Abstract

Background: Effectiveness of Murotal Therapy Against Independence Controlling Hallucinations,Introduction: Murotal therapy is a recording of surah Al-Qur'an performed by qori readers of the Qur'an where when someone listens to the verses of the Qur'an it will make someone calm. The recitation of the Qur'anic verses reaching the ears then moving to brain cells and influencing them through these frequency electromagnetic fields produced in these cells will respond to these fields and modify their vibrations changes in these vibrations that can make the brain relax and calm so that it can reduce hallucinations. Methods: The data base used in this literature review was Pubmed and Google Scholar. Results: : There are 1.028.205 articles that have been identified and. From the articles obtained there are 755 articles that meet the inclusion criteria.  Conclusion: From these results it can be concluded that murotal Al-Qur'an therapy can be used as an alternative to treat patients who experience auditory hallucinations.

Abstract

Background: Music therapy is a form of therapy in the health sector using music and music activities to address various issues. Empirical evidence supports the therapeutic use of classical music in a variety of conditions including psychiatric disorders, medical problems, physical disabilities, sensory disturbance, developmental disabilities, aging problems, increase the concentration of learning, support physical exercise, reducing stress and anxiety, as well as additional treatment in cancer patients and management pain. This article analyzes the application of music therapy to reduce pain scale and by reviewing the results of this study. Methods: This study explores quantitative evidence published in electronic databases such as Pubmed, Google Scholar. Results: Research shows that a significant increase occurred in the post-intervention in reducing the pain scale for participants who received the Classical Music Therapy as compared to all the controls. Conclusion: The results showed that the classical music therapy is very useful additional treatment to reduce the scale of pain in cancer patients who have never undergone chemotherapy and nurses must be trained to perform classical music therapy.

Abstract

Background: Murottal therapy is a type of music therapy that has a positive influence on the listener, when someone listens to murottal therapy it will give stimulation to the eardrum then it will begin the listening process where every sound produced by the sound source will be passed through the auditory nerve to the auditory cortex in the brain. Then murottal therapy will work on the brain where when given a stimulus the brain will produce a decrease in cortisol so that it can provide feedback in the form of relaxed feeling and comfort. Methods: This research explores quantitative evidence published in pubmed electronic databases, google scholar. By using search strategy we found 73 articles with the potential of 10 studies included in the final analysis. Results: We found a significant post-intervention improvement in reducing anxiety for participants who received murottal Al-Qur’an therapy compared to all control grups. Conclusion: These results indicate that murottal Al-Qur'an therapy can be used as an alternative treatment to reduce anxiety of patients who experience anxiety disorders and nurses are expected to participate in this treatment training.

Abstract

This article aims to review the application of William's Flexion exercise in patients with low back pain problems. Low back pain is a clinical syndrome with the main symptoms of pain or discomfort in the lower back region which until now about 23% of adults in the world experience it. One of the physical therapies that can be used to treat patients with low back pain is William's flexion exercise which has been used for years and has been proven to relieve or relieve pain in patients with low back pain. This literature review aims to analyze the effect of applying William's Flexion exercise to patients with low back pain problems. Methods: This study explores quantitative evidence published in electronic databases such as Pubmed, and Google Scholar. Using a search strategy, we identified 32 articles with potential and relevant to the research objectives, but in this literature we only reviewed 5 articles. Results: We can see a significant effect on reducing the pain scale experienced by respondents after being given William's flexion exercise intervention. Conclusion: The results of a review of several articles in this review literature concluded that William's Flexion Exercise program was proven to be effective in reducing pain scales in patients with low back pain problems.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension has a significant impact on public health and has become a major health care burden worldwide. One non-pharmacological therapy that can be given to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients is Isometric Handgrip Exercise exercise therapy. This therapy has been shown to reduce blood pressure which is almost the same as intense aerobic exercise. This literature review aims to analyze the effects of the application of Isometric Handgrip Exercise in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: This research explores quantitative evidence published in electronic databases such as Pubmed, and Google Scholar. Using a search strategy, we identified 16 articles that were potentially and relevant to the research objectives, and 4 articles were included in the final analysis. Results: We could see a significant effect on systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduction in the group given the Isometric Handgrip Exercise intervention compared with the control group. Conclusion: Research results from several articles in this review literature show that Isometric Handgrip Exercise exercises are proven to be effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Covid-19 is an infectious disease that first appeared in the city of Wuhan, China, and was caused by SARS-CoV-2. This literature review aims to identify risk factors for the occurrence of Covid-19 in patients with type 2 DM. Methods: Analytical descriptive literature review design. Data obtained through article search results using five electronic databases namely Pubmed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar identified 10,951 articles with a total sample of 5,464,617 respondents. The analysis uses a map of the extracted data in a grid synthesis table including author, year of publication, country, purpose, sample, design, duration, results, and conclusions of the study. Results: The six articles identified in this review showed that one study reported risk of developing COVID-19 in patients with type 2 diabetes 1,369 times, one study 2,180 times, one study 4.7 times, and another study up to 16.5 times. Patients who are male and aged 53 years have a risk of 1.395 times higher than those who are younger and female. Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetes have a significantly higher risk of contracting Covid-19 compared to people without diabetes, especially in patients aged 53 years and male.

