Abstract

The research aims to determine whether asset structure, firm size, profitability, growth sales, board size, and institutional ownership on the capital structure. The population of this research are all mining and mining service companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sample are 27 companies, so the data observation as much as 135 data. The data analysis technique used was linier regression analysis with Random Effect Model approach. The result of data analysis showed that profitability and growth sales have significant affect on capital structure. Profitability have significant negative affect and growth sales have significant positive affect. The conclusion of this research showed that the capital structure on mining and mining service was influenced by profitability and growth sales, while asset structure, firm size, board size and institutional ownership did not have significant affect. The writer suggeststhat the company should improve profitability by increasing company’s sales and stable sales growth in order to reduce the company’s dependence on debt.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job stress and leader-member exchange on job performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of PTPN IX Kebun Getas Afdeling Assinan Kempul. The samples used were 70 Employees. The sampling technique used saturated sample technique. Data collection method used is the method of observation, interview method, and questionnaire method as measured by Likert scale. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis and path analysis with SPSS program version 23. The results showed that there is no influence job stress on job performance; There is influence job stress on employee engagement; There is influence of leader-member exchange on job performance and employee engagement; There is influence of employee engagement on job performance. The results of this study also show that employee engagement is able to mediate job stress on performance; And employee engagement able to mediate leader-member exchange on job performance employees of PTPN IX Kebun Getas Afdeling Assinan-Kempul.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction through employee performance as an intervening variable. The sample in this study amounted to 92 employees. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with the type proportionate random sampling, which is a technique of taking samples of members of the population that is carried out proportionally. This research variable is derived from emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, employee performance, and job satisfaction. Analysis of the data used is descriptive percentage analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination using SPSS 16, and path analysis. The results showed that partially emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee performance is able to mediate the relationship of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to job satisfaction. This research is expected to be included that is for companies to conduct training to improve emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, given the importance of these two variables in influencing the level of performance and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation, The population in this study were all employees of PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Central Java Regional DIY totaling 115 employees. Sampling using sampling nonproballity saturated samples. Methods of data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analytical method datamenggunakan regression analysis and path analysis with the help of analytical tools IBM SPSS version 21. The results showed that there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation betweenperson organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior, The results also show the effect of indirect relationships are positive and significant correlation between person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior through work engagement. The sample of this study were 105 employees of the Central Java TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique that is proportionate random sampling. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this research is regression analysis and path analysis using IBM SPSS version 21 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior. The results of this study also show the effect of a positive and significant indirect relationship between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior with work engagement as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

Abstract

The aims of this paper is to analyze the effect of the relationship between knowledge and on green management and its implication on competitive advantage and sustainable performannce. This study used a quantitative research approach that explains the phenomenon by collecting numerical data analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with the WarpPLS program application. The population in this study were small or medium business owners (general managers) in the industrial sector in the city of Semarang. Knowledge and green management have a significant effect on competitive advantages and competitive advantages has a significant effect on the sustainability performance. It means that the knowledge and green management simultaneously shows a significant effect on competitive advantages and sustainability performance. The application of green management will also improve sustainability performance. The originality of this study is on the testing of simultaneous relationships between the factors making up the application of green management, namely knowledge as well as the impact of green management implementation on sustainability performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determaine the effect of spiritual leadership (X1) and quality of work life (X2) on performance (Y2) with organizational commitment (Y1) as a mediation on employees of Wimarion Hotel Semarang. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling system and obtained the sample size that must be used is 70 employees. The analytical method used is the test instrument (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS Verse 23 and mediation testing with Sobel test. Application methods of data collection using interviews, quetionnares, and literature studies. The result of this study show that all of seven hypotheses were accepted. Therefore could be known that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Quality of work life has a positive dan significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment has a positive dan significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between spiritual leadership and performance. And organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between quality of work life and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment. The sample in this study were all employee of CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus. The data collection method using a questionare and survey. The data analysis method used were Structure Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant positive relationship on innovative work behavior, however transformational leadership has a positive relationship but non significant on innovative work behavior. Emotional intelligence and transformational leadership have a positive significant on psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment succesfully mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior but fails to mediates the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative work behavior. Future studies are expected to be able to take samples on different sector to generalize the results of research and develop variables that are able to as antecendent factor on innovative work behavior.
