Abstract

Peserta didik kelas VIII MTsN 3 Solok Selatan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan self-regulated learning (kemandirian belajar) yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:1)mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 7E dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik yang belajar dengan pembelajaran biasa pada kelas VIII MTsN 3 Solok Selatan.2)mengetahui self-regulated learning (kemandirian belajar) matematika peserta didik yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 7E.Penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancanganRandomized Control Group Only Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Setelah dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t dengan α=0,05 pada selang kepercayaan 95% diperoleh t_hitung (2,26)> t-tabel (1,66), maka keputusannya adalah H0ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang belajar dengan Model Learning Cycle 7E lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang belajar dengan pembelajaran biasa. 2) self-regulated Learning (kemandirian belajar) peserta didik yang belajar dengan model Learning Cycle 7E dikategorikan baik dengan derajat pencapaian sebesar 80,76%.

Abstract

Learners must be accustomed to thinking intelligently, carefully and logisstics which are indispensable in creative thinking. Able to solve more innovative problems without options with monotonous solutions. There is a purpose to describe the creative thinking level of students in solving math stories for clas VII social arithmetic material at SMP N 3 Ranah Pesisir in this study. Quantitative descriptive research is the type of research used. Class VII(1) students became the data source of this research. The data obtained are test of creative thinking skills and written interviews to students. The indicators of creative thinking according to Siswono are fluency, flexibility and novelty. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the creative of students in solving math story problems was classified as moderate with an average test results of 63,94. Students are at the very creative level as many as3 students (11,54%), creative as many as 16 students (61,54%), quite creative as many as 2 students (7,69%), and less creative 5 students (19,23%). The average provider per indicator, namely the fluency indicator with an average test result of 62,5 including the medium category, the flexibility indicator with an average test result of 64,42 including the medium category, the novelty indicator with an average test results of 64,9 included in the medium category.

Abstract

Resiliensi menjadi salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pada jenjang perkuliahan.  Hal ini disebabkan adanya pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kemampuan matematis diantaranya HOTS, sehingga sangat perlu dilakukan analisis, apakah mahasiswa Tadris Matematika di PTKIN memiliki resiliensi yang baik sehingga mampu menyelesaikan soal HOTS dengan baik, begitu juga sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi mahasiswa Tadris Matematika PTKIN Se-Sumatera Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi yakni calon guru matematika yaitu mahasiswa tadris matematika semester 7 di PTKIN Sumatera Bagian Tengah.  Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara cluster random sampling diperoleh  310 mahasiswa yang berasal dari enam perguruan tinggi; UIN Imam Bonjol, IAIN Batusangkar, IAIN Bukittinggi, UIN Sutan Syarif Kasim Riau, UIN Suthan Thaha Saifudin Jambi, dan IAIN Kerinci. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket resiliensi.  Data angket dianalisis menggunakan program Excel serta melakukan uji statistik yang diperlukan dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata angket resiliensi mahasiswa Tadris Matematika PTKIN Se- Sumatera Bagian Tengah tergolong sedang dengan nilai 72.17, artinya  mahasiswa sudah mulai terbiasa dan percaya diri dalam mengerjakan soal High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) yang tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap nilai HOTS.Resilience is one of the factors that determine success at the lecture level.  This is due to the influence of resilience on mathematical abilities including HOTS, so it is very necessary to analyze whether Tadris Mathematics students at PTKIN have good resilience so that they are able to solve HOTS problems well, and vice versa. This study aims to describe the resilience of PTKIN Mathematics Tadris students throughout Central Sumatra. The type of research conducted is quantitative descriptive research with a population, namely prospective mathematics teachers, namely 7th semester mathematics tadris students at PTKIN Central Sumatra.  Sampling was carried out by cluster random sampling obtained by 310 students from six universities; UIN Imam Bonjol, IAIN Batusangkar, IAIN Bukittinggi, UIN Sutan Syarif Kasim Riau, UIN Suthan Thaha Saifudin Jambi, and IAIN Kerinci. The instrument used is a resilience questionnaire. The questionnaire data is analyzed using the Excel program and performs the necessary statistical tests and is presented descriptively. The results showed that the average questionnaire for the resilience of Tadris Mathematics PTKIN Se- Central Sumatra students is classified as moderate with a score of 72.17, meaning that students have begun to get used to and confident in doing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions which will certainly affect the HOTS score.