Abstract

Introduction: Zikir therapy is one way to approach God that aims to find peace of mind and peace of mind. Purpose: By doing zikir will suppress the work of the sympathetic nervous system and activate the work of the parasympathetic nervous system so that it will make someone feel calm. Method: This research explores evidence published in Google Scholar electronic data. Using a search strategy, we obtained 34 potential and relevant articles, from 34 articles of two studies included in the final analysis. Results: We were able to see a significant effect in reducing blood pressure after patients were given zikir therapy. Conclusion: From these results it can be concluded that zikir therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive sufferers. Health workers can participate in providing this therapy.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the infectious diseases that has become a global health problem and causes a variety of adverse health effects, including psychological factors such as poor socioeconomic conditions, lack of social support, and decreased quality of life due to a diagnosis that causes anxiety in the majority of pulmonary TB patients. Consequently, proper treatment measures are required to limit the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis and its potential consequences. This research intends to investigate the effect of listening to Asmaul Husna on anxiety in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at Makassar's TK II Pelamonia Hospital. The descriptive technique is a case study of two individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis who meet the following criteria: age > 20 years, Muslim, first 3 months of therapy, willingness to be responders, and excellent orientation. Using a smartphone, patients hear 99 names or traits of Allah that are beneficial for treating the ailment 1 time each day for 10 to 15 minutes. The data were descriptively examined and provided in tabular format. The first responder reported mild anxiety both before and after hearing the Asmaul Husna on the first day of the visit, whereas the second respondent experienced moderate anxiety both before and after hearing the Asmaul Husna. On the second day, the degree of anxiety experienced by the first respondent remained the same as on the first day (moderate scale), however the level of anxiety experienced by the second respondent dropped or eliminated after hearing Asmaul Husna.

Abstract

Predisposing factors become the cause of violent behavior originating from clients such as lack of attention which usually occurs in childhood, having low emotional abilities such as someone who is easily angry, has anxiety disorders, depression, family relationships that are not going well, losing someone beloved. While precipitation factors such as hopelessness, helplessness, and lack of confidence. Interviews and observations are the methods used in this study. The attitude of nurses in caring for patients with violent behavior is included in the good category (82.5%) as evidenced by the score on the interview sheet. Based on the results of observations regarding the attitude of nurses in caring for patients with violent behavior, nurses have carried out in accordance with the theory based on the level of attitude as evidenced by the interview sheet.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease that attacks the respiratory tract, and one of the groups vulnerable to exposure to the virus is pregnant women due to physiological changes in pregnant women. Case studies conducted with a qualitative method are descriptive, the population used is pregnant women who are less knowledgeable about the dangers of Covid-19 during pregnancy in the form of purposive sampling. The data taken are primary data and calculations of questionnaire results using the guttman scale. Based on a case study that has been carried out on 2 respondents who are in accordance with the inclusion criteria in knowing the Picture of Knowledge of Pregnant Women about the danger signs of Covid-19 during Pregnancy in the Maccini Sawah Puakesmas Work Area which was carried out for 4 days, the case study obtained by the level of knowledge of pregnant women was categorized as good with a value of 95%-100% after being given knowledge with education. The Level of Knowledge of Pregnant Women Regarding the Danger Signs of Covid-19 during Pregnancy is greatly influenced by the level of knowledge and the environment, the lack of information also greatly affects the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the Dangers of Covid-19 during pregnancy. Pregnant women need to understand and know the dangers of Covid-19 to pregnancy, so it is very necessary to increase knowledge to avoid the risk of being infected with Covid-19.
