Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1.) Untuk melihat pengaruh independensi rasio, rasio derajat desentralisasi fiskal, dan rasio efektivitas terhadap APBD Kabupaten Kerinci 2010-2018 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. 2.) Untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh independensi rasio, rasio derajat desentralisasi fiskal, dan rasio efektivitas terhadap APBD Kabupaten Kerinci 2010-2018 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa:1.) Rasio kemandirian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap APBD Kabupaten Kerinci dan berpengaruh secara simultan, sedangkan tingkat desentralisasi fiskal dan rasio efektivitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap APBD Kabupaten Kerinci dan berpengaruh secara simultan. 2.) Besarnya pengaruh independensi rasio, rasio derajat desentralisasi fiskal, dan rasio efektivitas terhadap APBD Kabupaten Kerinci 2010-2018 adalah sebesar 81% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kerinci, Provinsi Jambi. Adapun data yang digunakan yaitu data PDRB Provinsi Jambi, PDRB Kabupaten Kerinci atas dasar harga konstan dan data IO provinsi jambi tahun 2007 sebagai tolak ukur data input output Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:1) Sektor apa yang menjadi sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Kerinci, 2) Bagaimana gambaran pola struktur masing-masing sektor ekonomi di Kabupaten Kerinci, 3). Bagaimana keterkaitan kedepan ataupun kebelakang antar sektor ekonomi diKabupaten Kerinci. Dengan menggunakan alat Analisis data yaitu analisis Location Quetiont (LQ), analisis Shift Share, dan Analisis Keterkaitan kebelakang dan kedepan. Adapun tehnik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan teknik manual. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa yang menjadi sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Kerinci yaitu Sektor Pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah dan daur ulang yang potensial untuk dikembangkan lagi, serta sektor pertanian sebagai tumpuan lapangan pekerjaan dan perekonomian masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis shift share pola struktur sektor perekonomian Kabupaten Kerinci yaitu dilihat dari tingginya nilai Proportional shift yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan relatif kinerja pada setiap sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Kerinci, terhadap sektor yang sama di wilayah Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Pembangunan Daerah perlu memperhatikan potensi daerah, yang dilakukan dengan menelaah PDRB untuk melihat adanya potensi basis dan non basis dalam rangka mengoptimalkan hasil pembangunan guna mendapatkan tingkat kesejahteraan yang tinggi. Jika pemerintah menginginkan daerahnya berdaya saing, maka program pembangunannya harus berasal dari pengembangan potensi ekonomi unggulannya.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalasis ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Kerinci. Abstract

The background of this research is that Muaro Jambi Regency is a Regency that has a potential sector, namely the plantation sector, especially palm oil and rubber commodities. This can be seen from the data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jambi Province. The analysis method used is Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, all data used in this study includes the area of ​​oil palm and rubber, production and productivity of oil palm and rubber plantations, production of oil palm and rubber plantations and production data for the last six years, namely 2018 to 2023. The results of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis show that in Muaro Jambi Regency as a base area for oil palm, namely (i) 2018 with an LQ value of 1.13 (ii) 2020 with an LQ value of 1.19 (iii) 2021 with an LQ value of 1.16 (iv) 2022 with an LQ value of 1.06 (v) 2029 with an LQ value of 1.08. The results of the analysis show that oil palm is a base sector while rubber is a non-base sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Human Development Index (HDI) in Sungai Penuh City during the period 2013–2024. The independent variables studied include Economic Growth, Public Sector Expenditure (Capital), and the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT). The method used is a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression model using secondary data sourced from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results show that Economic Growth has a positive and significant effect on the HDI, while Public Sector Expenditure (Capital) has a negative but significant effect on the HDI. Meanwhile, the Open Unemployment Rate does not have a significant effect on the HDI. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the HDI with a coefficient of determination of 98.01%, indicating that the model is able to explain variations in the HDI very strongly. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of economic growth and the efficiency of capital expenditure allocation as well as strengthening the employment sector as an effort to increase the HDI in Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge sharing and organizational culture on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.the object of this research is the senior high school 2 sungai penuh.the respondents in this study are teacher at the seniot high school 2 sungai penuh city with a total of 30 people. based on the results of the previous analysis and discussion,the following can be concluded as follows:knowledge sharing,organizational culture has an influence on the large hall of the senior high school 2 Sungai penuh city, because T count>T table (4,16>0,05).job satisfaction influences the performance of teacher at the senior high school 2,Sungai penuh city because T count>T table (0,40>0,05).knowledge sharing influences job satisfaction.this is proven by T count >T table (0,44>0,05).organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction.this is proven by T count>T table (0.26>0,05) job satisfaction has an effect as an intervening variable between knowledge sharing on the performance of teachers at the senior high school 2,Sungai penuh city.this is proven by T count<T table (0.83>0,05)
