pada akhirnya berujung pada perceraian. Perceraian sendiri berdampak sangat besar terhadap perkembangan anak. Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dilakukan di Pengadilan Agama Sumenep. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor yang paling mendominasi pengajuan cerai gugat di Pengadilan Agama Sumenep disebabkan karena perselisihan yang terjadi terus menerus yang disebabkan oleh ekonomi, meninggalkan satu pihak (peelantaran), dan KDRT.

Abstract

Evaluasi program pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam. Evaluasi tidak hanya digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik, tetapi juga mencakup seluruh proses yang terjadi di lembaga pendidikan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yaitu dengan menganalisis berbagai buku, artikel, dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Bagi guru, evaluasi bisa menjadi acuan untuk menilai apakah metode pembelajaran yang digunakan sudah tepat. Bagi siswa, evaluasi memberi gambaran tentang kemampuan, kemajuan, dan semangat untuk belajar lebih baik. Orang tua juga bisa menggunakan evaluasi untuk mengendalikan perkembangan anak. Sementara itu, bagi lembaga pendidikan, evaluasi membantu program berjalan sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang ditetapkan. Dalam pendidikan Islam, evaluasi juga berperan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pencapaian akademik dengan pengembangan akhlak dan penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi bukan hanya sekedar tugas administratif semata, tetapi merupakan langkah strategis untuk memperkuat kualitas pendidikan Islam dan mempersiapkan generasi yang berilmu, berkarakter, serta siap menghadapi perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Islamic education is the name of a system, namely the Islamic education system. Islamic Religious Education, here, refers to the care and guidance of students so that after completing their education, they can understand and practice Islamic teachings and make them a way of life. The method used in this article is library research, namely research that utilizes written materials such as manuscripts, books, magazines, newspapers, and other documents. The results of this research, namely optimizing learning quality through program planning and evaluation in educational institutions, are very helpful for the future development of learning quality. With appropriate learning planning, learning objectives in Islamic educational institutions, especially teaching and learning activities, are easily achieved as expected. Furthermore, program evaluation in Islamic education is a crucial instrument in ensuring that Islamic education is not only relevant but also effective in achieving the desired educational goals. The role of the principal in this context cannot be ignored. The principal is not only an administrative leader but also a figure responsible for determining the direction and quality of Islamic education in schools. Thus, the principal's role extends beyond the administrative implementation of evaluations to include developing effective evaluation strategies, facilitating the evaluation process, and integrating evaluation results into daily educational policies and practices. Islamic education program evaluations also take various forms, ranging from curriculum evaluation and teaching methods to student achievement assessments.

Abstract

Evaluation of Islamic education programs in madrasas plays a strategic role in ensuring that the quality of learning is aligned with national education goals and Islamic values. Planned, systematic, and continuous evaluation provides the basis for determining program effectiveness, teacher performance, and student achievement levels. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education program evaluation in madrasas as an effort to improve learning quality. Using a literature review approach, this study reviewed various scientific sources, books, and journals relevant to the topic of Islamic education evaluation. The results indicate that effective evaluation encompasses three main aspects: planning, implementation, and learning outcomes. Comprehensive evaluation enables madrasas to identify program weaknesses, improve the learning process, and continuously enhance educational quality. Therefore, program evaluation is not merely an administrative activity but also a strategic instrument in realizing superior, competitive, and Islamic-characterized madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of a multicultural approach in evaluating educational programs at MAN 2 Pamekasan in order to create a fair, inclusive, and socially just education system. This approach is important because students come from various social, economic, and cultural backgrounds, so that objective assessments and respect for differences are needed. The research method used descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that multicultural values ​​are integrated in learning and evaluation through adaptive and contextual strategies that foster attitudes of tolerance, empathy, and solidarity. Teachers apply James A. Banks' models such as the Contribution Approach and Additive Approach. Supporting factors include the vision of a madrasah that is moral and globally competitive, teacher professionalism, and the local culture of bhuppa'-bhabbhu'-ghuru-rato. The obstacles include limited teacher understanding and suboptimal supporting facilities. Overall, the multicultural approach contributes positively to improving the quality of learning and the formation of tolerant characters in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

