Abstract

Abstrak: Masyarakat dunia kini tengah berjuang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Pada masa pandemi saat ini kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang sangat di butuhkan. Gaya kepemimpinan antara satu pemimpin dengan pemimpin lainya dapat berbeda. Caring leadership merupakan salah satu gaya kepemimpian yang memiliki banyak manfaat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengoptimalkan kompetensi pemimpin dalam mengaplikasikan gaya kepemimpinan caring leadership di masa pandemic Covid-19. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode webinar yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah RSU Dharma Yadnya Denpasar. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin lebih percaya diri akan kompetensi kepemimpinan (caring leadership) yang dimilikinya. Hal ini mengindikasi bahwa pemimpin semakin optimal dalam mengaplikasikan gaya kepemimpinan caring leadership. Abstract:  The world community is now struggling with the Covid-19 pandemic. In the current pandemic, leadership is one of the most important things that is needed. The leadership style between one leader and another can be different. Caring leadership is one of the leadership styles that has many benefits. This activity aims to increase knowledge and optimize the competence of leaders in applying caring leadership style during the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service uses webinar methods conducted using the zoom meeting application. The partner of this activity is RSU Dharma Yadnya Denpasar. The implementation phase of the activity includes the preparation, implementation and evaluation phases. The results of community service activities show that leaders are more confident in their leadership competencies. This indicates that leaders are more optimal in applying caring leadership style.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting, menjaga kesehatan perlu dilakukan baik secara fisik maupun jiwa. Pandemic Covid 19 menimbulkan permasalahn baik dari segi kesehatan fisik dan juga kesehatan jiwa. Driver Pariwista merupakan salah satu sektor terdampak Covid 19. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan dapatasi kebiasan baru Covid 19 untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan jiwa. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan Adaptasi Kebiasan Baru Covid 19 secara langsung selama tiga hari dan melakukan pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dikuti oleh Driver Pariwisata United Bali Driver yang berada di Wilayah Peguyangan Kangin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa 100% peserta pengabdian masyarakat dapat memahami bagaimana upaya dalam meningkatkan kesehatan dengan melakukan Adaptasi Kebiasan Baru Covid 19 yaitu meningkatkan imunitas fisik, meningkatkan ketahanan kesehatan jiwa, mencegah penularan Covid 19, mencegah masalah kesehatan jiwa dan psikososial pada dirisendiri, keluarga dan masyarakat. Disarankan kepada peserta agar menerapkan Adaptasi Kebiasan baru Covid 19 ini kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta menginformasikan kepada angota keluarga untuk menjaga kesehan fisik dan jiwa

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning activities and learning outcomes in the subject of Hinduism and Virtue Education for Class XI IPS 3 students of SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar Odd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year, through the Snowball Throwing (ST) learning model. The research method used is Action Research. Class (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The research subjects were 33 students of class XI IPS 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar for the academic year 2022/2023. Data analysis used comparative descriptive techniques by comparing learning outcomes in the initial conditions with learning outcomes in each cycle, and qualitative descriptive analysis by comparing the results of observation and reflection in cycle I and cycle II. With the application of learning Snowball Throwing to the Basic Competency of yoga asana According to Hindu Susastra in class XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar 2022/2023 academic year, it can be seen that at the end of cycle I there has been an increase in average class learning outcomes of 0.12% that is, from the initial average of 60.25 to 69.39, and the average student learning activity was 84.84% and in cycle II there was an increase of 0.60 from the average class learning outcomes of 69.39 to 80.33 and the activity student learning reaches 100%. While the overall learning completeness of students at the end of cycle II, there was an increase of 0.72%. Thus, class XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar experienced an increase in learning activities and learning outcomes in the Basic Competence of yoga asana in Hindu Literature.

Abstract

This research focuses on expressive speech acts in anime Gotoubun no Hanayome season 1. The aim of this research is to describe the forms of expressive speech acts uttered by the character Nakano Nino in the anime Gotoubun no Hanayome season 1. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a descriptive approach. Data selection was carried out using the theory of John Searle (1979). Data was obtained using the note-taking technique and analyzed using the pragmatic matching method. The results of the research showed that there were 21 data of expressive speech acts, with details of 2 speech data with the meaning of sarcasm, 2 data of speech with the meaning of apologizing, 7 data of speech with the meaning of annoyance, 6 data of speech with the meaning of worry, 3 data of speech with the meaning of praising, 1 data of speech with the meaning of speech with the meaning of complaining. Based on the data found, it is known that the most frequently found data is data with the meaning of expressive speech acts of worry.