In the ma’nā-cum-maghzā approach to Qur'anic interpretation, Sahiron states that the paradigm that builds this approach is the absence of nasakh in the Qur'an. This raises questions about the existence of verses that are considered mansūkhah in the Qur'an, which for most tafsir scholars is positioned as a consensus. This article seeks to examine the reliability of the ma’nā-cum-maghzā approach, especially in the meaning and significance of verses that are considered mansūkhah by most scholars of interpretation and reveal the significance and meaning of QS. Al-Baqarah verse 240 regarding the length of the iddah period for women whose husbands die is one full year. This research is a type of library research with a ma’nā-cum-maghzā approach to the mansūkhah verse which is analyzed using content analysis. This study shows that, first, the ma'nā-cum-maghzā approach is quite reliable in interpreting QS. Al-Baqarah verse 240 because there are still scholars who interpret it based on negating nasakh, such as al-Tabari and al-Razi. In addition, the ma'nā-cum-maghzā approach reinforces the universal values contained in the Qur'an. Second, QS. Al-Baqarah verse 240 is a way for the Rasulullah Saw., gradually, to position women with dignity both economically and socially. This study contributes to strengthening the ma'nā-cum-maghzā approach, which can be a methodological alternative in reading verses that have been understood as mansūkhah, while also opening up space for a more contextual reading of the Qur'an that is gender-equitable and oriented towards universal ethical values.

Abstract

Educational program evaluation is understood as a systematic process that functions to assess the level of goal attainment, implementation effectiveness, resource-use efficiency, relevance to stakeholder needs, and sustainability of educational programs. This article originates from the issue of the limited use of comprehensive evaluation as a basis for educational decision-making, which causes evaluation to be frequently perceived merely as the measurement of learning outcomes. The research problem focuses on how the concepts, functions, and models of educational program evaluation can be comprehensively and applicatively understood based on experts’ perspectives. This study elaborates the ideas of Ralph Tyler, Cronbach, and Stufflebeam, who emphasize evaluation as a provider of meaningful information, a means of identifying program strengths and weaknesses, and a foundation for continuous improvement. The research method employs a literature study by reviewing books, scientific articles, and relevant journals discussing educational evaluation. The findings indicate that evaluation serves a formative function for continuous quality improvement and a summative function as a form of public accountability, encompassing aspects of policy, curriculum, learning processes, learning outcomes, and educational resource management. Various evaluation models, such as CIPP, Provus, Stake, Kirkpatrick, and the Logical Model, are identified as systematic frameworks that are complementary and contextual for application according to program needs. The conclusion confirms that educational program evaluation plays a strategic role in improving learning quality through planned measurement processes, the provision of accurate feedback, and data-based program adjustments. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive synthesis of evaluation concepts, functions, and models, presented integratively as a conceptual–practical guide for policymakers and educational practitioners, positioning evaluation not merely as an administrative activity but as an instrument for sustainable educational quality development.

Abstract

Educational program evaluation serves as a strategic element to ensure the improvement of learning quality at the elementary school level, particularly as schools are required to be adaptive to students’ diverse learning needs. A major issue frequently encountered is teachers’ limited capacity to implement evaluation models that are simple, sustainable, and relevant as a basis for instructional decision-making. This study aims to analyze the application of simple evaluation through formative and summative approaches as a systematic effort to enhance the quality of learning in elementary schools. The formative approach is employed throughout the instructional process to provide immediate feedback, identify students’ learning difficulties, and adjust teaching strategies in real time, while the summative approach is applied at the end of the instructional period to assess the level of goal attainment and the overall effectiveness of the program. The findings indicate that a balanced implementation of both approaches enables teachers to design learning activities that are more responsive, measurable, and oriented toward continuous improvement. Practically designed simple evaluations also encourage teachers to take an active role as controllers of learning quality rather than merely as curriculum implementers. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of formative and summative evaluation in a simple yet systematic manner effectively improves learning quality while strengthening a reflective culture in elementary school settings. The novelty of this study lies in its emphasis on an evaluation model that is easy to apply, contextual, and oriented toward teachers’ daily pedagogical decision-making, thereby offering a practical alternative for elementary schools with limited formal evaluation resources.
